Was on the hunt for a 2021 Sienna. While they didnt have one on the lot, their online inventory showed one coming in I LOVED. Jermaine was our sales rep who went above and beyond for us. Since we had a wait on our vans arrival (and building!) he ensured he kept us up-to-date every step of the way. He made the entire process seem like we were BFFs and not just a sale! Very friendly. My son had shut the garage door on my new Rav 4 while I was backing out, causing some damage to the hatchback above the brake light. I took it in to the body shop for an estimate, and they were able to pop it back into place in about 15 minutes, and didnt charge me! They were the nicest guys!

I purchased a new Tacoma SR5 long bed 4x4 and the whole experience was way better than expected. I worked with a sales associate named Garrett and he helped me to figure out which truck model I actually needed/wanted for the pricing I was willing to pay. I was able to test drive multiple models with ease, and Garrett offered to help price match the truck I was looking for that I found at a different dealership. At no point did I feel that Walker was trying to up-sell me model truck that I did not need (try to get me in something more expensive, etc). In fact, the truck that I wanted (model, options, and color choice) Walker did not have. Garrett and the management team (Hadi) went to bat for me and found the truck I wanted in PA and was able to trade somehow to get the truck I wanted, and in record time. I put my request in late on a Wed afternoon, and the truck arrived Monday evening! I couldn’t be happier. The purchasing experience was very seamless and pleasant, and actually fun (Rick in finance was also very easy to work with and the paperwork process was also seamless and easy-no pushy warranties or options that I did not want; provided options and let me decide). I cannot say enough good about Garrett, he went out of his way to assist, provided me his personal phone number for issues I had, kept me informed along the process, interfaced w/ Walker management and the finance team, and made my pickup very very easy. The truck was washed and ready to go even with a bow!!! First time for that, and I have bought a lot of vehicles. Fantastic experience with Walker Toyota and Garrett and would definitely do business again. My faith in dealerships has been restored. So glad they were able to help me get the truck I was dreaming of.

Purchased a new 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid with Mudflaps, Carpet Package, All Weather Floormat Package, Blind Spot Monitoring Package, and the Body Protection package out the door for $20,100 (including fees, taxes not included). The MSRP was $25600+. After about a month of searching, Walker provided by far and away the best price. Do you research, ask other dealerships for their best price, then see what Walker can do. They really are an impressive dealership. Sonny was my salesman. He did a great job.

Ordered parts online Saturday night for pickup in store checked my order status online Monday evening to find it had been canceled with no communication whatsoever from the dealer. Complete lack of communication by this dealers parts department pretty much means I will never buy anything from this place ever again. I mean really, if you dont have the parts or cant get them, I get it but how about letting your customers know? If I hadnt thought to check on the order I would have never known. This is not the only Toyota dealer in town folks...

If I have a serious breakdown, as I did this week, my only thought is how to get the vehicle to the Walker garage. After that, no more worries.

By far the best body shop experience I’ve ever had. After a very frustrating hit-and-run, Walker got me scheduled right away. During the car-buying process they were great. However, since then horrible. After I got the car home I noticed there was trash in the pouch in the back of my driver seat from where they had ordered Chipotle for everyone. I also noticed rattling in my rear speaker as if it’s blown out from someone driving the car prior, I’ve asked them to fix it twice (and took it in) and magically nobody hears the blown speaker and refuses to fix the problem. I’ve then sent 4 inquires in about wanting to purchase parts to upgrade my vehicle and nobody ever gets in touch with me. Today I put in an inquiry in about a new car, seeing if they’ve gotten my previous inquiries, and got a response within an hour. Told the guy my issue and never heard from him again. Will never buy another vehicle from Walker Toyota.

Had to be the worst car buying experience ever. We ordered our truck on the 16th of June had our credit ran and approved and also put down the 500$ deposit. And was told it would be delivered the first week of July. So i decided to call on the 25th for an update. I am called back by our sales man with him informing us that his sales manager (Hadi) had not marked the truck as sold, and that they had resold the truck to some one else the same day. And also that the truck was no longer ours. Now mind you they never called us to inform us of this, while holding on too our $500. I called Toyota to express my frustrations with the situation. They opened a case and said I would be contacted in 48 hours with a resolution. Two hours later I was called by the dealer Hey the truck is yours. I asked what happened. Toyota customer service called he said. Obviously telling them to do the right thing. Per the sales team at the dealer they knew about there mistake day one and were trying to locate a similar to replace ours with. Obviously they were more concerned about getting both sales than taking care of either party. Hadi never called me to explain the situation, he hid behind he sales people but what could i expect with dealers horrible moral compass. July second arrives we get a voice mail that our tuck is ready. On the way I decided to call just to confirm every thing was a go. I am informed that they mistakenly put our credit in the numbers at a higher tier than we actually fell into, but when we had our first conversation, when we put the number together he could see our credit score and we all agreed it would not hit tear one and to gather the numbers accordingly. Of course i knew what that was, they are going slide some type of warranty into the lease. So fast forward to the paper work at the dealer. As my wife starts to paper work i see it! He says this your end of lease dings and dents warranty. I said stop, what was that warranty she just signed for 523$ He says immediately Actually it 514$. I say we dont want it. He goes to tell me that he moved the monie line and that it was free, and that He could care less if the Walker family gets paid as long as we are happy. At this point I excuse my self from the office. Walker Toyota is the most dishonest dealer I have ever dealt with and thats saying alot. Go any where besides there

