The ladies there are so nice! They were making conversation! I got acrylic set and they feel so good! The ladies made me laugh so much! Definitely going back!!

I go here to get my nail done all the time. This is the only place in middletown I will go to get my nails done. They do nails so nice. 💅💅

This place is great! They are one of the few places that offer dip powder (ANC) in the Middletown area at a reasonable price. I went on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened and they had five or six people working there. They have a great selection of colors and the guy who did my nails was great! I also got an eyebrow waxing and it was very affordable and professionally done. I have lived in the area for a year now and after a lot of trial and error I think I have finally found a great nail salon.

Too expensive for where it is located.The professionals are very gossipy and mean hearted making fun of clients on site.... In front of other costumers... That is weird.Also they charge to take off your previous gel nail polishAlso, they get real busy so they rush a lot.For a one time thing is fine but I would not come back.

I went here on 7/13/18 and long story short I am disgusted with their treatment of customers. There was a woman who had been waiting for a pedicure much longer I was yet I was taken first. When the woman asked why I was helped first when she had been sitting there waiting twice as long as I was. The manager told her that the tech doing the nails chose me because I would tip better than her. This was the second time Ive ever been in this salon. I am white, the other customer is black. Another customer observed the whole thing and when she was leaving she addressed the manager and he said that the tech chose me because white people tip better. I am disgusted that 1, the tech chose me because he THOUGHT I would tip better because Im white, and 2, that the manager allowed it to happen in his salon and then admitted it unapologetically!! When I was done I also addressed the manager and told him that he needs to manage the salon properly and not allow a customer to sit there feeling as horrible as Im sure she did, and then to flat out tell her and everyone else that its because the guy didnt think she would give a good tip. Do your job!! He claimed he told the tech that he was going to cause problems yet did nothing to stop it from happening. I am never going to this salon again or any that are owned by the same person. Apparently they own a handful around Middletown and none of them will ever receive my business.

It was a last minute ideal but it was worth going...I got a free massage also

I came just to get my gel nails removed. The woman used a drill on my left pointer finger to remove the gel nail, she ended up cutting my nail open. After that she continued to put chemicals on the wound, making it far more painful. After that I just wanted to leave. She charged me $10 for cutting my nail, they look terrible. Never going again

They did my nails very good I was really happy at the outcome of my nails, they where very sweet and kind the girl that did my nails gave me compliments it was very nice, I definitely recommend going there

The place is really bad. Broken pedicure chair. Dirty walls. Old and very used and abused equipment, probably bought at liquidation sale. I guess they have business only due to a good location. Would never come back.

I love this nail salon. I got my nails done by a lady named Losie and she did my Full Set and my Pedicure, and she did an amazing job . I would definitely recommend anyone to her, and this nail salon .

Was going there for a while. Went there two weeks ago and my experience was horrifying. The lady was screaming and yelling at me because I complained because she was doing my nails the way she wanted to instead of the way I wanted them done. And she did one of the worst jobs Ive ever seen. She messed up two of my nails and I told her it was unacceptable. She had to redo them and charge me for redoing them because she messed them up. The service there is unacceptable and they are very expensive for crappy work

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I just waited for over 20 minutes to even get checked in. 3 technicians walked past me, 4 looked directly at me, none of them greeted me or told me to wait a minute because they were busy. They just started talking amongst themselves and comparing receipts and cash and went on about their business as if I was not even standing there. They dont even deserve 1 star. So if you need a manicure or pedicure dont come to this place. The nail salon closet to the food court. Terrible.

Coworkers gave me a gift certificate yo get my nails done before my honeymoon.. worst way to start off my vaca.. they have 7 pedicure chairs.. apparently only 3 actually work where you can adjust the seat, my guy tried sitting me in one that was fully up which was very uncomfortable and felt like I was leaning forward. Since I was also getting a gel mani I asked if we could do that first and wait for a different chair to open up.. he ignored me until his co-worker spoke up. I picked out a color told him the number, they said they didnt have it anymore.. so I picked a different color. The polish was old and streaky but instead of him saying something he proceeded to keep painting.. again I had to speak up and switch the color.. wouldnt you know it the color I found was the original one I wanted, with no number on it. The actual mani and pedi were ok. Not great, not horrible, just the over all experience sucked. If you come here request Monica, she is the one who kept helping me with the guy doing my nails and was very good with her client. The place needs some TLC with its appearance and an attitude adjustment. Also, the towels are questionable

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst mani/pedi experience ever for me and my friend. The water was dirty, the tools were not properly sanitized, all of the pedicure chairs are broken (the remotes for recline/massage) were removed and the cushions are so worn down that its hard, bumpy, and uncomfortable to sit on. We also got gel manicures and the guy who did them did a HORRIBLE job. He just globbed the polish on the center of the nail. He did not polish all the way back to the cuticle or to the side edges (by the time we were able to inspect our nails and notice it was already dry and too late because he just shoved our hands under the light without letting us look). Lastly they are out of a lot of their gel colors but they dont tell you until after theyve started the manicure. Their regular polish options are very limited and really crappy brands. No Opi, Essie, or other quality options. Overall the place just looks gutted. There is no upkeep for regarding appearance or sanitation/cleanliness. Avoid it or you will be disappointed!!!

Really bad customer service. Ive come several times and each time something goes wrong... 1. Pedicure water was cold.2. They only had one drill so they pasted it between me and another woman.3. Unsanitary.4. They man was drilling my skin ?5. Poor quality of products and service.I wont be back and I recommend Top Nail on 211 in Middletown.

First time there!! Walked in and got my pedi right away by Kim. Great job!!! Then needed fills and a major cut down of my nails. Loc,aka Beef did a fantastic job making my mani gorgeous and exactly how I wanted them!! I will definitely be returning!!!

Do not go here for wax if you are Hispanic or Black because when I went to get a wax my skin came off and I was pale were they waxed my eyebrows.

I got acrylic set and they hurt being on and I got acrylics before the lady that did my nails was so rude she rushed and it took at least 10-20 minuets to do my nails so expensive for such bad work .
