Roto rooter responded very fast and Leslie did a very fine job repairing the shower in my bathroom. It was a difficult job because all of the plumbing behind the wall had to be repaired and she did it well. I called on Thursday evening about a issue with two of my sinks, and plumber was here 8am on Friday. Issue was diagnosed and fixed within two hours. Plumber was professional, quick, and very informative. She walked me through how to treat our pipes to get maximum benefit and made sure I knew how to reach her if there is an issue. The tech that came out was Leslie. Not only did I have an appointment set for 10am-12pm but they called around 8 to ask if they can come earlier since they have a tech in the area. Arrived within 20 minutes. Leslie was very knowledgeable about products and pipe maintenance to the point I started learning stuff and Im a commercial hvac tech so I know a little about plumbing. I purchased this duplex and the sink was backed up from the start and Leslie was able to get it unclogged. Went above and beyond in my opinion. Little pricey but Im all for quality over quantity and I definitely got quality. Will call again.

Scott was the most wonderful person, besides a very skilled plumber. He explained everything that he needed to do in order to fix our cracked cast iron drain. Lee and his apprentice responded to my emergency call in a very timely manner. They got to work quickly and unclogged the main drain for my home. Not the first time I have used Roto-Rooter and it wont be the last time.

My service provider went above and beyond to unclog the worst drain pipe you would have ever seen. He spent 5 hours at my home, pulling out rags after rags that our careless contractors had let fall into the pipe. He did not give up when he could have. He explained everything along the way and was very transparent. It was a great experience for a first time homeowner!

Our kitchen sink/drain clogged and we called on a Monday night about 9 pm and they were at our house Tuesday morning at 8 am, with a call beforehand to let us know they were on their way. Russell was very friendly, wore a mask and booties which I appreciated, and even gave us a tip about our plumbing in our basement that were currently remodeling. We expected it to be about $250, but it was $350, so I was a little surprised at the expense for just over an hours worth of work, but it had to be done...

Needed all my sink plumbing redone Tyler was great and managed to save us the auger fee. Very happy with their service, would use them again.

Unclogging the drain took some time as it was perhaps more complicated then some others. Plumber did a good job and was very professional. Would use him again.

Have a project to repair our sewage line in a couple weeks, but our backup became more and more of an issue. Called Roto at 11:00 PM on a Thursday and a plumber was here by 11:30 PM. Took the time to clean, check his work, and made it seem worth the money. We will use Roto going forward forsure because of the value of work and customer satisfaction.
