My fiancé and I were visiting from NYC and had the BEST time here!! I don’t remember the names of the gentlemen working there but they were all incredibly kind and helpful. our two guides went above and beyond to make sure we all were safe and had fun. the scenery and views were beautiful. and the best part of our trip was when they took us to a little island to take a quick break and cool down in the water!let me also just say we went jet skiing at a different location in Miami a few years ago but nothing compares to this place. if you’re looking for a place to go jet skiing THIS IS IT!!! we will definitely be coming here from now on whenever we’re in town, thank you again guys!

My best friend, Katrina, and I are visiting Miami and we decided to try jet skiing… OMG! We cannot say enough great things about our experience. Edgar, Jack, and John made us feel very comfortable and safe (this was our first time jet skiing). Jack took us on the tour and was extremely attentive and kind to us, while simultaneously making sure we had the most fun ever. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Simply Outstanding!!!! My wife and I enjoyed the three hour tour. They allow for you to open up the jet skis if you are not to afraid. Johnathon and Phillip were our guides and were great. They even took pictures and videos for memories. They give you enough room between people to were we were able to do donuts in the water. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I are on vacation from Rhode Island we decided we wanted to go on a jet ski ride so we went on an hour jet ski tour ride to say it was beautiful is an understatement IT WAS AMAZING the 2 men working the front of the place were so nice and very welcoming the tour guide was Excellent very knowledgeable took his time explaining everything to us made sure we understood all the signals that he was going to use and everything he was great will definitely be back next year and we can’t wait :)

It was awesome! Phillip was a great guide and really down to earth and hilarious. Trip was nice but we didn’t get to see everything since I was just learning how to ride without falling. It was our first time but he was very patient and let us go at our own pace. Still reached super high speeds and me my girlfriend flew off and with life jackets on, were all fine! (Lol) Exhilarating experience would definitely recommend! Phillip even took Pictures and videos for us on his own, great guide!

Took a jet ski tour here. Our appointment was at 1 and we only got out on the water at 2. Had to wait around for an hour, that’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Other than that, it was perfect. Our guide Phil was amazing. We had the best time. Would still recommend despite the long wait

2 days before the end of our visit to Miami we went on a jet ski tour (our guide was Jay). My husband drove it, I was in the backseat. It was the best experience ever! We stoped from time to time and gather around Jay who entertained us with interesting things about what we were seeing. We passed by cruise ships and oil ships, we stopped on a sand bar in the middle of the ocean where I found a star fish. The next day, being also the last day in Miami for us, we decides to go on this tour again, but this time I was the driver. Kind-of a mistake, since the waves were significantly bigger then the day before and we were going with 60 miles and I was barely keeping up. Obviously, we fell in the ocean, I blew the whistle and Jay was right there. He was pretty fun about it asking us if we decided to go for a swim in the middle of the ocean (sure Jay, thats my story and Im sticking to it 😛). He helped me get on the jet ski and start it again. The safety speech he keeps at the beginning of every tour is very helpful for situations like this so listen carefully! He took really cool pics of us with his phone which he airdropped at the end of the tour for iPhone users or sent by email. The tip was 20 dolars, but defenetly worth it because we got around 90 awesome pics & videos.

Hands down the best rental company in Miami. The staff, Edgar, Phillip and John are extremely helpful and they know exactly what they’re doing. I recommend these guys to everyone who asks about jetski rentals. If you stop by Miami, make sure you check them out. The best experience I’ve had so far while going on a tour. We did the jet ski tour and while everyone was friendly, the tour itself felt dangerous and slightly disorganized. We were told there would be one guide in the front of our group of 4 jet skis and one at the end. However, shortly after we got into the water, Edgar took one of the jet ski couples and split off from the group. This left two jet ski couples and me (all inexperienced) following the other guide. There was no way to communicate and without the second guide following our group, it was pretty scary in the channel. I lost sight of our entire group and then the hurricane speedboat full of tourists whizzed by very close to me and I was buried by several big waves over the top of my head, nearly flipping over between the hurricane boat and another boat in the other direction. After making my way out, I only found our group because our guide had to stop because the ski in front of me lost a passenger because of the waves from the hurricane speedboat. Meanwhile my daughters jet ski had completely stopped in the middle of the channel in a dangerous spot and would no longer start. They could not get any help because the guide was rescuing the passenger that fell off the other jetski. He had to then tow my daughters jet ski to a safer spot where I found them. Had I gone over as well, no one would have known. After regrouping, the guide tied the dead jetski to his and continued the tour with all of us very shaken up at that point. Then, the tow rope broke leaving the disabled jet ski in our path. Even our guide seemed very shaken up by the experience. When we got back to the Marina, Edgar was yelling at our guide for being late while our guide was telling him how crazy it was. All of us in our jetski group said we would never do this again. My daughter said the only thing she saw on the tour was her life flashing before her eyes. The woman who fell off her jetski was so shaken up she didnt talk. While they talked about safety, none of us felt safe out there. The thing is that all of this was preventable if:1. They did what they said they would do and had someone following our group at the back as well as leading it. Instead, they left one guide with three new jet ski riders and five people. That was not a good decision.2. They had a way to communicate...wireless technology, hand signals, flags to hold up if disabled or in trouble. There was nothing. Not only could we not communicate our leader, there was no way for the leaders to communicate with each other after they split off. We needed help once the tow broke and there was no way to get it. This needs to be remedied before Id consider this tour again.Bottom line: if youre not an experienced jet ski rider, I cannot recommend this particular tour group.

