One stylist that was there did a horrible haircut. My boyfriend asked the other stylist to fix it and she did after we got charged again. Paid twice to get his haircut pretty pathetic

I treat this place as an emergency place if my son absolutely needs a haircut and literally any other haircut place is booked.You WILL NOT be greeted upon entering. We have signed in on many occasions and still there will not be any order. Its pretty unfortunate that the two older ladies that I always see here, havent mastered a polite etiquette at the stage in life they are at. Again, do not have high expectations here. The haircut itself is decent.

I spent less than 5 minutes on the chair & paid $25 for haircut, way too much for a no style haircut, unbelievable!!!

Brittany did a great job on my 4 year old daughters hair cut. She even got on the ground to have my daughter stand up so it was even. Very pleasant experience. Got right in too no wait. We will be back!

Lady told me she would cut my husbands hair in an hour. To have him up there in an hour. I gave her his name. He was there in exactly an hr and she told him it would be another hour and a half to cut it. Walk ins are first. If walk ins are first, why didnt you tell me that instead of have him there in an hr. Get your story straight!!

1 star is the lowest! Some of the stylist are too busy flirting with the men, that they dont focus on the person sitting in their chair! Some big white girl cut my girls hair all crooked, It looked horrible! One lady their is the exception, Shes an older Mexican lady and she cut my sons hair perfect! I think her name is Mary

I walked in waited at the desk. Noticed only one stylist there and she was doing a hair cut. Never acknowledge I was even there. I asked her if I could get a hair cut. She said yes, but could not wash it cause there was no hot water. I said that was fine. I sat and waited 20 minutes while she finished the person in the chair.... She then took a walk in and sat him in her chair because he was the brother of the person she just cut. I got up and walked out.

I took my boys to get a haircut here yesterday and the lady was on her phone so much she left everything so uneven. I mean it’s the worse haircut they’ve ever gotten. When I pointed it out to her she didn’t seem to care except that there was a line behind me. DO NOT get a haircut here. I know it seems convenient but trust me it’s not worth it.

Went in for an asymmetrical haircut & informed the hairstylist Marta THREE times that I wanted to keep the length on my left side the way it was. She then pulled my hair back and cut off almost 4 inches of what I specifically instructed her not to do and gave me a bob. Not to mention her station still had hair from the previous client when I was seated, & when thinning my hair, she used a razor while my hair was dry. Which is a big no no cause not only does it cause damage to your dry hair.... It pulls at it and it freakin hurts! And when I asked for my money back ($35) they told me they could only give me $15 for the haircut itself and not the rest because she straightened it. Charged me $20 to straighten 5 inches of hair. And she even had the nerve to tell me that I was UNDERCHARGED for the hair straightening portion, that the real price should of been $5 more. Then she asked me to come again. Well, thanks for royally screwing me over Smart Style. And giving me a haircut that girls still in cosmetology couldve done better with. I was kind enough to not make a scene and call to speak to cooperate and they were kind enough to rip me off.

Showed up before they even open to get in line. When we signed in she said she had an appointment at 10 when they open at 10 If you are able to book appointments then maybe have more than one person to open the store. Not really fair to walk ins ya think? Never going back.....ide rather wait till the work week to find a place

We were told there would be a 30 minute wait and have been here almost an hour. The blonde stylist with the short hair is very rude. I will NEVER come back here. Definitely would NOT recommend this place.

Store closes at 7 according to there hours and they were not even busy and refused to give me a hair cut when I walked in at 6:25. They said they were closing already rude people there on top of it all! I would not recommend anyone going there.

I am an African American woman who has been to smart style at different locations many times. I came to this location and was treated like an alien. The hairstylist told me she does not do my type of hair. Then proceeded to be very rude. I asked for complaint number she said I dont know find it.

Got here at 830am place was supposed to be open waited till 1030 still not open Ill never come here again

I’m setting in from of the business and it’s 10:10 and the lights are off and nobody’s here, for people like myself that don’t have time to waste this is a major Inconvenience. Seems like this day and age. People can’t keep their word, this place is supposed to open at 10 am. What a waste of time, I parked my semi and walked up here for this?

They say they will be open on Sunday but no one comes to work. Wasted time

Never get a hair cut there. My right side of my hair was cut right and the left side was not cut right.

I read some of the reviews on here were not too good I was in a hurry I work in the oil field I do throwback I gave the girls in there the benefit of the doubt thinking that they just had a bad day thats why they had bad reviews on here but both girls were kind of rude not just to me but to the other customers in there and the girl that cut my hair she did a terrible job she couldnt do a fade she did a good job on one side they on the other side she couldnt get it to match the other side I guess thats what I get for giving him the benefit of the doubt please dont go there and get a haircut!!!!
