I absolutely love this place!!!!! Very very very patient with kids and parents! Always neat and clean. Always makes us feel very comfortable and appreciated. Lastly she also makes sure to turn on cartoons when shes cutting my babys hair to keep his attention. Great place to get a haircut!

Very clean establishment with a welcoming environment that will make a first timer feel at ease. Great service never rushed and great with kids. I also love the fact that their are drinks and snacks available while you wait. I will remain a loyal customer and stay ahead of the trends

The first time (1/23/2017) I came to Syncere Cuts I had showed up to my appt like I had scheduled but my appt was canceled without notice 😭 but XAE offered his chair to my 2 year old son even though he was with his last client for the day, he STILL made the time for us! & I was NEEDING MY SONs hair cut before we went out of town the next day!My son is a very hyper child with ADHD but he would sit still if he watches his shows on my phone.....but at times my son just gets goofy out of no where!& XAE was very patient with my son and would go along with my sons goofiness & also had a very quick reaction when my son would act out on his goofiness!The environment there is very comfortable and the people there make you feel welcomed & have laughs with you, just makes you feel like you been going there for YEARS ! & they keep their shop clean!I also love that they take cash app or other apps because sometimes I forget my card at home! So that’s also another plus for me!So second time I went today to the appt I had made, (I would have kept going many more times but the COVID-19 had broke out so we had to wait it out virus is still outchae so becareful!).....but I went back today to XAE & all went just as good as the first time!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BARBERSHOP‼️💕THEY MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE SATISFIED 🤞🏽

2 stars just because the gentleman that cut my hair was a gentleman and a nice guy, hair looked like it was cut by my neighbors pet chicken, $35 for a fade have a good day

This place is very unprofessional, no customer service and no talent in the hair cut department.Completely ruin my fade, made me look bad, did not complain because I just wanted to get out of there.Lots of family and friends coming in and out of the establishment causing lots of distraction when cutting hair. Another customer asked if they can not yell or talk very loudly when cutting there child’s hair. I completely agree with that customer.Asked for a razor cut detail on the beard and upper lip, and they ruin that. Did not use any soap or lotion of some type and cut my beard dry with a razor blade.Overall; this place is unprofessional. Will not be coming back nor recommend this place to anyone. Fade and neared was $30Unsatisfied !!!

Absolutely great stylist, attention to detail. The only down fall is stylist takes a very long time due to constant phone use. Waited 2 hours to be seen. Not so professional.

They use real mens shears here not crappy clippers. Much better fades and styling that way. I feel like the only white guy in there when I visit but everyone is friendly and professional. Definitely a family friendly place as I always see groups of kids and their parents getting haircuts. They only do walk-ins on Saturday, so expect to wait an hour or more then. They do appointments the rest of the week, which is how you can tell they are great. Cash only, so bring a twenty and some tip money. Parking is out front and on the side closest to the pizza hut. Might be better to come around the back than trying to pull in from Andrews.
