Awesome prices.Once again Dollar General youre putting to much on your employees! It would take at minimum 3 employees to run a productive and efficient store.

Has everything you expect it have and their nice as could be.

Shop here on a regular basis because its three closest store to my home. A little run down and dirty but they always have what I need in a pinch.

Very un organized store, compared to other DG stores. Low or missing inventory most of the time I have used this store.

DG Looks like a hurricane went through the store more items on the floor then on the shelves. The store is in desperate need of help one cashier line 15 deep.

I have to say I will not be visiting this particular Dollar General.. Is extremely messy none of the workers were wearing masks, they were very rude, the shelves were mostly empty oh, the store was very dirty as was the parking lot, and it was just a very unpleasant shopping experience unfortunately.

Shelves about empty, no can dog food, the old lady that was closing was as hateful as my mother, she wss compaining about everything that had happened at eork her shift

, it was pretty sad the staff was very rude there was nothing stopped everything you wanted to look for they didnt have her out of it and didnt offer any cooperation you and help you look for anything hey day are they need some work done I need to management they need something because they so lady that got working there are rude I went to return a pair of pants that were too big and the way he checked me out the day before and hear me to see the day before then try to tell me my receipt was in the goods and then I was trying to pull a fast one on her so I had to deal with her manager which was not there I had to do another phone ridiculous you all need to get it together

This store is always out of things and messy.. Dont know why I keep going back always out of what I go for and have to go elsewhere.,

This place has the laziest workers and the night time lady manager, doesnt deserve to work with the public.. The store was a nice place to shop a year or 2 ago but has went down hill since... I was a 4 plus times a week shopper until recently. The store use to be neat and was stocked well now its become blocked and you cant walk down several isles because of the clutter. The night time lady manager wont help anyone, she never smiles and always looks like shes pissed when you enter the store.. She totally ignored my wife once when she asked her a question and then rudely looked at her and spoke to her very unprofessionally.... The day shift assistant manager is great, shes always cleaning and smiling and asking if she can help you.. Every time you go to the store you can see her busting her hump.. Please read my other review.. Dont ever try and go in close to closing time youll be mean mugged given the stink eye and maybe even locked out if its 15 min before 10 as I was.. The 1 saw me pulling up as she was outside smoking and she flipped her smoke into the parking lot didnt say a word just walked into the store and locked the doors as I walking up to go inside.. 2 other cars was pulling in to shop so we all 3 drove right across the street and spent our money At the family dollar.. So the dollar general lost 250.00 dollars plus all the money from the 3 cars since. Its sad because I use to enjoy shopping there because of their selections and their prices..

Idk if they got new management or just started stocking this location but its much better. You still cant find a cart to save your life, there is only 1 checker and always drug addicts and homeless begging in the parking lot. But its improved!

The prices are average to higher than other dollar stores here. This store is usually hard to walk or push a cart through for shopping due to stock in boxes on the floor and on stocking carts blocking the aisles. Slow checkout most of the time. Shelves are either empty or very piled up with assorted merchandise, appears to be clearance but it is not clearly marked with prices. They appear to be working with too few employees, and not enough carts.

This store is usually clean, organized, well stocked. But tonight the store was in complete shambles. Different products were scattered throughout the store. There was hardly anything on the shelves including food, toys, clothing, housewares, cleaning products etc. If someone didnt know better you would think they were going out of business. That store needs some organization, shelves stocked, and cleaned up.

Store was unkept. Im not sure if it was the time or day, or lack of attention. I only needed one item, so it was a quick trip.Wasnt a fan of the cashier, but again, maybe today wasnt the best.

Employees didnt show up for work only one person was running the store. She did an excellent job.

Went there for a snack because its across from my work. Shelves barely have food on them. Kinda needs organized and isles cleared. Sorta cluttery and chaotic but most dollar General stores seem to have this problem. Need better management throughout company to make stores easier to navigate and a cart can actually fit through the isles of stock.

