Stephanie was great! She helped me with my two appoints for over two hours, one for bridesmaid and one for the bride (me)!She was so patient with us despite us literally overstaying our welcome lol- I came at 2 and left at like 5:30.Everyone else who worked in the store also helped and got to know me! Mae even helped me with their lingerie section and was totally great about me not knowing anything! My only wish was that the store had more than 4 lingerie outfits.We even played a dress prank on my bridesmaids by picking out ridiculous dresses before they arrived to pretend to have decided on them for my wedding and all the David bridal’s employees were super chill about it.But most importantly, everyone here helped me, a woman who lost her mom young (although they did not know this), feel like I had the experience I needed to be confident in my dress selection. I brought in a dress I loved that I bought on sale to show my extended family as they had not been there with me to see it when I purchased it and tried on more at David’s bridal. I went in to just browse. I had Gina as my bridal consultant and she was great. She is very well informed on all the bridal gowns and knew exactly what I was looking for after showing her a few I liked. She was so helpful, friendly and professional and was not pushy. She even made additional recommendations that I loved. Yes I ended up finding my dream dress that day all thanks to Gina. The new shop is super modern and it looks great. They has room to accommodate my party of 6 comfortably.

I had a great experience while at Davids Bridal. The entire staff was welcoming, polite & very professional. They had a nice selection of dresses. My assistant, Stephany was patient and had such a pleasant personality. She was very helpful but not overbearing. I decided to send my bridesmaid there too, so they can find their dresses. To start the shop is gorgeous! Not like anything else in the area ! Especially after shopping in other stores. This one is super clean and well organized easy to shop! I was a guest at a wedding and was helped by Isabella she was super friendly not pushy at all. I wanted a short dress they had a few options but nothing that would work for what i wanted. Isabella picked a high low style and shoes to match! I left very happy over all ill go back for other events.

Monique was my calm before the storm ! I purchased my wedding gown at another salon and they ruined the gown in alterations. Im getting married in 3 weeks !!!!! Monique and Christa came to the rescue they not only found me the perfect wedding gown but also the veil,headband,and shoes ! I actually love this dress more then the original one from the other place plus my experience was so much better ! I wish I would of come here first! I made an appointment ahead of time to try on bridesmaids gowns. My consultant was ready as soon as I walked in the door. She was very patient with me and was more than accommodating with finding several different styles and fabrics for me to try on. The consultant also had the ipad close by with the pictures of the gowns the other bridal members had purchased, which was helpful in choosing my own gown. Great experience overall!

I recently went to David’s Bridal in Middletown and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The whole staff was super helpful, especially my stylist Kelli. She completely understood what I wanted and did not want. She killed it! The first dress (out of many) was the dress of my dreams. With planning a wedding in 3 months, she was absolutely amazing in helping me with everything I needed. Kelli was kind and super friendly with my entire family that came with me. I was greeting as soon as I walked in the building. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My sales woman was absolutely amazing!!! She actually listened to what I wanted and found me all possible options. She has only been working there for 3 days but you would never have known it!!She was patient, kind and quick!! Who ever hired her should be doing all hiring across the franchise. I did not have the same experience in another DB location, I was reluctant to even go back to another DB. Much better experience then another Davids bridals that I went to in New Jersey. My attendant Monique was wonderful. She was kind and very patient. She knew what would look best and showed me just that! To my surprise she had me try on a gown I would never have chosen for myself. She is a fanshionista for sure ! I came in today to pick up my order it was very busy but Christa helped me find shoes. I must say she was very kind and professional there was another very rude customer shopping for shoes as well. My shopping experience at Davids Bridal, in Middletown, NY, today was nothing less than exceptional. Probably one of the best shopping experiences Ive ever had at any store. I went in looking for a mother of the bride dress, I found one to try on and right away Jeanine jumped in to help.She went out to the floor and kept finding more dresses for me to try on. When I told her a specific price range, she kept finding dresses that would be in my budget, and with each one she learned my style; finding the perfect one. Not once did she flinch, or look down on me because of my budget, or style; it seemed to challenge her even more to genuinely help me to find the one.Then, i returned later to return it, because i found another one that truly went with the theme of the wedding. Once again, Jeanine treated me with such a gracious attitude, and she was again genuinely happy about the dress I found. I even showed her a picture, she was truly happy for me.If i could give a young bride advice, it would be to book your appointment with Jeanine. Clearly, i can see why theyve made her a manager. Shes a top notch, and very customer focused.

