Problem key not working to start car. In less than 30 minutes I was back on the road. This was all none at very reasonable cost. If you have problem this is place to go high grade work. Highly recommend Stones services to all. Big thank you them.

This is one of the best places to take your vehicles. Harry the owner is so awesome. He talks you through everything and calls you if he comes across things before repairing them. Weve used Stones for years. They do excellent work and are very honest. I cant tell you the number of times Ive thought something expensive needed to be done, and hed tell me it was something much less expensive. Also great for telling you the thing that have to be done now, versus what can wait. Very reasonable.

Stones Automotive is THE BEST. The owner, Harry is honest and will tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and what can wait. This is NOT one of those shops that works on up-selling needless, costly repairs. He will work to get you the best parts at a good price. They work on all makes and models, even old cars and foreign makes. This is the only shop I trust to work on my vehicles because they do the job right at a fair price.

Stones Auto has serviced my families vehicles for over 30 years and have always provided excellent service. Harry is honest as they come. I moved 35 miles away and have yet to find anyone that comes close to the level of service I am used to from Stones. So I when I need something done, we make the drive to Miamisburg.

Took a 2002 Jetta there and was told the alternator was bad. Which we had just replaced and had a warranty on so we went and picked up the “bad one” and come to find out it was not even the alternator that we had paid for. Spoke to Harry and he proceeded to accuse me of trying to pull one over on him. I proceeded to say no I would not do that I am just saying May have been an honest mistake. He then accused me of lying! I will never go back there again! Sad considering We are family!!!

For all those five-star Raves about how great this places Im going to stay there either lying well yes they are lying but theyre either family or their friends or theyre being paid to lie to the public to make this place look so awesome and its not. $700 is what they charge me just to look under the hood that did not apply to the amount of money it would have cost for them to fix the problem. I was quoted from them over $4,000 just to fix a fuel pump instead I took it to someone else and it cost me under $1,000 besides that the smallest ridiculous things that shouldnt cost that much and up costing twice if not triple the amount as if you were to go to someplace else do yourself a favor folks do not go to Stones Automotive they rip you off and just a FYI theyre not even backed by OReillys or AutoZone so that should tell you something right there

I was working in the area- someone noticed my rear tire was very low. Pulled into Stones Auto Service was greated by owner who immediately offered help adding air to the tire and making sure it was safe to drive. They saved the day! Thank you Stones Auto Service.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Harry has never been anything but rude to me. I took my parents car there because he is their mechanic and I was just borrowing it. I dont know if he assumed I didnt know anything about cars because I am female or because I am younger than my parents. All the same, I wouldnt recommend him to anyone.

I take all my cars to Stones. I feel very comfortable with them. They have always been honest. They fix it right the first time.

These guys are so honest. We took our van in there with a small problem and told us what we could do so that we wouldnt have to pay them! Ive used them multiple times and I wont go anywhere else. Plus they are the cheapest price around. You just dont find good, honest people like this anymore.

Tried to bring in a company van to get fixed and when I called in they had terrible customer service over the phone. If they can’t handle a simple phone call how can you trust them to service your vehicle properly?

I have all of my work vehicles serviced at Stones. They fix things right the first time, and the job is done quick so we can get the vehicles back to work!

I would leave 0 stars if i could... Do not take your car here!!! Stones misdiagnosed my car and told me I had a blown head gasket. They told me they could put in stop leak to seal it, and most of the time it will fix the problem. I paid $80 for this and when I went to pick my car up, it still wasnt running smooth and my engine light was still on. I called them back and they told me I will need to drive the car around for the rest of the night. While driving it, the car ran so roughly, I was afraid to drive it around any longer. I had my car towed to another shop (owners are related to a family friend) who diagnosed my car differently and said there was nothing wrong with my head gasket, but the timing and values would need repaired/replaced. I paid to have this fixed and my car was running smoothly again. A week later, my car began to over heat. There was no smoke, but the gauge kept going back and forth from normal all the way to hot. I took it back to the same shop and they told me that my radiator was shot because of the fix by Stones Auto. Now I have to spend $450 to fix the mistake Stones Auto made. After this event occurred, and after talking to others about my experience with Stones, I know of one other person who told me Stones is not an honest business and will charge you for services they dont even do on your car!!!!! Look somewhere else when searching for an auto repair shop!

Ive been taking my cars to Harry for many years. He is always fair, honest and takes the time to explain the problem to you. Many times he could have done work on my cars that was unnecessary and I never would have known the difference, but he didnt. These guys can be trusted.

Dropped off our vehicle, they called first thing with an estimate and vehicle was completed same day. We have been going there for over 25 years.

Ive been taking my cars there for years and they always gave me a honest assessment of what is needed. No up-selling, just great work.

Before I towed it there they told me it would be $350 to replace a radiator and the next day they told me it was $700. I took my car there and paid $717 for a radiator to be replaced and it leaked antifreeze two days later. And they charged me to get my air conditioning fixed and its almost hotter than when I took my car in.
