I went in for what I thought would be a tire change. I left with my tire plugged FREE OF CHARGE because it was “no big deal” to the super helpful staff of this place. Moments like thy are rare to come by these days and every little bit helps. Big props!

I shopped around for the best tires and landed at Tire Discounters on St rt 741, Dayton Mall. Jerry the sales rep. Ordered my tires and I had them installed the next afternoon. Cooper 245x75R 16 raised white letters. Front end alignment,road hazard, lifetime balance and rotation. With my veteran discount $831.61. All this and more...I really like the tires and great customer service. I was sick and Jerry offered to come to my house get my truck do the work and return my truck to me. Cant beat that!!! Thanks Tire Discounters. My brother bought tires as well with the same outstanding service and some additional maintenance on his vehicle.

Got all 4 tires replaced on both mine and my husband’s vehicle and they did an amazing job. Also, it’s the best deal for the price (including free alignment and free safety inspection) around here, really can’t beat it. I used their valet service (which they offer for free in November this year if you make a purchase for more than $50). They came to my house, picked up my car, drove it to the shop, had all the services completed and then had it safely returned to me. After I had my car back, I noticed a light on the dashboard indicating tire pressure issue. Went back to the shop and without any more questions the manager Jerry told me that they will take care of it. An extremely nice and knowledgeable guy (Tommy) fixed it for me and explained in details what was wrong with it. He did an amazing job! Thank you so much!So, 5 stars for you, guys! Thank you so much! Had new tires put on my vehicle (Monday, 2/1/21). Five days later (Saturday 2/6/21), the front driver side tire bursts and goes flat. The entirety of the side had given out as if a seam had ripped and come undone.Brought the tire back seeking a replacement, where I was essentially accused of deflating my own tires in order to get free replacements. They inspected the tire to determine the cause, reported that there were no punctures anywhere on the tire, only this large rip where it had crumbled on the road. They asked me repeatedly if I had deflated it or drove on it flat. Even joked and asked if I had any enemies that would have deflated it. I was mocked and antagonized by the manager as well as the entry level staff.While I understand the purpose of paying for a warranty, I do not think it unreasonable to assume a brand new tire should last at the very least, a month before disintegrating into nothing, rather than 5 days and what couldn’t have been more than 200 miles. My expectations were not high, but this was obviously a defective tire, and a replacement was most certainly justified.I made it very clear to them that they would either do right by me and replace their defect, or I would be doing my business elsewhere from now on. You can guess the rest. Quality speaks for itself.

Brent and the whole team here was amazing! Talk about going above and beyond, they knocked out four new tires for me and an oil change at the end of the work day. They even stayed about a half hour later than they had to because I was in such a dire need of my car. Cant talk this team up enough, keep up the good work guys!

I went to get my tire rotate and balance.but they did not did anything. All tires ware at same place so I call back and ask them they says sorry we forgot.Tire was purchased from this location with still I have 5000 mile left for my coverage of Warranty and they told me that you gone need new tire. They says they did rotate and balance but they did not and just hand me the key.Do not go at this place.

Nice selection of tires. Usually have what you need in stock or can get it within a day or two. I drive a lot. So I recommend their road hazard insurance. Its paid off on all the tires Ive purchased from them. Ive been coming to them for years. This is my 3rd or 4th vehicle with them. My family being their cars here, too. Current car has 448,609 miles on her. Every set of tires since the originals she came with new were purchased here then balanced and rotated regularly. So, Im speaking from long experience. I like that you can go to any TD for service, but prefer the staff and management at this location.

Tire discounters was friendly and courteous. I had a slow leak on my tire that I just bought brand new at another place.They got it in right away and determined that it was a valve Core.The major did not charge me and I will bring my business back and tell other folks about tire discounters.

Had a tire losing air slowly over weeks-maddening 🤪. Auto dealer could not figure out why. Tire Discounters discovered the chrome dip was corroded and causing a small leak over time. I had them perform an alignment, and rotate the tires. They did that, without trying to sell me a bunch of other things I didn’t ask for. This particular Miamisburg location generally can get your vehicle in the same day, which many others I have been to take a few days. I’ve used them for over 10 years, and will continue to do so.

THIS is Customer Service! TireDiscounters didnt charge me for rotating and balancing my tires. I didnt even buy the tires there! They just said Come back and see us when you need new tires, followed by a fist bump!

Needed a tire for my daughters car after we found it flat unexpectedly on a Friday afternoon. We aired it up with a 12 volt compressor and I followed her to your store. Even being around 230 on a busy Friday afternoon, the staff was friendly and was able to get a new tire installed before closing! Were new to the area and were very impressed!

