The lady just would not listen. My husband had to tell her 3 times that is not what he wanted. At the end he was that will have to work. He left unhappy. This was their last chance. Next time he will go else where.

My son went in for a haircut today and requested the stylist shave his head. My son has suffered from severe dandruff since he was small. We have tried product after produce but have found nothing short of shaving his head to keep the dandruff under control. When the stylist started shaving his head she told him his hair was nasty and the state said she didnt have to help anyone with hair as nasty as his: he took a shower before he left home. She insulted him, called him nasty and dirty and made a huge deal out of the whole episode. I asked him where the manager was, evidently the manager was there witnessing everything. I asked him why he didnt walk out, he said he didnt want to walk around with a half shaved head. The stylist and manager both need to be fired.

I am 43, and I tend to get my haircut about twice a year. For the last 30 years Ive gotten all but 5 of my haircuts here. You do the math. The stylists are always helpful. The price is reasonable. As long as I live in the area, this will be where I go for my haircut.

I was so afraid to cut my own beard and mess it up and ultimately have to shave it off, Maria was amazing at the haircut and the beard trim, it was out of control for a year and she walked me through it slowly and went a little at a time, while also recommending things to me I didn’t even know about The shape and style of my beard. Save yourself time, money and a headache at other places in town, just go see Maria. She’s done it for 30 years, one of the best in midland, especially for a beard. Thanks Maria for awesome cut!

I dont know about the other stylists. I needed a hair cut and historically have avoided Supercuts due to many not so super cuts. See what I did there. Anyway, Chris cut my hair. The man is good. Didnt ask for a beard trim, but I got one and I appreciated it. Typically dont like talking, but I enjoyed conversing with him. If I lived on Midland that is who would see. Go see Chris

Took my Fiance to get her haircut here and they butchered her hair. She went from her shoulder blades to her shoulders. Now she is going to be cutting off even more than she likes because it was that bad. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FOR A WOMANS HAIRCUT UNLESS GETTING BUZZED. Will never be here again and the $21 haircut should have been refunded for ruining her hair.

So, I stopped on a whim because my usual lady was out of town and my hair was driving me crazy. The place was super clean, receptionist was so sweet and the lady who cut my hair was fabulous! I swear my hair looks better than when my usual, much more expensive lady cuts it. I will be coming back.

There have been a few times i havent gotten what I went in for, however it shouldnt be expected of them to recreate a photo, and every time I have always loved the haircut I received. The stylists are all very friendly with unique personalities. Sometimes the waits are a bit long but they offer several ways around that. It is one of the cheaper places in town to get a haircut but the quality of the cut does not reflect that. I highly recommend this business and I have been coming here for haircuts for about 5-6 years and have never had any issues other than the wait (which, as mentioned above, can be avoided ).

Wish I could show you pictures. I understand they were busy the first day back but my stylist was more worried about people at the door than my haircut. I even gave him a picture of the style I wanted and what I always get, It was way shorter than I wanted but I can handle it but one side got shaved around my ear up high but the other side didnt, whats left on the top is choppy and uneven. Ive been crying ever since cuz the only way to fix it is shave it or wear a hat but I cant wear one at work. ( I didnt notice till I got in car cuz he was rushing me). Plus he cut my work mask. You gotta wear one and he didnt even say sorry, he just rushed me thru. Advice make sure they are paying attention to just you.

There was barely any wait time whatsoever. If you go, ask for Tina Taylor (ladies, especially)! She is incredible! She works with you and gives you exactly what you want, but will also provide you with her expert opinion on whats most flattering and Im so glad I listened to her! She has a great eye and a great personality. The service was awesome. Highly recommend!

Came in for a haircut, only waited less than ten minutes. The woman who cut my hair was friendly and good at holding conversation, was able to make changes based on feedback.

The stylist, Vanessa A., was great. Very communicative and did a great job. Only reason for four stars is that I am from out of town and $20 haircut (not including tip) is overpriced. I would not go back simply for this reason. I understand the community is oilfield; however, not everyone is willing to pay an exorbitant/unfair amount for a haircut. Price-check elsewhere first.

I went in today extremely nervous about getting my hair cut due to bad experiences with having it done elsewhere in the past. However, by the time I left, I felt sexy, confident, and 100% pleased. It was inexpensive, professional, and the girl who cut my hair communicated with me and asked for feedback step-by-step so she could make sure she did it exactly the way I wanted. Griselda was AWESOME! I left a decent tip and was totally satisfied!

So frustrating. Only one name in front of me when I walked in. Apparently you dont get to see how many people decided to sign in online. Waited for almost an hour and three people walk in after us and get served first. If I knew how many people were actually waiting wouldnt have sat there that long with three kids. Rude stylists dont even speak to you and scowl the entire time. Not going back even though Ive be going there for 30 years...

My favorite place to get my hair cut! Excellent customer service, yes they may take their time but its all part of the PERFECTION! They get every detail right! They dont rush, they do their job right! Very clean place also, love this place!

Fast service if you book ahead(online or over the phone) or go mornings during the week. The wait appears to start around 1130. Seems like they always have new people working there so the quality is never consistent. If you get a new hair stylist chances are you will need to have it fixed or do it yourself. If you get a seasoned stylist they will do an excellent job. Pricing is very reasonable for what you get. It is worth the risk to not have to wait in lines like all other places.

I have been to several places in Midland for hair cuts and I consistently get a Super Cut and great service. They are fast and have excellent customer service. The only downside is that they are not open on Sunday, but the other 6 days they are excellent.