Ive been here 3 times . The first 2 times had a blast, thanks to Edgar (owner) and the staff. However yesterday had an awful time with John (guide) whom didnt allow us to do anything and made us spend 30 mins in the low speed zone when we only rented the skis for an hour. And then he said we crashed and crack 2 of the 4 skis we rented when we never got even close to each other . Not coming back here, if you guys do, make sure John is not your guide !!

Our fishing trip with captain Edgardo. Was amazing he took time to teach safety around the boat when fishing and boarding a fish. Couple of hours later we we landed on a school of dorados (mahi mahi) next thing we were catching fish left and right. In total we reel in 12 but were able to just 8. After that its was taco 🌮 Tuesday. We had a great time. Definitely recommend 👌

Took this tour with my sister for her birthday. We had so much fun together! Santiago was a tour guide and he did a great job preparing us before we started our trip. We rode through different sections of biscayne Bay and Santiago did such an awesome job with taking photos and videos for us during this tour. I definitely highly recommend this trip if you are in Miami. Its a must do!

We had a mixed experience. Our guide Santiago was the sweetest and really made the experience worthwhile. I thought we would be told a little bit more about the houses and area during the tour. However the guy who took the registration and set up the whole thing was brisk, rude, unfriendly. My 10 year old son even commented: he is awful. I loved the experience but will be going elsewhere if I want to ride again.

Had the best Jet Ski experience ever!!! It was my friends birthday and we wanted to do something fun. We walked in and thankfully they were able to accommodate us. We waited 15 - 20 mins but that is understandable since we did not have a reservation. The service was amazing and the tour guide went above and beyond to ensure we have a fun time. I would recommend this place to anyone in Miami or visiting Miami.

Can I just say what an amazing experience went early In the morning just for q little Half hour ride with the JetSki, but I had to go back for the Full hour! Took a tour around Fisher Island south pint and other hot spots that were around the water and my Tour Guide Juan was incredible he even went above and beyond and offers us the picture Package and he took many photos and videos that I couldn’t have taken myself I was very generous to him and I can’t leave out the Owner Edgar from start to finish of the tour was there explained everything to me and made me feel Very confortable the whole way tru! Went with my two 20 + boys off season mid-week and we had a fun time . Juan was great and took some awesome pics and videos of us in action. (FYI they charge $20 per person not per tour for this but they were good). The Bay was empty which gave us lots of freedom of motion. Skis in good shape safety, briefing was handled well and complete. Have rented from another in the area and wouldt definitely recommend these guys if near this marina both for their service and the views

The crew at Miami Water Life Tours is a chill group of guys who know how to show their patrons a good time! It ended up being $80 for a 1-hr shared jet ski tour + an additional $20 tip, which included photos taken along the whole route (about 50 in total). This tour blew my expectations out of the water! We were out on the water within 15 minutes of showing up to the establishment and the tour guide was super cool throughout. We hit all the major spots in Biscayne Bay and did so while going an exhilarating 30+ mph! If I or any of my friends are ever in Miami again, were definitely taking advantage of this deal. Too fun to pass up!

Excellent!!!! Called first and was assisted right away a few weeks before we booked. Paid online and used a coupon code for 20 dollars off each jet ski (5 in all) 2 weeks in advance. The tour guide was awesome! Would definitely book them again. All of us (5 people) had a ball!!!!! Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before your tour to sign paperwork! Be on time! We were early and had NO PROBLEMS!

