We got married at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake in of April 2021. Our experience working with this venue, especially during Covid was nothing but the best. Their food tasting event was fun (and delicious) and allowed us to meet other couples getting married around the same time as us! The whole planning process was smooth and flawless, especially for somebody who is type A and would rather do everything themselves. The wedding weekend was organized and perfect. I knew Allie, our coordinator, had everything under control. I have never been so catered to in my life! She made sure everything was perfect, that we ate everything we wanted to, and that we always had a drink in our hand. She put my decorating vision to life and added her own touch to really make everything look beautiful. I rented the lake house for the day of to get ready with my bridesmaids. If you are looking for a place to get ready, I highly recommend it!! It has the perfect room for hair and makeup, we had food and drinks setup in the kitchen and still had two rooms and the deck to hang out on. It was also perfect for pictures with my girls! I highly recommend the Pavilion on Crystal Lake!

My husband and I just got married here on 8/12/21, and had the best experience! From day one of planning, CT Wedding Group was extremely organized, transparent and genuinely kind. All of my questions, big and small, were answered promptly. I never felt like there was a question I couldnt ask them from questions about the venue to advice on decoration. For people as busy as my husband and I, they made the process so, so easy and stress free. Our guests raved about how amazing the cocktail hour and reception food was, as well as the deserts (we did regular cake and added Blazing Donuts, I highly recommend that). I also recommend renting out the cottage for the bridal party to get ready in. It was so fun to hang out with the girls for the day while getting ready, and it was so more more of a relaxing morning rather than if we got ready in the hotel. I wanted to also specifically mention our day of coordinator Melinda, who truly was the MVP of the entire experience. She was a perfect match for my personality, very calm, cool and down to earth. She was always 10 steps ahead of me, which is hard to come by, as I am a pretty type A person. My bridal party loved her, even my parents talked about how attentive she was to them all night. Melinda was literally on top of everything, and never once seemed disorganized or frazzled, which is so so reassuring for a nervous bride on her big day. There is not a single thing I would change, negative thing I have to say, or a single regret I have about our entire experience with CT Wedding Group and the Pavilion on Crystal Lake!

Went to a wedding, great venue. Not too big, not to small. The grounds were nicely done. It was an outside ceremony, we got sprinkled on. Theres a gazebo for the couple, but the crowd was uncovered. It made for a beautiful rainbow and was kind of nice. Food was excellent, staff was attentive.

We just attended a wedding here last night and it was amazing! The ceremony space was beyond words gorgeous. Tucked in a wooded space with speakers on the trees and a nice little pavilion. The deck and patio area is perfect to hang out, plus some nice grass and beach area for younger kids to run around and play. The reception room was amazing with all wood, string lights, a nice sized bar in a good location. And the food was DELICIOUS.

Went there for a wedding and reception. The place was really nice. Great place to hold a venue. Food was fantastic and the staff were great. The place sits right on a pond/lake. I had a terrific time.

My daughter and her hubby had to deal with the dreaded COVID Delay in their wedding plans along with many other couples. Being the careful and meticulous planner that she is, she worked hard to make sure no detail was overlooked, that nothing fell through the cracks, and everything happened when, where, and how it should. The wedding took place as scheduled but with minimal attendance and nearly a year later she and the staff of the Pavilion on Crystal Lake picked up that ball and RAN with it. The wedding was “re-done” as a renewal of vows, followed by a great dinner, and by an awesome reception party! The facility was beautiful and the staff was EXTREMELY professional, cheerful and helpful beyond any and all expectation, right to the very last moment. I was extremely pleased and impressed with them at every turn... and more importantly, my daughter was very happy with them as well.... and that means EVERYTHING!

Attended this venue for a friends wedding and was very impressed. The outdoor ceremony area is great, tucked away up a short wide winding pathway through an arbor. Parking is close and abundant. Slightly difficult to find via GPS but the sign is visible if you know what to look for.