It was a nice experience I feel the lady that helped me was very nice but we definitely started the appointment late. She picked out beautiful dresses however some I tried on weren’t even a close fit so couldn’t get an accurate picture. However she was very very nice and took the time to adjust the ones that needed to be adjusted.

I went there last week for a tux and a dress for my friend as we are attending an event next week and the service was fantastic! Everyone was super professional, friendlt, kind and very helpful! The selection of evening wear for non-bridal wear was very slim. Found a couple of possibilities. They did not have the dress I found online in stock. They checked and said they could order it…arrival 8/11 and wedding is 8/21. I inquired about the return policy and found out that I only had 7 days to return the gown and then was told that I would not be able to order the one online, have it shipped to the store and return whichever one I didn’t want, even though they were the same price.Long story short, they lost the sale. I ordered both dresses online. Arriving 1 month earlier then their date and easy return of the one I don’t want.

Let me say this place is beautiful and clean. I had my first initial visit with Monique and I loved her! I had my toddler and baby and she was so sweet and professional about my toddlerd behavior that day. Shes the only reason I rated so high. I told Monique what I liked and everything she brought was spot on. This was the only reasonably priced place for a plus size wedding dress. I highly recommend Monique and Davids Bridal in Middletown.

My first trip to David’s Bridal was in March I believe (I don’t have names so I apologize for that) she got me a batch of dresses basically to just pick what style I was looking for and funny enough the very first dress I tried on did in fact end up being the one. I proceeded to try on more but I kept thinking of the first one. While putting it on with a tiara and veil she told me I looked like a princess and I could’ve cried lol add to the fact everyone that passed by said how nice I looked. It was an extremely pleasant atmosphere. I went back today to pick up my dress, which came way earlier than anticipated and as a very anxious first time bride this thrilled me. The woman who helped me was a very sweet and gentle soul, Very little things got us just to confirm with the manger and she as well was amazing. She gave us peace of mind when showing us where things were on the dress and how to properly put it on. Again another day of them complimenting me filled me with so much love. At the end of the visit she told me that my excitement and happiness made her day, but miss manager you made mine as well. Thank you all for everything!

I graduate this friday my dress never came. I needed a short white dress. I looked everywhere with no luck until i came here. Daisy found my dress even though i refused to try it on at first ! It fit perfectly ! She was also really nice.

I was nervous to go wedding dress shopping by myself, but as soon as I met my consultant Isabelle I was instantly put at ease. She readily found my pre- selected choices and upon my request chose some styles she thought would suit me. Isabelle was thoughtful in listening to my likes and dislikes and I ended up going with a gown that she chose for me. Beth, Isabelle and the entire staff on that day were absolutely wonderful!

My sons wedding was delayed due to COVID 19 and I contacted the store about exchanging a dress for a smaller size due to losing weight and Krista was so helpful! The dress is still available and the smaller size was ordered in plenty of time for the wedding. Now we need a dress for the bridal shower and will go back to the store to look for one. Both of my daughters had alterations appointments for their bridesmaid dresses. They were greeted professionally and were taken on time. They expressed Maggie and Violene were so great to work with. The only reason Davids Bridal gets a 4 star today is the Seamstress Voilin. She saved the day. When we orginal picked out the dress we were shown sleeves that complimented it perfectly. We wanted to purchase them that day but were advised to wait to order at alterations. Unfortunately they are taking longer than normal to come in. So we couldnt get them and it was the reason we picked that specific dress. After the Manger made suggestion that were just putting tears into my daughter eyes.. Ugg! Well Voilin to the rescue, thank God. She came up with an alternative that worked. Although the cost on alterations was extremely pricey. About $20 less than the cost of the dress. Yikes! Otherwise a 5 star for Violin but for Davids Bridal Id say a 3 star. Average out to 4 star.

