Written & photographic description of the time-piece was 100% accurate, & communication with Juan...both via phone & email... was excellent. I have purchased several watches from Vintage Watches Miami. In both instances, the watches were better than anticipated. To say that I was pleased upon opening the packages is an understatement. I recommend them to any watch aficionado. I am looking for my next watch from them now.

I interacted with Juan who started out as helpful with respect to sending pictures and answering questions. I was ready to make a purchase until I asked that Juan include all of the info we discussed and agreed to on the invoice (e.g. 100% authenticity, return policy, includes box and original papers, etc.) . Juan then became argumentative and suggested that his accounting department wouldnt allow him to make changes to an invoice. He also suggested that he had too many other customers to work with to spend time editing an invoice. He pointed to the fact that Vintage Watches Miami is part of a larger operation that has been in business for 30 years as evidence to why they dont need to put that info on the invoice. To that Id note that Vintage Watches Miami has been in business for 30 years with ~40 google reviews and 92% positive feedback on eBay. Buyer beware.

I made a purchase request for a Rolex Submariner watch, model 114060 on the Chrono 24 website that was listed at $5450.00 on both Chrono 24 and Vintage Watches of Miamis website. When the purchase order was made, I was immediately contacted by a Mr. Juan Diego La Valle who stated that he could sell the identical watch for $6500.00 USD, nearly a $1000.00 more than their listed price on both Chrono 24 and their Store website. When confronted with this price discrepancy, Mr. Diego La Valle admitted that their Website had the wrong price and that they, meaning Vintages watches screwed up on the Price. Mr. Diego La Valles own words. Sadly, Vintage Watches of Miami would not honor their listed price on their website of $5450.00 . Most reputable Jewelers, when making an honest mistake and error like this, would honor that price, but not Vintage Watches. The Bottom line here is when a retailer has a Listed Price for an item,, whether its a Rolex watch or pair of shoes, that Price should be honored by that Merchant irregardless if the price was listed in error or not. Thats the difference between an honest, ethical Merchant that honors that Price. Unfortunately with Vintage Watches of Miami, we dont have that caliber of merchant. Caveat Emptor.