If I could give 10 stars I would...I typically never leave reviews. But today was a pretty different type of Day. I walked in thinking I needed a wheel alignment. Only to find out I needed a few other things. I arrived around 830am. I got a quote in about 15mins. I had to be at the nail salon at 10am. I explained to the salesman that I had a appt to go to and Id have to come back. The salesman reassured me that they had it covered....(They scheduled me a uber to take me to my nail appt. They also scheduled a uber to pick me up from the nail salon and took me back to the tire shop). All of this happened even with a power outage that caused the whole strip where tire discounters was to go out. The staff was very professional and handled the many of customers with respect.

Pretty reliable and they get the job done. They have done work on my truck and a lot for my boyfriends vehicles. They seem to get it right on the first time around. The only complaint I really have is they are a little pricey. But other than that they are a great place to go too.

My daughter needed new tires for her Jeep. Dave, Tommy, and Bo all took time with her to explain the different options based on her driving. They were very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the outcome. I recommend these guys to everyone.

Had new tires installed. Before service, I informed the shop of a constant leaking tire monitor sensor. After service, valve was still leaking. Addressed this with the store manager. He had me come back 2 days later on a Monday to have it fixed.

They do a real good job. When they do suggest further work they do not pressure you into it but let you know what’s going on with your vehicle. Didn’t have the Coopers AT I wanted at this location so they price matched a pair of BF Goodrich AT that we’re significantly more when I was shopping around. Appreciate that.

I took my company car to fix a tire that was leaking air two weeks ago. Dropped off at 130 didnt get it back until 630pm. When I asked the guy what was wrong with it he couldnt tell me. Last night at 930 the same tire blew out on interstate 75. Im very disappointed with their service and the fact I had to wait inside my car on a busy highway for hrs. I will never come back.

Had a small leak in my tire. The gentlemen at the counter, David, Tommy and Jeff were super helpful. Got me in and out quickly. They were courteous, kind and above all knowledgeable about what my car needed. I wont be going anywhere else.

This is my 1st and only experience with tire discounters. I called the shop on Monday afternoon after researching a set of tires online and spoke with a guy named Jerry who said they would come out and pick the car up the valet service idea sounded great. At 4 oclock on Tuesday No one had showed up to get my car I called the shop and Jerry had nothing but excuses I dont even think I got an apology at this point.As Im not above making mistake myself I decided to give him one more shot based on some poor communication. Jerry confirmed they would be out the door the next day to get my car. I called at 8:00 a.m. just to confirm and spoke with a gentleman named Dave who says yes yes yes youre on the schedule will have somebody right outAs you can assume by the one star review Tuesday came and went at 3 oclock on Tuesday I called the shop again to ask if anybody was coming to get my car. Again Dave had an excuse but no real answer and blamed it again on communication and somebody writing down the wrong phone number.At this point I cancel my order and went elsewhere so I guess the moral of this review is if you call tire discounters in Miamisburg dont feel a Jerry.

I came in the day before and asked for an appointment. The fellow was polite and helped me pick out the tires for me. Then I made an appointment for the following day at 11 am. When I came in the very next day, the very same guy I talked to didnt remember me, didnt have my appointment in the computer and had no clue why I was there. As we spoke he slowly started to remember and they took my keys. Luckily I had someone pick me up and they said they would call me. Well FIVE HOURS later I stopped by and it still had not been finished. Why did I make an appointment again? The fellow stated that there were other cars that had been there longer than mine. Thats not something to brag about. Go somewhere else.

My tire needed air. They had me to wait a couple of minutes and filled my tires no charge. They were very friendly.

Made an appt due to covid-19 over a week early and once onsite sat In the waiting room for over 2.5 hours to get 4 tires installed. If your going to accept appts maybe honor them at the time they were scheduled for. It was 1.5 hours before the car was even pulled in a bay to be worked on.

Very good. No frills. I had bad experiences at other shops with doing unnecessarily checks on things I didnt ask for. This place does not do that. Guys were very friendly also. Took a little while for a basic tire install, but overall a fine experience. Good job fellas.

Came in with my new to me Subaru Forester XT for 4 new tires. Wasnt aware alignment was included with that and they made sure that the tech would still be there by the time I arrived. Gentlemen were fantastic. Ill be returning for sure.

I was having a terrible problem with all four of my wheels& tires, beau walked me through options, spent hours putting together options that would meet my needs and my budget. I will always come back to this tire discounters just because of the experience I had. Excellent place of business.