Best place to jet ski in Miami! The service was fantastic. They took my family including two small children and I out for an hour tour and we visited all the spots. South beach, downtown, and around the island of Key Biscayne! We jumped in the water and even saw a school of dolphins. Without a doubt one of the most memorable experiences! I would recommend them to anyone and we will be back soon!

I went there with my brother, his daughter (10yrs old) and my son (14yrs old). We had an awesome experience. We were on the water within 20mins of arriving there - signed in, paid, quick tutorial, etc. The jet skis we were on were awesome... in perfect condition, felt like new. Our guide, Roy, was also awesome. He took us to great places and allowed us to have a ton of freedom to go at our own pace, and let the machines rip when the time was right. He also took a ton of incredible pictures, all of which we got for one very reasonable price (as opposed to a price per picture!).. totally worth it.I would highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

We were able to go out immediately when we contacted these guys. They were professional and our guide sent us 20 or so pictures throughout the tour at no extra cost with great views of the city. Definitely would recommend. The launch is roughly a 15 minute drive from south beach.

Went on a tour a few weeks ago with Jay and had the best experience ever! He was very informative and super friendly. We got some great pictures and had a great time on the water. I definitely recommend asking for Jay if youre considering taking a tour.

I think his last name is Garcia but not 100% sure. He wouldn’t tell me. Horrible service. The guy working the table taking reservations and your money is rude and very unprofessional. He made comments about my breast and made me feel so uncomfortable. My daughter and her boyfriend felt so weirded out with the way he spoke to me. Not to mention I paid for a private tour and my daughter was taken out with 2 other jet ski riders. Avoid this place at all cost. It’s right next to rusty pelican for those that don’t know. The guy is creepy as heck.

Booked two jetskis with this company about 2 weeks ago for a great price. Ive been on jetski rides with a few other companies and this one was by far the best. We got to go through Key Biscayne all the way through Downtown Miami with multiple stops and we were lucky enough to see dolphins. Our tour guides name was Jay and he was awesome and sent me great pictures of my trip!

Worst rental experience. Rented one jet ski for a 1 hour tour, which costed me $140. The jet ski was okay the life jackets were all worn out and old, wasnt sure if they were even safe. The employee that day (Jay) told my passenger we couldnt bring phones out to the water because of company and safety reasons. Just to find out later that he was going to be taking photos of us from his IPhone for $25. Which to me was a joke. He never gave us the tour. Instead he brought us out to the open water and told us our limit to as far as we can go. So I told him hey we paid for a tour around not to do circles for a hour. He Later toke us to downtown Miami but again told us the limits as he sat on his jet ski just waiting for the time to be up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find another spot which would care about their customers.

Do not rent from here. They over charge and dont allow you to take your own phone for photos. Jay was supposedly taking pictures of my family and was going to email them... its been over a month and still no pictures. Ive emailed and called.

It was my first time near a jet ski and I did not have a good time with the service. Actually, today walking without the phone to portray moments in selfie is strange. Well, this company did not want to let me go with my phone, all this even though I signed that if something happened EVERYTHING was going to be my fault. At the end, talking to the employees, I realized that they only do it to sell you the photos. that is to say, it is not enough for them to charge you 200% gas but they also charge you the photos that you can take yourself. VERY BAD SERVICE. Of course, I asked for my refund and I left.

I would have given no star if it is possible. Worst experience ever. We booked for parasailing by calling them for 10am and when we reached there they do not have space for us and our tour is postponed to 12pm. We had to wait for 2hrs. But here comes the main problem, we booked with a guy called Duke and he gave us no heads up about parking of the car as we had to take a parking pass for parking there and he just said you can park there for free. After finishing our tour we were shocked to see our car is immobilized for parking without pass. Bad day started with these stupid tour place we payed 90$ for our car to get mobilized. When we called Duke he said we will be getting back our money and he will speak with them. When we called later he has no response and is still not replying to message or call. Found it disgusting paying more money for parking than our trip. He could have given us a heads up while we booked our tour. This tour ruined our trip to Miami do not go for them.

We had a great time riding through the waters of Miami and seeing all of the houses of the rich and famous. The best part was riding at high speed and being able to see all the beautiful sights that Miami has to offer. I totally recommend this company to everyone.
