Referred here from a friend and so grateful to have found this place. Very quick service and the one time it took a little longer than normal Ron gave me a free oil change. I wasn’t upset about it taking a little longer, but the customer service was very appreciated! All the guys in here have been very easy to talk to and super helpful and honest!!!! Thanks guys!!

I feel like they are a trustworthy, reliable shop. I take my cars here because it is convinent and I like the people working there. I have only been a few times, and I dont always like what I hear (who does at a car repair shop) but I always get great customer service. They even drive me back home when I drop off my car because I live right there in town.

Always get helpful and personal service at Rons. You may not always like the number on the bill, but as with the oil change and tune-up just done on my Corolla, youll likely find its less than it would be at many area shops.

Great service for more than 30 years…

I had 2 wiper motors birn out during this last winter storm and dealership wanted to charge me $1000.00 to replace them, Rons did the repairs for $700.00 so you do the math. These guys are very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs.

Ive been taking my car to Rons Car Care for more than two years. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and courteous. Ron himself is especially kind, and walking in the shop feels like visiting family.The service is excellent. They are honest, professional, timely, and extremely reasonably priced. They go above and beyond to help me, and I am very thankful.Whats more, as a woman, they never talk down to me. We cant say enough good things about Mike, the employees and business!We were traveling from Michigan to Tennessee and had to replace a front wheel bearing on the truck ASAP! They came out immediately to check it. Mike stopped everything and fixed it within an hour and a half, and had us back on the road! We really appreciated the amazing customer service... which explains why theyve stayed in business for 60 yrs! Definitely a 5 star business. Thank you again Rons Car Care!

I would not recommed. Poor communication and when they refilled my oil it was 2 inches over the full mark on the dipstick

Rons is an honest dealer with reasonable prices. Hes been around for a long time and is well known in the community. He wont steer you wrong or add things you dont need to your repair. Cant recommend him highly enough.

I do a lot of my own work on my car, but when theres things I dont know how to do Ron and his staff is more than willing to take a little time to give some advice. Also, whenever there is something that needs fixing I cant fix myself, I will take my car here, friendly staff, great people, and honest! Ron himself helped us when our tire blew out and we couldnt afford a new tire swap. My tire blew out and I was stranded, their team helped me out through my struggle. Also, I had another tire ( different one ), blow out and I didnt have my jack ( however had 2 spares, just in case) Rons guys took my spare tire and put it on my good rim for the same price as just swapping the tire. I really appreciated that because my car is a show car and a different rim would be gawdy. also free air which is awesome 5 stars

Brake caliper froze up on my way to Louisville. It was Friday just before closing time.Being on dialysis it was important to get to Louisville for treatment. I explained my situationto Ron and He and one of his mechanics stayed late getting my van repaired and back on the road.While there I observed a personal relationship between Ron and his loyal customers.

Place is a rip off ! Wanted 600.00 dollars to fix a leak I had in my gas line!! I fixed it myself for about 12.00 dollars. It took me about 15 minutes. That was over a year ago and still have no problems with it.

Way over priced! Told me that I had major engine problems with my V6 F-150. Which was estimated as it would cost maybe two thousand dollars to fix. Went to another local auto repair shop, they told me that a plug wire was disconnected. When plugged back in the major engine problems went away.

I stopped in for flat repair service the other day. They told me that my tire was not pluggable, but they still helped me fix it so I could get down the road to purchase a new one, and they did it for free! I highly recommend this company, and I am thankful for their help!

They may be pricey, but theyre honest. I have had multiple dealing with this garage and they will not add unnecessary charges. IF they make a mistake, theyll own up to it and make it right. I was guided there by a friend that indicated they did honest work and that has proven to be true.

Great service! As a woman, it can be intimidating to take your car to the shop. Rons is great. They dont give you that cuz, you poor woman look you get from some places when you dont use the big car-guy words.

Went there for the first time today to get my grandfathers honda looked at and their employee named Mike could not have given me better service than he did. He is a true godsend he got the problem fixed and i was back on the road. Mike is a great asset to Rons Car Care!!

Prices are high. Hours are inconvenient for working folks. Twice someone hasnt been there when they said they would, costing me gasoline and time. Recommend finding better service at a better price.

Im changing my 5 star rating to a maybe a 3. They had my car for about a week and $750 later for parts and labor and my car is still the same way it was when I took it in😥

I work at Autozone and Im a commercial driver Ron and Mike and their techs are extremely smart honest and very trustworthy you have a problem take it to them they use the best parts that Autozone has to offer I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely nice employees and car care work is reasonably priced. Havent had to use a mechanic in a while but will certainly be back for any future needs.

Quoted one price but ended up being charged quite a bit more. Work done seems fine, but cant go back if I cant be sure what I will be charged.

Went here years ago for an oil change and told them to watch the plug so as not to strip it. The next time I came in they charged me $10 for a new plug because the other one was stripped. Never again.

I’m honestly shocked at the other reviews, but I only dealt with 1 employee and so he alone is responsible for the awful experience and regretful decision to bring my vehicle there. An awful attitude problem. Some people are not supposed to be working at the front desk. Not a people person to say the least. So in that regard I would say the problem is in positioning. Definitely get someone else to deal with customers. I may not be an easy man to deal with perhaps. But that’s not true. I’m the easiest person to deal with ever. And I’m not rude at all. This guy was as hateful as they come. Such as most of the world these days.