I scheduled my appointment on a Monday morning for the following Saturday. I ended up with spending over $560 on tires which included balancing and mounting. I came into the store at 7:55 AM with my appointment at 8 AM. I signed some papers agreeing to the work. Handed over my keys and went and sat down in the waiting room. Low and behold it took them 45 minutes alone just to pull my vehicle in the bay. When the whole time there was 3 bays open! I didnt say anything and sat there another hour. I went up and asked the manager how the progress was going and he said hed go check. I saw just enough into the shop through the glass to see my truck sitting on the rack, old tires still on! None have been touched! He came back saying they were about to start on it. I explained to him like I did on the phone Monday that I had a doctors appointment at 10:30 AM and had to be gone by 10:15 at the latest. He walked in and told his employees what I said and I heard the one working on my truck mock me over and over as a joke for like 10 minutes.Saying Uh oh I only have 15 minutes guys UH OH!!The manger then calls me up when the truck was ready I asked him how they did the alignment that fast and he said they didnt because I had a bad toe rod on my passenger side so they couldnt do it. They then quoted me over $340 to fix it.Im pretty mechanically inclined considering I worked at 2 shops and have been around cars my whole life. When I worked there it took me 1 hours for new tires and 15 minutes for an alignment. Needless to say I replaced my own Tie rods on both sides and got my alignment done which took 45 minutes later on the next week.So in total I spent about 3 hours at tire discounters for tires and a shi*ty alignment that to this day I swear they didnt even do due to my vehicle driving the exact same!WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE WHATSOEVER I WONT EVEN RECCOMEND YALL!

Replaced all 4 tires and we were in and out within an hour! And tire discounters put the correct amount of air in our tires, and our alignment was great!

Horrible customer service. The manager, Dave, laughed at me when I told him about the bad experience that I had. Do not waste your time here. They are rough on your vehicle and they do not care!

My girl brought her car here for a set of tires. They told her she needed wheel bearings (even though the car was at the dealers a week earlier and inspected and they never mentioned it). She takes the kids around in her car so she went ahead and paid $1,000 for tires and wheel bearings. When service was complete she drove the car home and noticed a new “whirring” noise that winds down when she stops. She called and they agreed to check it. They only check the bearings and said nothing was wrong with them and they would not charge for looking at it. This new noise has just gotten louder and louder ever since. Something happened during the service here and now we have to take it a dealer to find out what they did to our car and pay more money to fix this problem. I would not recommend this place!

I had a mixed experience, one person was very nice and another quite rude. I brought my truck in for four new tires in October before the weather turned. 6 weeks later I had two flat tires which I thought was a weird coincidence. When I brought it to them I was told that both tires wouldnt be covered by their lifetime repair warranty. Strange that both tires were coincidentally flat in a way that they would not take any responsibility. I wont be returning and suggest others beware of questionable support from the branch on Springboro Pike by the mall.

If you carefully read their reviews you will see the pattern, the legitimate reviews all say the same thing, they cant be trusted and will take advantage of you at the first opportunity. Friendly up front until they have your money then they will show you how they give mechanics and auto technicians a bad name. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!

Came in late without an appointment to have a tire I bought somewhere else installed on my girlfriend’s car. They were extremely busy and about to close in an hour. Manager said if we could wait he could get to it but it would be awhile. Several cars ahead of us but we decided to wait. They installed the tire for us and provided it excellent customer service. The team worked well past closing time to get us on the road again safely. THANK YOU for being honest and providing exceptional service.

I was offered great tires for a very good price, along with a free alignment. I will say that you must get everything explained very clearly to you before you enter any agreement with these people. Be very sure of what warranties you are purchasing, and what your purchase will cover. I was not given the option to purchase road hazard warranty for $46, and had to come in about 9-10 weeks later to try to purchase it retrospectively. So it pays to ask them many questions.

I just had the best customer experience here. Not only were they super helpful and friendly, but they also reminded me that there are still nice people in this world. I stopped by about an hour before close with a flat tire. They were able to find the leak and removed the corrosion on my aluminum rim in about 30 minutes. Jeff was great, and this location will be my first stop if I have any future issues.

Very poor service, brought vehicle in to replace a TPMS sensor. They replaced the sensor but failed to program it properly after two visits Dave the manager refused to claim responsibility and told us to take it to the dealer because it was not a problem they caused. I took it to the Springboro Tire discounters and they fixed it within a few minutes.

Ive been doing business with this shop for years always had a pleasant experience just recently had to do a warranty Tire replacement and the customer service was horrible, the gentleman that was handling my case never called me after leaving the shop to let me know the tire was available. Had to get on a three way call with Michelin Tire and the gentleman at Tire Discounters to resolve the matter, communication is everything to me when it comes to customer service going to have to think long and hard about possibly doing business with this particular Tire Discounters shot😞

I had my front tires changed. The service time was quick & efficient. Ben was wonderful. He showed me my previous tires and how badly they had needed changed. He also explained that I had a suspension issue in need of repair. He was very thorough and didnt make me feel as if they were just trying to get my money. Melisa rang me out at the counter and she was extremely friendly and quick. She provided me with a quote for the suspension work and explained my road hazard warranty in detail. I would definitely return to this location for all my tire needs and would recommend to friends!

