On the morning this company was supposed to arrive to clean my carpets I received a phone call telling me their equipment had broken down. My house was turned upside down in preparation for them to come to clean the carpet. I understand things happen and equipment can break down but it’s how you respond to those unexpected emergencies that count in a service company. I was promised a phone call that same day to let me know what the plan would be for them to arrive later. By the end of the day I had not received a call and so I called them to find they were closed. That was six days ago and I still have never heard from them. I guess they decided to write me off as a customer.

Very satisfied and will definitely continue to use from now on.

Can I say amazing! The technicians they sent were super nice guys, very informative, answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns. They were in and out in about an hour maybe a little longer. I had several rooms cleaned and my stairs. The price was a little higher than the other guys but I most definitely got what I paid for and more!!! I have the company to clean and will not call anyone else again! You will be happy you had Mikesells clean for you! Best experience ever!As I stated above Ive had other guys clean my carpets before and they have never been this clean and soft! My carpet has never been soft after being cleaned. I walk in my home and you can smell the clean, if that makes sense.They handle the janitorial cleaning at our office. I had no idea they even offered residential services. I am so glad I asked. So I called Mikesells to come and clean at my house and wow! From the time of the first phone call I was already impressed. I got a text to confirm my appointment after speaking with Michelle in the office. I got a text when my technicians were on their way with their picture(I love that). I got an email the day before as a reminder of my cleaning. From start to finish, Im just really impressed with their workmanship, customer service, the ease of paying. Two thumbs up! I will never again have another company come and clean my carpets.I also want to mention that since they have been cleaning our offices, they have never been cleaner. We have had several companies in to handle our janitorial and never have had our offices this clean. We walk in the office morning and we know the Mikesells has cleaned. I shows and even clients have mentioned how clean our bathrooms are.If you own a business this is the company you want for your facility needs. If you need your home cleaned this is the company you want! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Call them youll be glad you did!

Chris was my cleaner and he was very accommodating! He let me know when he was on the way so I could plan accordingly for his arrival, running right on schedule. I had time to grab lunch while he was doing the cleaning and he was finished up and out before I knew it. He left my carpet clean, soft and smelling fresh. I would recommend Mikesell’s cleaning service to anyone in the market.

I was over promised, over charged and under performed. Absolute worst carpet cleaning job i have ever received. They did explain that around the baseboards due to a filtration issue with my hvac system it they would not be able to remove the staining. As for the rest of the carpet, 1 month later and it looks like it was never cleaned. I could have went with stanley steamer saved a bunch of money and probably would have had better results. Do not waste your money with this company. I called them out to reclean, complete waste of time. Complete ripoff With their poor service standards over promising ans lousy customer service I hope they go out of business as they have now changed their name to Mikesells Facility Services

From the scheduling, to the owner performing the quote and giving me detailed instructions on what to expect, to the techs who thoroughly executed the cleaning, to the after care where the staff explained how to keep our carpets looking as good as they did at the end of the cleaning (they have us additional spot cleaners and tips for moving day success)....this company is top-notch. I can’t recommend enough. Worth every penny.

The owners Michelle & Russ are awesome people. My basement got flooded last week from all the rain that we had in Monroe last Thursday & Friday. They were the only Restoration company that could come right away. Everyone else told me it would be Saturday or Sunday before that could get to my flooded basement. Not only were they quick to respond to my needs, they gave me outstanding service. Her people that came out to clean up my mess were very friendly & professional. This company cares. The owner and staff will do whatever necessary to accommodate the customer to full satisfaction with quality work. We all have to remember there are some situations out of our control, but in ProCare, I find a sincere willingness to come to a reasonable agreement. That speaks volumes on how they appreciate and respect their customers.

Chris at Pro Care cleaned 6 Capel braided rugs for me. When I got them back, THEY LOOKED LIKE BRAND NEW RUGS!! I was ready to throw these rugs away! I could find no one who cleaned braided area rugs. Thank goodness I found Pro Care. You will not find a better, more professional company to clean your rugs and carpets. More than reasonable on price. Do yourself a favor, just hire Pro Care. If I could give this company more than five stars I would. Chris came to our home for a whole house carpet clean (we have 3 levels) so there was a lot to clean. The carpet is a few years old and we have kids and pets so there was a bit of a challenge, but you would never believe that looking at the finished product. They were so knowledgeable, not only about carpets, but also gave great tips about our ceramic tile in the kitchen. The owner even came out and gave us free spot cleaner!!! We will never use anything but this product now!! We have used several carpet cleaning places over the years, but we Ill never have to try again because we have found the best!! Call them, you will be happy you did!!
