I wish I could give 2.5 stars. It wasn’t really a bad experience…but it wasn’t good either.It’s not an ideal Uhaul location. The man who worked there was nice enough. I rented a trailer. It was in their parking lot, tongue on the ground, broken cinder block wheel chock. The guy didn’t come out and go over the trailer with me. I was on my own. The bigger uhaul spots at least come out and make sure everything is in order.When I arrived, I had checked in online but I had to check in again. Even though I have rented from uhaul a number of times (including a cross country move) and rented storage, before I took the trailer I had to give him the number of someone who knows me. He called and asked if the person knew me. I suppose if I’d never rented from Uhaul that make make a little sense but I rented a truck (much more valuable than trailer) from another nearby Uhaul six months ago and no one had to phone a friend. Strange.It could just be the neighborhood, but I didn’t walk away feeling like a valued, repeat customer. This place would work in a pinch but in the future I’ll go to a larger, dedicated, U-haul location or rent from a more professional provider.

The owners were very nice. He went out of his way to get me the extra miles I needed. The truck was clean and the fuel tank was full also. Its a little out of the way but worth the drive.

I rented a uhaul truck from there. Owner was super nice and friendly. After I rented I ran into issue where truck wont start. They immediately started working on it and after they found issue was big and needed to be towed they gave me new uhaul and gave me extra day and only charged for miles on new truck. They were very friendly and worked with me in solution rather than wasting my time. Next time if I need uhaul will go to this place for sure.

Cheap fast friendly.... even stayed open an hour late to wait for us.