1. Just moved to Dayton and needed an oil change. I found tire discounters and had some success with this company before. Upon arrival, they had told me I was only able to get a full synthetic oil change for 50.00 per their new policy. I found a coupon earlier that day and had showed it to her. Her response was “your car has to meet certain requirements/specifications for you to able to use this” she goes out, opens the driver door looks for 5 seconds and responds, “oh this is a Lexus it’s not going apply”. It’s a 2002 Lexus 300, I have never had an issue ANYWHERE ELSE EVER getting the conventional oil change I was requesting. So I choose to take my business elsewhere.2. While I was dealing with the rude sales associate, the other sales associate was getting an irate with an elderly customer who had just bought two tires. The customer was concerned because he had purchased 2 new tires and was now missing his spare from the trunk. This sales associate continued to say “my guys would never do that” interrupting him and cutting him off.I will never go to another tire discounters in my life. The experience was beyond something I have never experienced before. I have been in customer service for 15+ years and this was just unacceptable.

I bought tires here because i had a nail in the tire and i was over due for tires. The staff was friendly and super knowledgeable! I have confidence in droppjng my car of with the staff. I do not feel that way at other car repair shops. I got great tired and now i will be taking my cars there for all services moving forward!

Came in with a cracked wheel and he bent over backwards going completely out of his way to make sure I received everything that was necessary and beneficial to me. He takes his time when he speaks with you, is completely transparent and puts everything into terms everyone can understand. This man is the reason I keep coming back to this store. Absolutely perfect service.I could not be happier with the service at this location, BEAU especially. A while back I had a lugnut crossthreaded and needed the tire torched to get it off. He walked me through the process and what all needed to be done. He was honest and transparent with me the whole time making the experience as easy as it could be. Kind of fun... Watching the car freak out as the tire pressure increases. I didnt catch the flashing lights, which were awesome. But, was getting my wifes tires work done, and my tire sensor came on. One low tire! They just filled it right up, for free, and took great care of me on my wifes tire as well! Ive been using tire discounters for 5+ years, and always been treated great! All her car needed was a new valve stem and center... I think were keeping it under $100, and out the door in less than an hour!

Theyve always given me speedy service at a reasonable price. I use them for all my car repairs.I highly recommend the Road Hazard policy if you purchase tires there. *Very* nice to know that a popped tire will be small expense, rather than a large one.

Went in 1hr before closing due to a screw in my tire... they were busy with multiple vehicles ahead of me. Ben (the guy helping me) didnt know if they would be able to get to my car before closing. However he managed to get me in at 6:15pm. He came out and told me there was a nail and a screw they were patching and it would be done soon. When completed I went to pay only to see a zero balance!!! I was in shock... the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Highly recommend this location! Super friendly staff! A++

This place is the Ace in the hole kind of place..... What do I mean by this??? Its a life saver!!!! The guys who work there are completely honest and corrected a labor charge that he agreed was too high because it was based on the book he went in and corrected the amount of labor time manually...in short he disagreed with the amount of labor hours the Book stated it would take to do the jobs I wanted done..... To me that is more then honesty.... Thats down right respect!! For their customers hard earned money.. other shops would not have done that they would have kept it the same and took my money. I thank everyone there I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Upon seeing my car, the associate made a rude remark about his personal troubles servicing Mercedes Benz, first of all its not like I’m fixing the tire on an AMG GT or a S-Class let alone letting you play around under my hood... I Drive a CLA I’m pretty sure your quality racks will get it on there no problem, either way it shows incompetence in the ability to just do the job and get it done right. Secondly, they put a new tire on, no problem there, however, filled it to wrong spec, my vehicle tells me PSI for all tires digitally, you guys filled to 36 and my spec is 39...DO NOT BRING A FOREIGN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I had to bring the vehicle back, the tire pressure was not maintaining in the brand new tire they put on the vehicle. Luckily, they saw me at last minute on Saturday, but still the job should be done correctly the first time. UPDATE: Still leaking air slowly after being looked at again (likely overtightened the valve core after cleaning corrosion and replacing it). I ended up taking my vehicle to the MB Dealership.

TERRIBLE PLACE. One time took my car there, waiting for two hours just for an oil change, finally came out and told me a tie rod needed replaced and itd be about $600. Took my car to jiffy lube to get an oil change when it was time again, they told me they would not touch it bc whoever touched it last, stripped the threading!! TIRE DISCOUNTERS TOUCHED IT LAST. Called them, they told me to bring it in and theyd look at it, they said they fixed it but really just put a TEMPORARY plug in!! The plug broke and oil leaked everywhere! Could have blown up my engine!! Called them again, told them what happened, they called another store that I was closer to and the other store finally fixed it!! Screw this place. Horrible. Even the other store put in a complaint against this location.

I come down here every time I need anything little or small done with my tires and or adjustments they take care of my lifted Jeep and my kids car and the wifes so the hole family.

Tire shop thats it lol
