Cuts are great but they make up hours as they go. 50 50 shot if there will be more then one person or they are closed. 2nd time now walked in and was told they are done for the day at 4pm. Cuts where good but I dont have time for nonsense.

Hands down the best barbershop Ive ever been to. Not only is the atmosphere friendly and top notch, they cut hair even better than they treat you. Any of the fellas in there will treat you like family and send you out the door ready to be on the front cover of a magazine with the quality of cut you get. I wont go anywhere else to get my hair cut, and neither should you.

Dont know if they give good cuts or not. I assume they do though because I walked in there and there were 4 people waiting ahead of me. After nearly an hour I had to leave because I had to pick up the kids, but I will be back to try again.

So i went to go get mine and my 2 nephews haircut. We showed up at 2:20pm amd they close at 4pm. There was 4 people waiting in the chairs and both stylists sitting in the back on their phones eating. One peeps around the corner looking like a deer in headlights amd says ugh sorry we are closed even though they had the door opened and the closed sign wasnt up.

Any one of these dudes will get you lookin like a million bucks. Super friendly and clean place. Never had a bad experience with these wonderful gentlemen. Shoutout to Cam!

DANG!!!I love to get my haircut at Tonys. Ive had multiple barbers cut my hair and each have done a great job. HOWEVER! A FEW barbers can be flaky on Saturdays. I am sitting in the parking lot on Saturday, (my favorite day to come) 9/10/2019 and watching car after car drive through the parking lot. There is a sign on the door that reads, Sorry, were DEAD. I sure hope that everyone is ok.

The barbers here are absolutely great. From very young children to elders receive the best treatment and cuts Ive seen out of many barbershops Ive been to over the years. A friend recommended them to me for a beard trim and I havent quit going. I know some have preference to whom they go to in the shop but I can honestly say they all are extremely talented and make you feel very welcome.

Been seeing the same barber for 30 yrs... Going out of town this week and the only day I could squeeze in a haircut was Monday. Problem is my barber doesnt work on Mondays so I found Tonys near my office and I have to say its the best cut Ive had in years. I normally wont let anyone near my beard and I figured what the hell Id give it a shot and again.... best hair cut and beard trim Ive had in years. They gained a new client for sure!

Ive been going to Tonys for about a year now and I will say that both Alex and Tony are amazing with the clippers. Ive never been dissatisfied with my haircut. However, I recently switched to another place because Tonys is just too busy and without the option to make an appointment, I simply dont have the time to wait. If you can catch them when theres a small wait, youre in for a good haircut!

High quality, classic barber shop. If youre tired of the fresh out of barber school haircuts you get from the big chains, go here. These guys take their time and get it right. Need a shave? A razor part put in your hair? The back of your neck cleaned up with a straight razor and warm shaving cream? (every hair cut by the way) You wont get that kind of service at Super Cuts or Great Clips. Bottom line: great haircuts, great atmosphere, great guys. Everything a classic guys barbershop should be.

Got my first haircut at Tonys Barber Shop over 5 years ago while living in Middletown, and loved the result so Tony became my regular Barber. I moved to Dayton a couple years later and tried numerous places, all without the same level of satisfaction. So, despite being 30 minutes away I returned to Tonys and will CONTINUE to do so - definitely WORTH the drive. Classic mens barbershop with sports memorabilia and typical guys banter. Tony is a fellow VETERAN and a very skilled barber who seems to inherently know what you want and makes sure you get it. Each haircut is finished with warm shave cream and razor to clean the neck line. Looking for the best barber in SEVERAL towns? Stop looking - Tony is it. No appointments and can get quite busy at times (due to QUALITY). HIGHLY recommended!

Went for a haircut a few weeks ago and although it was done ok it wasnt done well enough and I have some concerns.I asked to have the sides and back shaved and the top trimmed and shortened.Well the top was trimmed but not shortened. I was also made to face away from the mirror the whole time so I was unable to check my hair whipe it was being cut.The barber cutting my hair admitted to being bad at his job and said he had been doing it for 8 years. Not worth $15 to someone who admits to being bad at their job.

Ive been to almost every barbershop from Cincy to Middletown as a kid and now at 41 years old and this Barbershop by far gives the best fades and haircuts anywhere. Im an Ex-Marine and havent found a barbershop to compare to Base Barbers until now. Tony and Alex are the best in the business and give an awesome atmosphere while waiting. Ex Army Ranger and very Patriotic place. Dont go anywhere else. Support these guys and I promise you wont get a better cut and a better atmosphere. Thumbs up gentlemen!

I enjoy going here because its hard to find a traditional barber shop anymore. I tried to walk-in at another place in town, and (even though they had empty chairs) they insisted I made an appointment. That seemed a bit too salon-ish for me. The employees here are down-to-earth and friendly; they are usually joking around and in good spirits. I believe its usually around $16, if youre wondering about price. MAJOR NEED TO KNOW- getting a haircut on the weekend here is an impossible task. Usually one person is working Saturdays and theyre not open on Sundays. If this is your only open time, youll have to go somewhere else.

A few years ago I got roped into watching my 3 month old nephew while my brother got his hair straightened out. So there i am, sitting in the lobby at Tonys with my nephew and who walks in but Keanu Reeves.I was nervous as crap, and just kept looking at him. He read a magazine and waited, but I didnt know what to say to hin. Pretty soon though my nephew started crying, and Im trying to quiet him down because I didnt want him to bother Keanu, but he wouldnt stop. Pretty soon he gets up and walks over. He started running his hands through my nephews hair and asking what was wrong. I replied that he was probably hungry or something. So, Keanu put down his magazine, picked up my nephew and lifted his shirt. He breast fed him right there in the middle of the Shop. Chill guy, really nice about it.

Walked in while a customer was getting his hair cut when he was finished he didnt clean the chair or sweep the hair. Next guy sat down and it took him 52 minutes to cut the next guys hair. If you in no hurry it would be a perfect place to go.
