I tried to purchase a watch from them online. The listing was a lie - it seems clear it was never in stock. They told me there was a defect and canceled without asking me, then lied to eBay and said I’d asked to cancel. I hadn’t. I would not trust them unless they physically show you the watch before purchase.This wasn’t a mistake; they did this twice in a row to me. I assume they do this to boost their eBay reputation. I’m not out any money, but I now don’t have the birthday gift my daughter asked for.

Don’t waste your time here. You can find heck of better deals on the net. The owner to this place acts like a dictator. If he is in the mood ok. If he is not then he acts like he is doing a favor. None of the employees are supposed to give you prices. They tell him a secret code in front of you then he gives a price. ( I believe this tells you that the price is set according to his subjective reaction of you, the buyer)All questions will be directed to the central unit, the owner, and all final decisions. God forbids he is busy because the last thing he cares about is customer service. Atypical form of US working methods. No matter how much and how long you’ve bought from this a$&@:;....Hole. It is all about catching him on “his” right mood. This is common of sole proprietors whom open up a business and do not have a single clue of corporate leadership

I went on my lunch hour to drop it off and he personally delivered the watch to my office before the days end so I could have it for the event.