I love this store!!! The digital coupons help me save big bucks! The surveys give u $3 off $15 and over and u can use them in addition to the digital coupons. I always find what I need and save on name brand items!

I was stopped a few minutes after I walked into the store by one of the most unprofessional people i have ever encountered. Linda rudely demanded That I leave my purse at the front of the store. I informed her that would not be happening and she proceeded to have an even more unsavory attitude, puffing out her chest, tapping her name tag and insisting she was the only Linda that worked there.

Good seevice. Everything on floors and shelves were out if most things I needed to get.

Staff is helpful & friendly. The cashier had to run after a guy who ran out of the store with a cart full of stolen merchandise. The female cashier had just opened the 2nd check out since I had to shop for others in my household resulting in processing multiple transactions. The cashier was able to obtain her composure & run out to get the license plate number of the perfect storm & quickly notified the police.

They always have what Ineed. Im there every weekend cause I need something. The same cute redhead is there working by herself. Lol. Shes handling it like a pro.

They dont have wheelchairs,barely have a buggy.and one cashier,very busy and they need help.

I do love my dollar store but have to say that I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the condition of this store the shelves are always empty now a days all the staff seems lazy and dont want to do their job the management is barely to be seen in the store ..I would not be surprised if the next time the general and district manager enters here if everyone is fired and we see all New rehired people.Also sad that its been closed the past two Sundays ..As if no one was there to work.. I didnt see anyone stocking shelves or At the register.. so I think someone came in to put the sign up that said closed till 8am Monday..Not cool..

Pathetic.....one register open, ten ppl in line and one women with a cart full of groceries plus a pull behind cart full that she needed to bring in herself because the store only the one cart. Cashier to busy talking bs and slow.Will give one star due to its convenient location for me

At least the customer service was good! The store is a mess. The layout is crowded, and trying to find things in stock is suspect. But the cashier was friendly. The service was quick, and the prices were OK (I was looking for some drano, got a version for like $2.50).I would stop in for quick needs, but not for anything major.

I also like the Dollar General store.

Im a regular here I frequent this place.... usually greeted upon entry.... friendly staff willing to help out...only thing is theyre always out of stuff and it seems to be a mess in the store....but its a dollar store so yeah not bad Im going today 💯👌😎

Customer service was horrible. There was a lady at the register I ask for a product I was looking for she just told me: we dont have it with attitude. After looking for it a while, I finally found it. Back to the register I show her the product and her response was ok... with the same bad attitude. I think she needs more training in customer service or else the store will loose half of the customers.

I know the dg is trying to build their store back up but not bringing out inventory. Why did they get rid of the shoes, clothes, check back stockroom, 4 candles, ECT. Appliances, sudoko puzzle books. $ each + tax of course??? Bring items out and sale items please. Need more employees/better pay, ins-health! Booming franchise no reason 4 not giving some kind of medical insurance and YES I KNOW? ITS HARD WORK. HEAVY LIFTING, ECT. SOME ITEMS NOT MANY! TRUCK RUNS ONCE A WEEK! Couldnt believe the cashier didnt tell me she had been out of bags for weeks. I went in an bought a lot of stuff only to learn i had to carry the stuff to my car in two different runs to the car🤦🏽had i not needed what i bought i wouldve left it there. I live close to this store but will drive all the way across town unless its something small and then they are usually out of everything. The dog food today had only 1 big bag of food that wasnt expensive ( Benifull & Iams ) & very few small bags

My second place to shop is very good place to get clothes food and electronic s and cheap

This place is trash. Staff is friendly when they want to be. People stand outside begging for money an get rude if you dont give them any. Shelves are always empty. Floors are nasty. Worst one in middletown out of the 30.

Store was unorganized and not so clean, but had lots of stuff on clearance if that means you cant find a price then when you finally do its higher than the original lol! Employees were chasing someone around accusing them of shoplifting and demanding they leave the store while calling the police. Lots of entertainment, but I wouldnt leave my car unlocked!