Store is clean and beautiful! Found a dress on clearance for 18 bucks! Cant find that anywhere ! Monique was my helper and you would think from such an upscale place she would of picked a more expensive dress but, she picked what i was looking for ! Great service will come back soon.

Don’t go here for a tux. Got a tux rental with The Black Tux and David’s Bridal was one of the places listed to do measurements. The two girls that did my measurements seemed to be very confused and completely messed up my measurements. Good thing I went to a tailor after and got my measurements done right!

Huge selection of beautiful dresses in price ranges for most budgets. Very helpful staff. Sectioned off and they make sure everyone has a mask. My pregnant daughter found a dress appropriate for her cousins wedding. Alterations are extra but will be worth it.

Our consultant was Gina and she was AMAZING. The store was very busy and she allowed me to take my time. I was able to try on 4 dresses and I tired on *The* dress again, last! (And I do believe she would have pulled more dresses on my request). She also went out of her way to switch some scheduling around so the bridal party could try one dresses directly after my bridal appointment. THANK YOU DB MIDDLETOWN AND THANK YOU GINA!

My daughter and I went there to look for prom dresses.The girl who helped us was wonderful and patient and tried her best to help us. However the choices were not that great. The website showed us way more choices then were actually there. I would rate the girl who helped us 5 stars but the choices one star.

First I want to say the address on Google is wrong they are working to update it. I followed the directions on Google which lead me to the old location. My experience was amazing! I shopped over 9 years ago and came today to the new store for a bridesmaids dress and it was still amazing! It was so nice seeing Janine she actually sold me my wedding gown 8 years ago and helped me with my bridesmaids dress today she is so sweet and kind! Pulled the best styles for my me and made me feel super comfortable. Thank you to the entire staff because they all helped with jewelry and shoes options! What a great experience i even signed me up for diamond loyalty ! I said I would write a review because I didnt get a chance last time! Thanks again i highly recommend this store !

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Davids Bridal in Middletown, NY. . She was able to find a beautiful dress for a wedding with ease thanks to Jennas expertise! Amazing experience from start to finish my wedding was set up for 2020 then got pushed back due to covid. They staff was super helpful when I needed some new things and Violene with alterations was amazing . She took my gown from amazing to extraordinary. It fit like a glove after she altered it! I cried when I picked up my gown and she hugged me gave me tissues and made me feel like a million bucks. She has one of the kindest souls I ever meant I felt so comfortable with her . I am so beyond excited for my wedding this weekend I can barely breath. Thank you again ladies for all you have done in making my dream come true for my wedding gown. Bought my wedding dress from another bridal store but had the alterations done at Davids Bridal. I was very nervous and freaking out because after I bought my dress there was a bunch of stuff I didnt like about the way it looked on me. I was reassured that they would alter it to fix every one of my concerns and they did! I can not explain how wonderful my dress looks after the alterations, I am so happy with it. They also did the alterations for my daughters bridesmaids dress and she looks so beautiful in it now. I would absolutely recommend this store everyone was so nice and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had the best experience with Violine, the alterations manager. She is very respectful of the customers wants/needs and stays within what she knows would like nice and what the customer is comfortable with. She takes her time and really makes sure the customer is happy. In the end, I loved how fitted my dress turned out. Very happy and would definitely recommend. Also the turn around time was only a month.

I went back to try on a few favorites from a previous visit and a couple others. I found my dress and was able to get swatches for my bridesmaids. However, our salesperson, due to COVID rules from David’s, not help me in and out of dresses.

Isabella was fabulous: Smart, courteous, helpful and patient!! It was the first dress my daughter tried on - which all began with the blingy sneakers. But to be sure, she tried on at least 10 more. Isabella was always nearby to lend a hand or two - but never pushy or hovering. She grabbed whatever accessories were needed to help with decision-making and even found another dress that was a close contender.The day this mom has been waiting for for years was a beautiful experience, and happy tears welled in my eyes when my daughter rang the bell.
