I tried to use this business. Live close by and always see the walk-ins welcome sign. Thought I’d finally check it out since it’s close by my house and would be a convenient place to get a cut. This place is not walk-in friendly. Sat there for 15 minutes with no greeting or acknowledgement. Chick-fil-A was a priority over acknowledging my existence. Went to great clips (also in my neighborhood) was greeted right when I walked in and out with a cut in 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time with men’s den.

Everyone there is the best! Laura is a great stylist and does a great job on my hair everytime Im in. Would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a cut, shave, etc.

Anna gave a very good haircut. She also washed and styled my hair. Great value for $25. I would leave a 5 star review, but there was something that was majorly off putting. There is a sign on the door that says masks are required while you are in the building. I saw one customer walk in without a mask and they were told nothing. Then, that customer gets a haircut without a mask. Also, when I walked in, one of the stylists was sitting and waiting for their next client without a mask. The person next to me wasn’t wearing their mask and their stylist had the mask below their nose.I appreciate the good haircut, but enforce the policy, especially since it’s on the front door. I want to be able to get a haircut and feel relatively safe. Taking precautions is the only way we get back to quasi normalcy before we have a vaccine/antiviral for COVID-19.

Walked in for the first time looking for a Gentlemans Cut. My previous barber of 30 years passed away several months ago and I have been looking for a quality cut ever since. Laura was very nice and professional and the end result was way better than expected! I was very pleased and will definately be back.

A little hurried but got a decent haircut. With a name like Mens Den, I was expecting a more calming experience but the music was playing way too loud and I felt like I was being herded through a factory.

Good timely service. A room full of clients and I was in the chair and less than 10 minutes as a walk in. Very professional, well pleased.

I called the Mens Den at 4:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon in hopes of getting a quick haircut. Not knowing they closed at 5pm, they still welcomed me into their shop, and made the time to give me a great experience. Alyssa did my cut, which included haircut, shampoo, warm-towel for the face, and styling. She did a great job, and I will definitely be back. I love supporting new small businesses, and am happy for the success of this business. Definitely recommend!

First and last time Ill come here. Ive had better haircuts at great clips, for half the price. The stylist rushed through my cut, and it definitely shows. It looks like I put my hair through a wood chipper, and decided it was good enough because it was shorter. She also trashed my beard... She cut one side a good 3/4 inch higher than the other. Now Im going to have to pay someone else to hopefully fix this monstrosity they pass off as a haircut. Anything has to be better than this.

Been getting my haircut for about 6 months. No complaints. Love the fact that I can set up an appointment and just show up during the week to get my haircut without the hassle of waiting in line. Very positive attitude all around and good music. Kudos to my barber: Lyndsei (I think that’s how you spell her name).

The girl that cut my hair was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there and while cutting my hair she faced me away from the mirror, I thought that was a little strange seeing how everyone else that has EVER cut my hair has faced me towards the mirror so I can see what’s going on. When I got home and messed my hair up after it had dried from washing it is when I realized how awful and uneven the haircut was. That was my first time in there and will definitely be my last! Pisses me off even more that she charged me $25 and I gave her a good tip! Don’t waste your money going there! Should be zero stars but 1 was the least

Just another salon. Asked for a trim, and my do got shortened to pretty much a 1 as regards the clipper guard. I should have stopped there, but I went ahead and let her trim my beard. Got the same treatment. Just trimmed to the same length all over. Moustache was done too short. Whatever. Hair grows back. I didnt enjoy being tapped, or more to the point Rapped, on the shoulder by the comb whenever the stylist was clearing the comb of hair. Thats actually something Ive never experienced anywhere before to my memory. If I had, then it wouldnt have been so surprising as it was happening. Rather unprofessional, that. I didnt get any pomade or anything after the cut. Not even an offer for something, and they have stuff there at their stations.The wait was unnecessary. I went in right on time for my appt and waited for around 10 mins. There was a woman in the front doing a guys hair, and a woman in the back doing a guys hair. The one up front said my stylist would be up in a minute. I assumed she meant the one in the back room who was cutting hair. After the 10 mins the woman up front went to the back and said, Your appt is here waiting. Then, a few more mins later, Another woman came out from the back, walking while texting. The whole time I was there, I didnt know there was a third person there. Not good service, but Ive come to expect this brand of service from this area. Just one more example to add to the pile.Décor is derivative. The air guns they have to blow off hair are annoying. If they thought theyd be a good idea, because the air guns equal garage guy stuff, they are mistaken. Theyre too loud, theyre high pitched, unnerving, and dont go with a barber shop ambience and aesthetic, irrespective of the man cave theme. If I wanted that sound while getting a haircut, I would have cut my hair in a Discount Tire.Try another place, though I dont know where one could go here for a much better experience.

Friendly service the only thing that i didnt like was the parking i was worried the whole time i was getting my hair cut due to having to park at another bussiness that tows non customer also the price was higher than expected but im okay with that seeing as how i didnt wait very long with out a appt.

Today I had my second haircut with Lyndsi. Very accommodating to my schedule, and I am very happy with her sense of style and understanding what I like. I would highly recommend her. She is a real professional.

I use to use the mens den all the time in the past. Will not be going back! I was 10 min late due to work. They told me I was charged me a $20 late fee after she started cutting my hair (no time to just leave). I asked for a straight razor line up, but since I was late she said she could not do it. I was still charged another $30 for my haircut on top of the late fee. Not good customer service.

I’ve been going to Mens Den for about a year now and Lyndsi has always delivered a great cut and treated me like family! Super simple to schedule! Great environment, its the best barber shop I’ve ever been too! Lyndsi is also great with kids haircuts, she cuts my sons hair!
