Would recommend if need of any outdoor party supplies tents tables kids bounce houses

We rented a 20 by 40 foot tent, 8 tables and 90 chairs for a party on Saturday. The crew came and set everything up Wednesday. Thursday the tent was falling on one side . I called them and they came within the hour. He spent 2 hours fixing the tent and said he didnt realize how windy it was and would return the next day with stronger ties. He returned 2 hours later and spent another 2 hours securing the tent. We had a great party on saturday!! Highly recommend orange county rentals for any rental!!

I placed an order with Orange County Rental, a week before my daughters wedding ceremony . They delivered a 20x40 tent, lights for the tent, 40 chairs, tables and linen . Set up was quick and so was the pick up . I would use Orange County Rental again .

IVE BEEN RENTING CHAIRS FROM THIS VENUE A FEW YEARS NOW AND THEY HAVENT DISAPPOINTED ME YET.THEYRE ALWAYS FULLY STOCKED AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE.

Rented a tent, tables, chairs, and a bouncy house. The outside of the tent was nice and white but the underneath was full of dirt and/or mold spots. The tables were in pretty rough shape. The chairs were fine for a dollar. However, before they even inflated the bouncy house, I could see it was in really bad shape - old, faded, and patched up. For $360.00 are you kidding me!!?? I had them take it back.One positive thing did happen - they did bring me a new tent after I complained how bad the first one was. I didnt expect that and was very happy that they did.I still would not recommend this place for obvious reasons and will not use them again because its just not worth the trouble or aggravation. There are other places to go to in the area.

I booked OCPR for our wedding and everything was great. Really friendly and laid back staff, easy to work with, helpful and knowledgeable. They set up right on time and broke down right on time. Everything was professional and I was really happy with their service.

Diane was so patient with us in helping us figure out what we needed and Kelly was so helpful & laid back and made us feel really comfortable. Really great staff & really great selection that truly covers all of the bases, and now an event that I was extremely nervous about (!!!) seems way less daunting. These guys are making my reception bash go from a logistical nightmare to something Im actually looking forward to :D

Terrible experience! I ordered my umbrella tables and chairs over a month before my party. When delivered, the table legs were rusted to the point of bending with my hand, duck tape was holding the table together, umbrella poles were scratched and dented, umbrella bases were rusted and chipping and all 24 white chairs were covered in dirt! A terrible company that has no experience in customer service!! Would NEVER recommend!

Good people, fair prices

I booked my wedding tent from Orange County in early July. They seemed great and very affordable prior to the wedding weekend. Once it was time for action they were a nightmare to deal with. The tent arrived 7 hours late despite back and forth calls all day. When it finally arrived it was being set up during our rehearsal dinner which was on the same property. Having the tent arrive late also threw all the other vendors off schedule. Communication was sorely lacking and completely unapologetic.Possibly the worst part was when no one showed up to break down the tent and when I called I learned that they were closed on Sunday and completely unreachable. I ended up losing my security deposit from the wedding venue thanks to this vendor.If youre looking for things to go smoothly, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Saved our party with last minute tent and quick delivery when another company pulled out last minute!!! Great company!!!

Terrible company to deal with. The delivered my tent early and almost ruined the surprise party I had planned for my husband. They didnt set up as I was told they would. I explained that I was five months pregnant and could get on a ladder to put the walls and light up. They didnt offer to come set up, Instead the manager said he would send someone to come pick up the tent and he would refund me. Still waiting for a refund a month later. Called several times they either dont answer, say they will look into it and call back or lie and say they are processing it but never do. They still have not refunded me almost $600.

Tables are old and peeling. Could be a hazard for small children.
