10/10 would recommend! I’ve been coming here for a years and have yet to have a bad experience. I’ve tried other shops in west Madison and Middleton and the service here is by far the best. I feel like a valued customer instead of a set of nails being churned out of a factory. My mom refuses to get her nails done anywhere else.

James has been doing my nails for years and he is absolutely amazing, as are the rest of the staff.

Worst experience. I walked in and got my shellac manicure done. The technician who did my manicure was impatient and careless. When I had my fingers in the shellac led machine, my nail got sticked to the tower under my hand and it hurts! The technician did not say a word but showed a disgusting expression. She made me feel like I were bringing trouble to her! She’s the most unfriendly one I have ever met in a nail salon.Definitely would not come back. Patrons deserve better customer experience!

I see Kim at Q nails every two weeks for a gel fill and now pedicures. Since Oct. 2012. I like her, she is kind, gentle and my nails rarely break when I see her (only her) for my nails. I highly recommend Kim. I am sensitive and she understands this and is really careful. I am going in today to see her again. I also recommend calling for an appointment because she is busy and although walk ins are welcome, Ive found that rarely am I able to get her on the fly.

Great service despite COVID 19. Nails lasted 3weeks

I have to say that Q Nails and Spa were very friendly and understanding. I am a guy and I sought out to Q Nails to help me with my nail biting problem and they were very understanding and very professional. If you, are a nail biter, trying to quit, go to Q Nails and they will take care of you. This isnt just for women anymore, guys can get manicures too! Hey guys, if you are going to get married and have your wedding bands on your hands photographed or going for a job interview you need to have cleaned groomed nails and this place is the place to go. Believe me, I checked a few other places and they shooed me away but Q Nails were very accepting and considerate. I got a manicure (even if I didnt have much nails left, they cleaned, filed, groomed and shellacked my nails and made it very strong to allow me to grow out my nails. I got mine done because I want to quit biting my nails and I have an instructional video shoot coming up where I have to use my own fingers to push on buttons. Now I am glad to know I have a place to get my manicure. Check it out!

Terrible terrible experience! Never again! I got a gift card and wanted to have my gel set soaked off and a new one applied since Ive had these on for quite a while.. the guy that did my nails said that I only needed a fill, i was sceptical but i listened to his advice, he was done with my nails in 25 mins... that was a rush job.. but long story short my nail got infected and my nail had mold, my regular nail shop I go to wouldnt even do my nails due to the condition they were in, my nail had to be treated, and still to this day my nail cracks vertically when they start to grow, so I have to keep them cut short. Havent had any nails done in about a year..

We love coming here. Caroline my granddaughter has autism and they are always very kind and understanding.

Will not be back! Staff was friendly but my feet are rougher than before the pedicure. I could have done a better polish job, as the top and tip of each of my toenails looks as if the polish was wiped off. Very disappointed!

Worst Dip Manicure I have ever gotten. I’ve gone twice thinking maybe it was a fluke and would be better the second time. I was wrong, even worse the second time. I have polish all over my skin surrounding my nails, uneven coats, and didn’t get the polish up high enough on my nail- there is a gap as if the polish is already grown out. Do not recommend.

Worst manicure Ive ever had! Then he tried to blame how bad it looked on me. Said my nails just dont dry right. I only came because my normal place was booked! Never again!!!! Dont try it!!!

Very disappointed as i have been getting manicures for awhile, due to a shedule conflict i tried Q nails. Dip Manicure chipped after less than week, when it normally lasts at least 3 weeks
