Horrible people skills on doctors end, impossible to get anyone on the phone, never going back there again

I have been trying to confirm my appointment since yesterday and no one will pick up the phone. Yes due to COVID-19 people are doing the right thing to keep everyone save. BUT AT LEAST PICK UP THE PHONE OR GET BETTER RECEPTIONIST!!!!!!!!!

Very caring physicians. Dr. Patel listened very intently and has been very professional and thoughtful in my treatment. The front-desk staff is wonderful. Wait times are long, but considering the specialty, a person cant really fault them for that.

Called at 4:15, to confirm when my appointment day and time was, really only needed a minute or 2 of time from the receptionist. Hit the number to speak to the receptionist. They answered, asked if they could put me on hold. After 15 min of still being on hold, I hung up called back and the office was closed. Very disappointed. Im hoping that the doctors have better client relations than the office staff. Since there is no voicemail where you can leave a message requesting a call back and the answering service is really only designed for emergencies. I wasnt going to leave a message there.

I called the answering service to speak to the on-call neurologist about a somewhat urgent matter and was called back by Dr Bell who asked me what service I was on, and when I explained I was a patient I was then yelled at for paging their personal number (which I didn’t, I called the answering service) and was then not given any help and hung up on. Very rude.

Wait times are often long, but has lots of parking and the staff is professional and nice. Waiting room is large and comfortable enough.