The haircuts werent bad. The customer service could use work. Any business with regular, posted business hours, shouldnt close 50 minutes early. Especially a chain establishment. Literally watched them lock the door and turn the open sign to close as someone walked up 50 minutes before close.6/8/19 @ 6:10PM

Ive been a loyal customer of Davids and hes always been amazing with my hair wether it was long, short, or super short pixie style. Hes the best and if you dont like him its probably that youre just having a bad day because hes never not been attentive to each individual customer when Ive been there waiting. He lets you know about how long the wait is and as busy as he is, usually greets everyone. I always tip him well because he does amazing and never makes me feel like hes rushing to finish my cut or color just to get more people in his chair. He listens to what I want and succeeds all expectations.Put simply, hes the best!

I dont mind fast haircuts but at least make it look good. Lady did my haircut in under 6 minutes and it was terrible. Older lady just wanted to get me out wuick even tho i was ok nly one there. Not worth the price.

This really tall man was so rude when I walked in. First time expierience and I can tell you I’m never returning again. As soon as I walked in he immediately said “Wait time is over an hour”, didn’t even attempt to greet me first. I asked him if I could come back, and he said “No, we’re gonna be close. We’re done.” And didn’t even say goodbye as I walked away.

I took my 5 year old when we first moved to Midland and I loved it! Been going there since. I definitely recommend Lyndsi! Shes great. And people complaining about them taking too long, thats part of being a great hair stylist. You take your time.

I checked in online (which I highly recommend). Was greeted promptly upon arriving. Jordan cut my hair. She was not super chatty, but highly accommodating and frequently checked in to make sure the cut was turning out how I imagined. She offered to fit the length or anything I was unsatisfied with if I discovered it within the next seven days for free. The overall space was very clean. There did seem to be men waiting for their cuts when I arrived. I paid 20$ for just a cut (no wash, dry, or style : also was not offered any of these services).

Went to have my haircut on 5/29/18, the young lady,whos name she did not reveal. Did a HORRIBLE job on my hair. I asked for a pixie, and she completely did a hack job on my hair. As if a toddler took scissors to my hair and had at it. I went in around 230, they werent bust at all. She literally cut my hair as if I were a man, with the clippers. She didnt even bother cleaning where she finished cutting the last womens hair, I should have got up and ran out! Most horrible experience ever! I got home and washed and attempted to style my hair, it is so choppy and uneven I cant really do anything with it! Just because I like short hair,doesnt mean I dont care what my hair looks like! I came home and cried! I just started a new job, I wanted something simple and cute.Now I have to be embarrassed until it grows out! Supercuts has seriously gone down hill, they use to have great stylist.

Got a coupon for $4 off a haircut which was effective from 8/9/15 to 9/30/15, so I drove out of my way to save a few. Turns out they have a sign that theyre closed from 8/13 to 9/26... what the hell? Just for wasting my time they get one star, thats not good business in my opinion.

Ive frequented this location for 4 yrs great place for a cut.

I came here because I basically had no other choice. They make their money based on quantity, not quality of cuts. That was evident in the stylists demeanor and abilities. The trimmers were so worn out they were basically just pulling my hair out and she cut my hair in a total of about 10 minutes. It didnt look bad at the time, but once I got home and took a shower I realized that she had gaped me up pretty badly. Im trying to decide whether to let it grow out or go somewhere else to get it fixed. It might have just been this particular stylist that was the problem, but I wont be back.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WENT IN WITH TWO CHILDREN AND THE MAN TOLD US WE HAVE TO SIGN IN LIKE 4 TIMES IN ORDER FOR THE SIGN IN TO GO THRU THE COMPUTER (FIRST SIGN OF RIDICULOUS SERVICE). LUCKILY THERE WAS NOONE BEHOND ME BECAUSE OUR NAME DIDNT GO THRU the computer so after signing in 4 times it still didnt go thru. Next was the woman whom cut my sons hair . I told her a 1.5 kn the side and 2 on the top. Thats exactly what she did. Didnt not fade it in at all basically looked like a chili bowl. I dont know where she learned to do hair but def. Should be going back to school for it!! I complained about how it looked twice . Next thing I know this tall man came and tried to fix it.. still came out bad . By the time it was done my sons hair line was gone and clear to the top of his head. Not at all a fade or a good hair cut. Man didnt offer for a discount or even to say its free. All he said was sorry!! Wirse ever I wont put their arms but people whom know this area Im sure know whom Im talking about. Wont ever come to this place .on top of that they got a tip and we paid before it was even done smh. Wasnt expecting a wack hair cut for my 5 yr old son. Wish I could speak to owner but I know nothing will happen.

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. You know its bad when the hairdresser cutting your hair apologizes. I wanted side swept bangs that ended at my eye brow. Instead I got choppy bangs that are so short they stick straight up. She spent 30 minutes trying to fix her mistake and they just kept getting shorter and shorter until I was begging her to stop. No layers and no framing. My friend went with me and they gave her nothing of what she asked for and finished cutting her hair in 10 minutes without looking like anything had changed except now uneven ends. Please dont waste your money here.

All the stars were because the people we nice, but I got a horrible haircut and ended up having to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

We got in and out fast me and my 2 daughters but coming home and checking our hair all 3 where gaped up.

We got there about an hour and a half before closing. I had two boys (5 & 9) & the stylists called several people that were on the list after us before us. We waited for an hour and 45 min. before I finally gave up and walked out.
