Located in bottom corner of 2 story building. Has parking on the side and behind. Cost me ten bucks to get a new watch battery while I waited. Took under 5 minutes. Way better to get service from a professional than hassle with a mall kiosk! Will be returning to get my other watches tuned up.

Couldn’t recommend more! I got my favorite necklace from Dubai fixed here and I am so happy that I came to Eduardo’s. I did a lot of research for jewelry repair places and went to get a quote from a highly reputable place downtown - they quoted $20 more for a smaller (also 14k) chain and were going to charge $40 for the repair plus I’d have to leave the necklace and come back a day later. Eduardo did the repair free with the purchase of my chain and did it on the spot! I highly recommend this store if you have any jewelry repair needs! Excellent customer service and friendly owners.

Good place to change a battery to the watch or buy a cheap strap. For more or less complicated repairs there are much better sites. I took several watches for repair and they told me they would let me know to pick them up. After 2 months without knowing them, I went there and they said they could not fix them. Not a call or notice to go collect the watches. A lack of absolute professionalism. In addition, one of them was returned to me with the broken stem, with no possibility of repair and they were not responsible. A place scam.