Came here for a wedding last week and had a wonderful experience. It was raining out so I didnt get to enjoy the outdoor accommodations but from what I could see the views of the lake were beautiful. The food and the drinks were amazing. Looking forward to coming here sometime in the near future.

If I could give 0 starts: I would.Gorgeous venue and the menu looked great but they were rude from the first interaction. I should have trusted my gut when I felt like a burden just trying to make an appointment for a tour and get basic package info. But I overlooked it and regret it. Every single request for information was met with an attitude - as if I was a burden for asking instead of researching on my own. The made it clear in every interaction that they did not care about my $30k+ in business one way or the other.When I had reservations about the contract - where they make you agree to indemify them for anything/everything, complete 95% of all payments 8 months before your wedding (payments which are NON-refundable or transferrable) and will not allow you to cancel for basically any reason (covid included). - I was met with a brusque and condescending attitude once again rather than reassurance, comfort or god forbid understanding and compromise.Ultimately, after a week of back and forth - presumably because I asked too many questions about the contract - I was told in a brusque, one-sentence email they would not work with me and were withdrawing the contract. I didnt even get the dignity of a phone call. When I tried to call them it was ignored and instead I got an email reply with still no explanation.The COO tried to make me feel irrational and unreasonable for my inquiries and I let him! But I since realized that I was neither. DONT ASSUME THEIR MINIMALISTIC PAPERWORK IS STANDARD. Other venues include more specific details and info IN THEIR WELCOME BROCHURE.Its sad such rude people run 2 of the most desirable wedding venues. The salespeople and COO take the business for granted and treat you like youre less-than.

Polish Falcons Nest 519 is a beautiful 16 acre property that is fraternal lodge and a banquet venue with its own lakefront private beach. The Club is open to members for meals and cocktails daily. District President Phil Zambrello is looking forward to the return of weddings and banquets

The magic of my daughter’s wedding last weekend will stay with us forever. Cate, our coordinator, was fabulous! She made the evening run so smoothly with every possible aspect thought out and arranged. The venue is amazing from the magical ceremony area, to the beautiful lake, to the patio and indoor seating area surrounded with romantic decor and lighting. We were even able to spend the day getting ready at the homey cottage on site.The food was outstanding and the servers and bartender were the friendliest and most professional we have ever experienced. Anything anyone needed or wanted was right at their fingertips. Our guests loved the experience and are still commenting on it a week later. We cannot say enough positive things about the way the day went!

I wish I could give this venue more than 5 stars! This was the first venue we looked at for our April 2019 wedding and I was hooked as soon as I saw the beautiful view of the lake. Working with Connecticut Wedding Group was an absolute dream! Every month they would check in with our wedding process and offered suggestions/ideas along the way. If I ever had a quick question, I would get a response in a matter of minutes. On the day of our actual wedding, everything was beyond perfect. The venue was absolutely beautiful and all the decor they used was exactly what I pictured our wedding to look like. Everyone was so incredibly kind from the bartenders to the servers to our amazing wedding coordinator, Samantha. Samantha was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly made our wedding day so perfect. I would recommend The Pavilion on Crystal Lake in a heartbeat to any couple looking for an absolutely amazing wedding experience!

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of working a wedding with Cate and her team at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake. There was unexpected rain right before the outdoor scheduled ceremony. Cate and her team quickly adjusted to accommodate an indoor ceremony so that guests were comfortable and sheltered. They were so accommodating and helpful!Everything from start to finished flowed seamlessly and the customer service was top notch! One of the things that really stood out, was Cate’s professionalism and attention to detail. We talked about Greg and Katie’s wedding timeline before the start of the wedding. Right before cake cutting, she said “Okay let me go and check in with both parents and make sure they dont go anywhere and miss the cake and parent dances.” This is something I make sure of as a Master of Ceremonies already, but to have a point person like Cate at the Pavilion to also be on top of this, makes her a real asset and she helped in so many ways to contribute to the success of the couples’ day!Overall, everyone on the team had smiles on their faces and were extremely helpful throughout the wedding reception. Highly recommended!!

