I had a great time. I went two days in a row. Jensen was a great teacher. Flyboarding is so much fun but its definitely a workout. The staff were amazing, they made us feel so comfortable. Id definitely recommend it to anyone. Even non swimmers can learn.

The customer service was amazing! They were able to book us right over the phone! The sales rep that we were dealing with went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed since we are from out of town. I had the best time with Miami Flyboard this past weekend! The sensation you get when your flying on the flyboard is unlike any feeling you can get anywhere else. I was so ecstatic when i got it in less than 5 minutes. I was literally flying in such a short amount of time which made it even more fun for me. Where do I start? Miami Flyboard was one of the most exhilarating experiences Ive ever had. As an adrenaline junkie and a water fanatic this was the perfect mix. I was a little nervous in the beginning but quickly got the hang of it thanks to our wonderful instructor, Alex! He was the man! I felt safe from the second I got on the flyboard. After a 30 minute session we had to do it again the next day.If youre looking for a fun adventure whether alone or with a group this is it!

Great staff, real fun experience. Staff talks you through the whole ride and lets you go at your own pace. Board was real easy to use after a few minutes youll be up and going. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good time. Miami flyboard exceeded all expectations I had.

I had an amazing experience with Miami Flyboard, went there for my spring break with a group of 13 people. We were taken to a private beach away from the marina where there were a lot of people doing jet skis so our experience was heavily compounded considering there were a lot of people around us. Alexander, the person who accompanied us was really really warm and patient when it came to teaching us the stuff considering we were first timers. I would really recommend Miami Flyboard for anyone who wants to do it in Miami.

We hired Miami FlyBoard for a corporate event. They came out to our yacht that we rented for the day. Great experience working them and would definitely recommend them for corporate events or yacht parties in the future! Thanks Miami FlyBoard

It was forgettable but on the bad side. Their appointment system seems didn’t got our info, so we’ve been scheduled for 1hr later. There was only one jet-ski that could operate the fly boards so that my friend and me could only ride it one by one. The guide of that day seems not happy with our business. The only word he could speak was “yo”.It’s definitely not worth a $140 price, and you can hardly getting fun from it, especially if you were the beginner.

What a blast! Can’t wait to do this again the next time I’m in town!! They were helpful, timely, and worked well with me as I was learning. Thanks Miami Flyboard!

Ive never wanted to give 6 stars before, but I feel like I need another one. This was one of the coolest things Ive ever done. Forget parasailing and goofy banana boat rides. It was better than paddle boarding and more exciting than kite boarding.Alex and the guys at Miami Flyboard were awesome. Very friendly and funny. The set up process was easy and fun. We were on the water in no time. The flyboard time felt like it lasted forever. It was well worth the price, and a much better deal than some of the other options on South Beach.Ill definitely be doing this again.

Summary: This company is extremely unprofessional and its pointless to go through them because they are a 3rd party reseller. You can book directly with the marina.Miami Flyboard is a 3rd party reseller. There is no need to go through them, just make your reservation directly with the marina. They made my reservation then it turns out the times they gave me were not actually available with the real jetski/flyboard company that actually provides the services. Rather than give me a call to make things right, they sent me an email to an incorrect email address (they made a typo). So I never got the information. The day of, I arrive at the marina with the exact directions they gave me: 15 minutes early, and at a specific pier #. When I speak to the actual company, they inform me its supposed to be 30 mins early, a different pier # and that my reservation times are completely off so I already missed one of my services. The actual company had no fault in this and since my transaction was with Miami Flyboard (3rd party) they couldnt help me. Miami Flyboard refused to refund me $1000 for the services I had reserved even though they were at fault. I spoke with them several times during this ordeal because I was given false promises of getting my money back.

Horrible customer service. Ruined my birthday surprise because they booked everything wrong for us and didn’t even try to help. Just go direct, no need to even use these people!!

WOW! You dont know what your missing out on. I tried both the Flyboard and the hoverboard and they were the real deal. Personally I liked the hoverboard better because i have always loved to longboard and wakeboard and it kind of felt like that but the flyboard was siick as well! Highly highly recommend this place to anyone in Miami! Top quality instructors who were very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!
