Went there on Monday to get a fresh gel set. Today is Wednesday and my middle nail literally broke in half and my index finger has an infection !!!! NEVER AGAIN. Tried calling this morning and no one answer !!! Wasted $71. I will be requesting a refund !!!!

Though the salon may not look that chic on the inside. The staff does amazing job. For only $30 I got my old gel nails taken off, and a fresh gel manicure put on my natural nail. my nails were really weak from the gel extension set that I had before. Lisa the technician who worked on my nails make sure that my nails were strong and healthy and cut them down to the perfect size so that they still look really nice. I highly recommend

This is the best nail salon in Stamford hands down. I go there for a man I Petit and Im a man and I dont feel any problem with it. They take such good care of me and they know my name and they know exactly what I like. Theyre very warm and friendly and the work that they do is not equalled anywhere else in Stamford

Went here for the first time Saturday to get a gel manicure. There was no wait. The lady didnt speak to me at all so I just sat in awkward silence but that was ok I guess. My manicure wasnt exceptional but it wasnt bad either.

After multiple torturous experiences with several other nail salons around Middletown, I did a little research. Thanks to several GREAT reviews (on another popular social media site) I chose to see Eric at Professionail. I am extatic!! My nails are BEAUTIFUL!! Its been almost a week and I still cant stop looking at them. When I went in there my nails were a HOT MESS!! Eric really had his work cut out for him. He was very nice, easy to socialize with and very professionail LOL. Through no fault of his, I was in that chair for just about an hour and a half. That is how long it took to straighten out that mess. Just another reason to be satisfied. He took the time to do what was needed even if it took much longer then a traditional appointment for a fill. And the price was NOT reflective of that. I am very happy and have no intention of going anywhere else.

Nice place with a good color section but I made an appointment and still waited 35 minutes which I thought was a little ridiculous.

Was just there! Got a french pedicure and manicure. The manicure came out horrible! They tried to fix it but still looks crappy and finally just left with ruined nails because was there 3 hours! Not happy!

I got my nails done Tuesday the powder manicure they are all lifting two have chipped and I get these all the time never ever again what a waste of 40 bucks
