Google shows the business to be open until 5:00 today. Guess the manager decided to go home early, not sure. Been calling for last hour and nobody is answering. Day before Thanksgiving. But the problem is I set up insurance on a vehicle Im purchasing, and they set it up but never sent the documentation to myself or the car dealership. So now I cannot pick up my vehicle, apparently because they went home early. What a shame.

Decent place, could be better. . Done business with them quite a bit. They had a paperwork problem on their end that costed me a no insurance ticket. They did not try and make it right. Ive since went elsewhere.

Not to happy with them they were supposed to email me the paper work to e-sign and I never received it so I went there to sign the paperwork and then the guy never sent it to the insurance company and 3 weeks later I get a letter from the insurance company with a check enclosed saying since I failed to send in the signed paperwork they have dropped me here is the rest of the money that you paid that day. PIG insurance should make sure they get customers paperwork in as soon as they sign it.

Terrible customer service- LAZY EMPLOYEES.....purchased insurance from these people...they were supposed to email me all the information but never did. I called multiple times because there was multiple things wrong with the policy...finally went in the office today and dealt with the owner. I told him the issues I had with his employees never fixing the policy and he was VERY RUDE and told me they were his boys,( kids). So what!!!! His kids are lazy as hell because ite their dads business and the owner is very rude! He did nothing but defend his sons who blatantly lied to me about the policy just to get a sale. Very dishonest, unethical business!

Profedsional Insurance Group is an Independent insurance agency. I had an accident early this spring and had to find new insurance I could afford. After extensive research, I was helped to find the best price and coverage for my home and car.