Second wedding I have been to at this facility and second time I have been wowed with some of the best service and hospitality. They stop at nothing short of making sure everyone is satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested in planning a wedding or event.

The staff was SUPER nice. They were really polite and considerate. J have a nut allergy and they made sure nothing that I had had nuts. The took the nuts out of my salad and brought me the appetizers that were safe for me first. My experience was awesome absolutely great!.

Where do I even begin? We first toured the Pavilion nearly two years ago and instantly fell in love. Its set back from the road so its very private, and the lake the venue itself is on is beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the planning the layout from the cabin to the pavilion to the gazebo and outdoor ceremony space. Once we booked our date (actual hours after we took our tour) Mary Beth and the entire CT Wedding Group made sure they stayed in contact with me, checking in to make sure I was doing okay, and to see if they could answer any questions I had, or to help me plan the big day. On the day of the wedding, Cathy, our coordinator, was nothing short of superwoman. She wrangled us, our families, and our large wedding party seamlessly, so our ceremony went off without a hitch. She made sure every person stayed warm with a hot beverage and ensured my husband and I wanted for nothing the entire night. She even let me borrow flip flops when my shoes started tearing up my feet. Cathy, you and your team are the real MVPs. When it came to food, we knew we werent going to have typical wedding food after sitting down to taste the menu earlier this year. We even had a chance to sit down with the head chef to talk menu, dietary restrictions, and any tweaks we wanted. I cant overstate how above-and-beyond every single person at this venue went to make sure we had the best day of our life, and for that, I am truly thankful.

I loved my wedding at the Pavillion. The Whole team did an amazing job. It is easy, fun, and as stress free as planning a wedding can be :) Our wedding coordinator, Lindsay was the best. Lexi, the head server was amazing too!!!!!This venue was perfect! The entire wedding planning process was smooth and easy thanks to the team of professional, fun, and extremely knowledgeable staff. Our wedding planner, Lindsay, not only made the day run smooth but she also was responsive to me and my husband the whole time. The lead server, Lexi, was AMAZING and fun. She made sure we got to try all of the food - which was SO yummy. Our guests could not say enough good things about the atmosphere (beautiful), the food (delicious), the staff (nice, fun, fast), and their overall amazing experience at our wedding. Our daughter got married here last Sunday. Absolutely everything they said they were going to do, they did and more.When we arrived for the rehearsal, I was greeted by a girl on the staff who said to me, I will be here from the moment you all step out of the limo until the end of the night. She wasnt kidding.I was so overly impressed with this picturesque venue, the pleasant staff, the wonderful amazing food by their top notch chef, and the cleanliness throughout.They took pride in presentation and it is evident from beginning to end.Wonderful special touches unique to this venue were everywhere you looked.I could list names of all who helped make this an unforgettable beautiful experience but honestly dont want to leave anyone out.It truly was a group effort and they impressed all of our family and guests who made a point to tell us how much they loved it.I could go on and on.Cindy PuccinoThank you so much!

Id give 10 stars if i could! They were able to have wedding ceremony outdoors, breathtaking 🥰🥰. Then to deck for cocktail hour where we were able to watch photos being taken. The food was spectacular and servers, which in my opinion can make or break an event, professional, helpful, friendly and patient.

Wow! Went to a wedding here, and although there was open bar, the alcohol did not affect my perception of near perfection. The staff was young, attentive, friendly and extremely professional. The wedding coordinator was a very large presence insuring her staff/service was top of the line. The food was incredible which in itself was something because its wedding food. The appetizers were obviously plates with care and while there were items I did not care to try like the crab ceviche, I didnt hear a single negative comment about any of the selection from any of the 140 guests. Apparently, the wedding coordinator was able to leave lights above the dance floor from a previous event that wouldve cost another $500. The plated dinner was fantastic. Everything that was supposed to be hot, was served hot. The salad was fresh and crisp with fat raspberries. No leftover greens for anyone. Ive been to ALOT of weddings. This place was beyond. I would jump at the chance to go here again and Ive gone to a wedding at Anthonys Ocean Side venue in New Haven.
