I arrived on time for my 11am appointment which I scheduled a week in advance. I was told I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. How is it acceptable to allow this to happen? Dont waste your time unless you like sitting around for an hour for a scheduled appointment.

Julies nails does a great job with manicures, pedicures, and waxing. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I have never had a chipped manicure or pedicure - everything always looks perfect for weeks - actually my pedicures usually last over a month! Amazing nail salon.

Myself and a friend visiting from Canada called Julies @ 5 pm on a Friday evening to get an appointment for a Pedicure for that night or on Saturday. The women whom answered hesitated a few moments and then gave both of us an appointment that night at 7 pm. When we arrived we discovered that the salon hours were posted 9 am to-7 pm. They knew they were too busy on Saturday and so they went out of their way to accommodate us. The foot care and leg massage was very relaxing and thorough and we never felt rushed. The technicians were enthusiastic, friendly and smiling throughout the entire treatment even after a ten hour shift. Thank you ladies for your patience and professionalism. We recommend you highly. Pam and her crew will do anything the give their clients excellent customer service!! For those out there with picky styleS, u found your spot!! They will never disappoint you! For specific names, Mia, Katie and Tina are the ones that I get my services from!! But honestly, everybody knows what they are doing!!Also they always go at the pace with latest nail styles and techniques!! You will be addicted!!

Such a waste of time. Called ahead to see if they could take 2 walk ins at the same time. They said yes so we went. My friend sat down first and they said my wait would be a few minutes. After asking several times 45 minutes went by and I had still not been seen. 3 people ended up going in front of me... We sat there for an hour 15 for very slow service and to only be given excuses as to why they never took my appointment. Frustrated, I decided to leave and not get my nails done. I fo not recommend this place if you’re looking to stay on a scheduled appointment time

If you are looking for quality customer service and a prompt appointment, it would be best to skip over Julie’s Advanced Skin Care & Nails. After going to Julie’s, I am convinced that appointment times are merely suggestions, as I had a pedicure arranged for 6 pm and was not seen until 6:25 pm. If they were running late one evening, I would’ve understood, but this has happened on multiple occasions and frankly, I am extremely tired of it. Before my appointment I called and asked if it would be alright to come in a bit later as I understand how late they can be, however I was told that if I did not show up on time my appointment would be canceled. This confused me because when I arrived at the salon I was told to sit in the waiting area for a little while (25 minutes). When I was finally called in, they did not apologize to me ONCE or give any reasonable explanation for their lateness. It would be safe to assume that I will not be coming back to Julie’s Nails and fervently urge others to avoid this salon.

It’s unfortunate i had to stop going to the salon. I would make appointments and would have to wait, sometimes 1/2 hour to see someone. What’s the point in making an appointment if you can’t be seen the time that you make it. I understand if someone’s running 5 or 10 minutes behind schedule. Really really bad customer service! Absolutely no consideration of your time. I would call ahead to see if they were running late or ask them to give me a quick call if they were running behind; no worries if that were the case, and I would still have to wait. Ridiculous!

Just went for the first time. Very happy with the job they did on my nails. Everyone is very friendly and upbeat. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

I really liked this place they did a great SNS dip powder manicure. They were very busy on Saturday at 4pm so I waited for the first 20 mins even though I called to make an appointment earlier that morning. Worth the wait though

Arrived in state just before my father died. Julies was able to get me in and have a eyelash dyeing and brow shaping and a pedicure, before the wake and funeral. I now have an appointment for a facial! They also do tattoo eyeliner.

Absolutely terrible experience! There are two major reasons as to why I will never go back here again and strongly urge you not to go as well.1. They have no regard for an appointment time. I was always made to wait 20 minutes beyond my appointment time. This happened almost eveytime I went - over a period of one year. I was finally fed up of the complete disregard for sticking to the given time. To add to that, the staff/owner never apologized. In fact the owner had a bad additude and temper. On one occasion I knew that I was going to be late so I called ahead of time to inform her and she said, no worries, please come. I arrived only to be taken in 45 min late and on top of that she told me - oh you should come during the week because weekend is rush hour. I was totally shocked at her rude behavior and attitude.2. I had brought my Mom along for a pedicure and the lady who attended to her botched her ingrown toe nail so badly that I had to take my Mom to the doctor and she was on antibiotics for 10 days. The salon lady didn’t stop poking at my Mom’s toe inspite of my Mom repeatedly asking her to stop because it was hurting her. Horrendous service to say the least!!Beware of this salon!

This place seems to follow sanitary protocol, which should be your first concern. Good service. Very accommodating.
