Awesome people! I love going to Sport Clips and always have excellent service. Took my eighty year old, mostly deaf father in law with me this time. Our stylist made us both look great. I publicly thank the ownership of the Midland location for showing appreciation for customers with half priced services this past week! Definitely cements my loyalty to this location. I understand how difficult recovering from the pandemic must be on staffing, cleaning, and serving customers, but I believe you are doing things right. Thank you for continuing to take care of your customers.

Absolutely the worst Sports Clip I have been to. The 3 ladies were more interested in standing around talking to each other when the waiting area was full. They took an extremely long time on one person then stand around and talk instead of trying to get people in and out. I’ve been going to sports clips for over 6 years where I live but I will never go back to the one In Midland, Texas.

Staff is always friendly and very clean. They pay attention to detail to every customer. Sitting on that chair overhearing their conversations concerning customers needs weather in the store or on the phone is satisfying, that says a lot about the staff which ultimately makes sports clips be a great place.Now what are the chances of having a free beverage as other competitors are doing? One simple drink can be a big plus for many. Especially during summer.

Eva is the best! They also did an awesome job handling the Covid issues with masks and clean towels and so on! Very professional!

The use of the online Check in app is pointless. They will not honor that system and give your place in line to anyone else. At any given time there are never enough hair stylists available. I would typically tip well above average but will simply take my business elsewhere. I will no longer be a customer here or give the great cash tips because of this poor service and misleading business practice.

Some of the stylists need to learn how to cut around the ears if they are still making everyone wear masks. My haircut was good but around .y ears where she used the clippers were completely off.

Really appreciate the online check-in and recommended arrival time as I didnt have to wait long after arriving. Angel did a great job with my haircut and was very professional. The TVs tuned to football were a good diversion. Though this is my first experience with Sports Clips, I will be returning.

First time here after my original place closed from covid 19, been hesitant to get a hair cut. But the stylist was super nice, outgoing and listened to what i said. Great prices, clean, friendly people. Wish i would have got her name, one of the best cuts ive gotten 10/10 totally going again.

Great haircut, she stopped several times and checked if I liked the length and how much to leave on top. Wife liked the look, so, I will be back. Had been going to NMEXICO but they are on lockdown. Really glad I found a new barber, timing my trips into Midland to get a haircut from here out

Im from out of town so I called to ask how much and if there is a waiting time and how long is the wait the lady is so rude she said omg really its 2 hours... What a horrible customer service. I will not take my boys there at all.

Always very nice hair dressers, and they do a great job.

Service is certainly hit or miss but if you use their app you can add your favorites and I do like not having to wait in line which is solved by using the app to check in.

Solid place, good cuts

This is my go-to haircut place. Checking in early via the app, you don’t have to wait forever like you used to. Always clean and professional! I also like that they have my usual in the system so I can easily get what I want. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this location for 5 years. Nice and courteous staff. Wait times are typically short and online check in times are fairly accurate.

They gave massage on neck and shoulders and washed hair after the hair cut my kids and nephew really enjoyed it this was 1st time, they have been there and they was very nice and on time we was a walk in also and didnt have to wait to long very clean and professional definitely will go back and will recommend this place to others.

Scheduled my spot online (as instructed when I called to schedule my cut) and showed up 15 early (1 hour after scheduling). When I tried to check in, I was told I wasnt in line. I showed the lady my text confirmation and she said I was at the right location and told me that I was looking at an hour and a half wait because there were 6 people in front of me. She was rude, dismissive of a clear scheduling error, and I will never go back.

The store is always so clean and tidy. Most of the time there is a significant wait time but with the online check in it can be somewhat avoided! I highly recommend Angel, she’s very attentive and detail oriented, plus she’s good conversation!

I really like the fact that I can sign in on the app and drive to the store when it is time for my haircut. Angel does a great job with a head of hair that a lot of professionals mess up.

Fantastic place for your hair grooming needs. I was visiting from Canada on a business trip and decided to get my haircut. I came in 10 minutes before closing and yet they still accommodated me and gave me a great haircut IMHO. My cell phone battery died and when I asked for assistance they went out of their way to print off detailed instructions for my route back to my hotel. My stylist was really friendly and did a great job. If I lived in Midland, I would likely make this my go-to spot for haircut.