Let me start off with Craig Bailey is the best! He made my out of state purchase such an easy and smooth process. The dealership itself really works to earn your business to get you at a price you want. I even wanted last minute protectant applied to my car and thanks to the finance manager and the service department I was worked into their schedule and they got me out within the hour so I wouldn’t be stuck in traffic going home. Please do not request or waste your time with Tim Pierson. He is not willing to allow customers to test drive a car if he thinks you aren’t able to afford it. If you’re interested in 3 cars it overwhelms him and he will tell you to make a choice. I especially love how he did not hide his frustration by throwing his hands up in the air before clashing them against his thighs. He advised that a 2021 Toyota Venza would cost between $600-$700 monthly without inquiring about my payment goals. Well Tim I purchased a 2021 Volkswagen with 0% interest from your competitor. By the way, my monthly payment goal was $800, less than 5% DTI. Your biases forced a top tier customer to take her business elsewhere. I should have asked Craig Bailey to assist me, he is a man of great character without prejudice. Tim, you could learn a thing or two from Craig.

Leased a new Venza in January and everything was great with the vehicle but we have been getting the run around about getting our plates for weeks. Our temporary tags have expired and I have made several phone calls and even showed up in person twice now to get our plates and there is always some reason why we cant get them. First they said there was a problem with the funding and couldnt release them, then when that was sorted out we showed up on Saturday and they said they couldnt go into the locked office to grab them and said they would overnight them to us as my husband is a truck driver and gets very few days off. We still havent received it and I am getting so tired of this, we just want our plates already.

I put $500 down on a vehicle early June that had not been delivered to the dealership yet. A few weeks later I received notification that the vehicle had arrived and been sold to someone else even though I had a deposit to hold it. This is bad business and would not recommend this dealership to anyone waiting on a vehicle.

Definitely ask for Randy. We actually didnt end up buying our vehicle from them, but they were kind and honest. He was not pushy or annoying in anyway. They had a large selection and tons to choose from if you are looking for a pre owned vehicle. I was born and raised in Miamisburg but have lived out of state for most of my adult life. My wife and I had to rush back to town for the severe illness and eventual death of a family member. In the midst of our grief, my 2014 Toyota Prius V started showing some warning lights and the functionality of the vehicle was also effected. We had a Toyota extended warranty, which of course, helped a lot. I explained my circumstances to Walker, and the need for getting my vehicle fixed quickly, and they were great. They put my car at the front of the line, diagnosed the issue and got the parts ordered. They provided us with a loaner vehicle and we were on our way. The kept us appraised of what was happening and fixed it as soon as the parts arrived. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were. As we headed out the door after picking up our car, they expressed the condolences for what had happened and wished us a safe journey home. The service staff was kind, compassionate, and helpful. Thank you Walker Toyota for going above and beyond.

I never leave reviews but the service center is just terrible to work with. I can never get a straight answer out for them and I’m without a car for almost a week now because they failed to plan ahead. The attitudes there just seem lazy, instead of planning ahead they just hope they have what they need and go from there which is a huge inconvenience to me. I will be taking my car to another Toyota dealership for any future problems and recommending this dealership to no one. 0/5 stars is my actual rating.

I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla from Walker Toyota in 2018. For every follow-up and service appointment since, they have more-than earned my business with a great service department and great customer service. From the first time I stepped foot on their sales lot, a great representative of the dealership, Mr. Donald Foxx, was kind enough to help me identify a car that would work well for me. After we sealed the deal and agreed to a very fair price for a very good car, that car has worked well for me every day since. With Walker Toyotas great service, I am hopeful that my Toyota Corolla will last years to come, but later down the road, when I am in the market for a new car, I know Walker Toyota will absolutely get my first look; the results of their great service continue to reinforce that. My car battery died across the street from the dealer. After a jump, they squeezed me in for a new battery and installation despite the fact that they had no appointments available. The cost was $50 less than pep boys next door. The staff was friendly and the waiting area is much better than others in the area. I’ll use the Toyota dealer from now on. Thank you!

I recently came in to Walker to purchase a new vehicle, I was turning in my Tacoma and was completely undecided as to what to purchase next. Rick, Shaun and the entire staff were so patient with me and extremely helpful with me in making my decision. They let me test drive several vehicles and gave me figures on purchasing them and never complained. I finally decided on a Tundra and couldnt be happier!!!!! So they replayed to my review and stated “there looking into this” WRONG! I waited over three months for them to get back with me and to support a Toyota vehicle they sold me, and they continued to tell me “Toyota won’t pay to replace my rusted frame that’s unheard of” even though I got a letter from Toyota stating they would. Waist of time if u want to buy a Toyota from a dealer that backs there product got to performance Toyota in Fairfield. I call them about the frame issue they knew what I was talking about and took care of it and Toyota paid for it 100%. Thanks walker for telling me I did know what I was talking about.
