We rented from Connecticut Rental Center for our wedding on July 3rd. They were the most flexible and accommodating company we have ever worked with. We rented tents, tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and our dance floor from them, and everything came exactly as we wanted it. At the start of the process, they were nice enough to set aside the tent of our choosing while we searched for our wedding venue. They also agreed to set the tent up a few days before the wedding just to make sure the area underneath the tent stayed dry. Then, when rain was in the forecast for our wedding date, we contacted CT Rental to inquire about an additional tent 3 days before the event. Without hesitation, they provided us with a perfect tent that still fit great with our wedding theme. I would highly recommend CT Rental Center to anyone in need of rental equipment of any kind.

I used them for an event this month and although I did not get to see them in person, I was very satisfied with their email and phone interactions. Tom was very nice and accommodating and readily gave me options that would save me money. Also, delivery and pick up was very easy and convenient. The items I asked for were exactly as pictured in their brochure. Overall I am very satisfied and I will definitely be using them again for my next event.

We rented from Connecticut Rental Center both for my outdoor wedding and backyard Jack and Jill party in the summer of 2019. The Jack and Jill setup was smooth, and they were very accommodating of our needs. Our wedding set up was absolutely gorgeous! The tent was so beautiful, and was decorated just the way I imagined it. We were able to rent everything: tables, chairs, linens, dishes, crates and lights for decoration, and so much more. They thought of every little detail that we would need for the wedding and reception, and made sure nothing was left out. They were also able to give good suggestions about styles that would match our wedding theme and color scheme. They were flexible when we needed to make some changes up to the last minute, and the team was professional and knowledgable when setting up the equipment. We were very happy with our decision, and would recommend Connecticut Rental Center to anyone looking for party rentals!

Connecticut Rental provided a large tent, chairs, linens, dance floor, high top tables and much more for our daughters wedding. The tent looked amazing. We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything looked. The team made sure every detail was perfect. We had to make a number of last minute changes and they were so helpful through all of it. It helped to make the wedding fabulous.

Every time I go there Im greeted by the nicest people. It is by far the most immaculate and impressive show room I have ever seen. Another reason I travel father to get to CT Rental Center in Middleton is because their rates are so much better than all of the others Ive checked out for the same equipment. Plus they have such a huge storage area and I believe thats why their equipment is always like new. They also have huge hangers for their tents to dry before they put them away. Highly professional, quality company with really nice people too.

I was disappointed by CT Rental Center. Our Bed & Breakfast was the site for a beautiful 115-guest wedding last weekend due to rain. While CT Rental Center was able to change the drop off & pick up to our venue (2-miles away) they were less than accommodating with errors in the order and with the contracted pick-up time.Upon delivery, a day before the wedding, the gold-rimmed wine and water glasses were in various sizes rather than the two sizes that were ordered. Additionally, several non-gold rimmed glasses were mixed in with them. To make things more frustrating, the drivers told us that the pick-up would be a day later than what was written in the contract. The mother of the bride immediately called CT Rental Center to discuss the two issues. There was no offer to correct the glass errors, instead, she was told that upon return, she would be issued a credit for the number of glasses that were not gold-rimmed. She was also told that pick-up had to be rescheduled due to rain. The mother of the bride indicated that this was an inconvenience as she would have to take an additional day off of work to be at the Bed & Breakfast for another 2-hour window. She also indicated that the B&B was being inconvenienced as this limited the normal operation of my business. No offer was made to work with our schedules. I called later that day in an attempt to arrange another pick-up time, as I was not available for the new time slot that was designated by CT Rental Center. I was told that I would receive a call back regarding the two time slots I suggested, but never received a call. Instead, CT Rental Center contacted the mother-of the bride and said they would arrive between 8:00-8:30am. This was a narrower window, but still not a time I would be available. When 8:30am came, the mother of the bride called and was then told that the window was between 8:00-9:30am. The drivers did arrive at 9:30am.I did not witness any apologies for the change in pick-up time or errors with the wine glasses. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for future event rentals.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but we did not have the best experience with Connecticut Rental Center. We rented tables, chairs and a tent from this company for our August 2018 wedding. The customer service we received was very confusing and with the outside tent, we really were not sure what all pieces we needed.When they arrived to set everything up early, they forgot a couple pieces and had to drive back to get items which was a multiple hour ordeal.PLUS I had requested tent sides, they didnt bring them, and had to get those as well. A few of the guys who arrived to set everything up were nice, but the main contact on the ground was quite rude and not great to work with.One of the tables had a leg that didnt work so we didnt even use that one.This place has affordable pricing, but not great customer service and not great explanation of everything you will need.

What a great company. Excellent management, caring and highly ethical.

Initially I had a complication but through a proactive effort on their part they took the steps to amend the circumstances. Its obvious to me that they have good business ethics.