Very little wait even with no appointment. Friendly service. Only wish the cut was a little cleaner as I could see areas on the side of my sons head that the hair looked odd. But overall for a bargain haircut this place wasnt bad. It was clean.

Outstanding service every time I come.

They take good care of you with a personal experience. The online reservation system has great potential but has a few bugs. I like that I can sign in, check the wait, and go run errands until my slot moves up. The hair cut is still barbershop style with your past options saved so your stylist can see your preferences. It is also a good value for the cost. Options to tip and pay with a card are bonuses.

Every time I go in this place at start of business the minute I walk in there the wait list is already one hour with nobody even in the store.You have walk-in customers getting up to be at your business at the time of open but you have online customers scheduling appointments and not even being there so the walk-ins have to wait and wait over and over I spent three hours waiting and still didn’t get my hair cut. The company needs to reevaluate their wait or sign in procedure. I I will never be used in this business again or nor do I recommend it unless you want to wait over two hours every time

Got in there and waited about an hour witch was fine because i dont mind waiting. Then i got thirsty and left to grab a water in my car and even though i was rejesterd it had hit closing time and they didnt let me in... i was in there waiting an hour and they didnt let me back in... It would have been nice to let me know before time that i wasnt gonna get my haircut.A massive waste of time and they definitely lost me as a customer.

My husband and son come here and I must say it has come a long way. The monitor by the front desk displays how long it will take for you to be called and they seem a lot faster than 6 months ago. 6 months ago my review would had be a 2 or 3. Management has made changes and that makes me happy (less time being spent for haircuts).

Service was very fast and the staff was extremely good at there job. I havent felt this sexy in years. Look out wife here I come.

Edith the stylist who did my hair was great! Great attention to detail took her time and understood my needs. And not only her but all the stylist working there were doing an amazing job aswell. Only thing i highly recommend is checking in online before arriving because wait time can be long.

I can always get a good haircut at SportClips. This one is very busy almost all the time, so use the app to get on the list. Actual wait time is usually about 10% longer than what the app estimates. Staff is friendly, and the place is clean.

A little pricey, asks for tip before cutting my sons hair.I tip when its deserved.Ok hair cut, if you like hype and a beer and sports while you are waiting, great, but, for a good cut..I would choose differently.

Went in and was impressed looking at some of the people leaving so I stayed. Unfortunately I got someone with very little skill. They also stand next to you while you tip which is weird to say the least. I am going tomorrow to another place to get it fixed as it is that bad. I would go back but no way am I having the same girl fix it. She cant. 24 bucks and I had to ask her twice to change what she had started.

Midland place is great. It is a popular choice! I know sometimes the wait is long but Ive never had a bad haircut. Ask for Gege or Heather, they have always did a great job. You have to pick a good time to go.

As long as you sign in online and show up at the suggested time, you will not be disappointed. I even tried the MVP treatment which sounded weird to begin with but in practice, was amazing. I left feeling refreshed and with a quality haircut. You can find cheaper, but should you?

The haircut wasnt bad. What made me decide not to continue my business there was the poor customer service. I know most barbershops arent open when these guys are so in a pinch Id go. I however am of the opinion if youre not there when called you lose your place in line period. Thats how other sports clips around the country do it. People who were called four or five times were allowed to basically hop the line over people who sat patiently for two hours waiting to be called. End of the day just not worth the wait.

Great place for men to get haircuts. They even wash your hair if you want for an extra price.

I love this place, my son is on the short side and even with the block he was not tall enough... it didnt make him feel good so he stylist did the best she could and was very wonderful with him she carried on talking to him making jokes with him and the hair cut was nicely done! will go back!

Waited an hour and a half to get a haircut the lady’s at the front kept calling the list over and over from the top the same names all the walk ins had to wait while all the online appointments can come in when ever they feel like it and there next makes no damm sense there essentially telling people they can sign up online at 9am and walk in at 1pm and there next while some of us are there at open and 32nd on the list with no one there !!!!

My haircut was so bad I refused to pay and had to shave my head. I literally could not possibly style my hair the cut was so bad.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Kennadi. I have seen her the last 2 times and she did a wonderful job. I am certain that the reason of my outcome is due to her TAKING HER TIME! She doesnt stop until things are 100%. As a commercial pilot my hair looking sharp is important to me. The rest of the hair stylists are great as well, and they run a a clean shop.
