I mailed my timepiece from NY to their service office in Miami right before the pandemic hit. The watch needed to be sent to Italy for parts so being the entire country was basically shut down I was super worried that I would never see my watch again. The people at Hermes were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, assured me everything would be taken care of and provided me updates throughout the process. About a month ago or so I received my watch, fully repaired, in flawless condition and all for a very fair price. Hermes watch services were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Any timepiece that I own and is in need of service or repair I would definitely take the time to send down to Miami and use their services again!

WOW!! I came here because I read all the 4 star reviews and I must say...4 stars doesnt cut it. These guys are phenomenal! I needed 6 battery replacements including 1 face handle replacement and they fixed them all in 25minutes!! I will absolutely be back for ANY watch repairs I have in the future. Would highly recommend!

Great service. The service was fast and reliable. The only issue I had was that I brought in a watch that wasnt able to be serviced so Ill have to go somewhere else. Even with that in mind, I would still recommend Hermes for your watch repair.
