I waited a while to post this review. I had Joe totally go through my grandfathers Rolex date earlier this year. He was hesitant, because it is an old watch which can be a slippery slope (1956) - that was abundantly clear. He coordinated a refinish of the dial, which generally people are against - but this dial had been refinished (poorly) in the past. He was able to put the watch back to an amazing state, painstakingly restoring the lens and case and replacing the needed parts. It looks really great and is keeping great time. Yes, it cost some money but that was not unexpected. I have had it on the wrist for some number of weeks (on and off) to verify that I truly am satisfied and its keeping great time especially for a watch of its vintage. I highly recommend Joe and would use him again. I was hesitant about mailing, but he handled that professionally and paid for shipping both ways with insurance.

Miami native and went to Joe to service my 40 year old solid 14k gold 15037. The caliber work was fantastic and the watch keeps excellent time, crown action is nice and tight, and run time after wind up is much improved. Deducted a star as the crystal had to be replaced under warranty (the first acrylic had defects) and the clasp had to be reworked a second time at additional cost (in hindsight I should have specified not to adjust the clasp or its hinges; i.e. if it ain’t broke don’t fix it). Joe worked with me through these challenges.I will use his services again and recommend Joseph to anyone that prefers a direct connection to an incredibly skilled watchmaker versus the traditional route when you have no knowledge of who’s actually servicing your timepiece.

I sent my 18k Rolex Day/date to Joe, I was a little concerned about sending it to someone that I didn’t know 700 miles away. I talked to Joe on the phone and he was very professional and allayed most of my apprehension ( I’m pretty cautious). He cleaned my watch and did some repairs including replacing the crown and stem (it would no longer screw down). I have been wearing this watch for over 30 years.The watch keeps time better than it ever has. I will tell anyone to send their watches to Joe with confidence.

I was very satisfied with the services provided by Joseph Roth -- He did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it, and at the price he quoted.

My mid 1980s GMT stopped working and after some web searching, I decided to send it to Joseph for repair. After replacing several springs, levers, and wheels, and a cleaning and adjustment, my GMT arrived back to me in excellent condition. It took a total of 4 weeks from shipment to return.I was apprehensive at first about mailing my watch to a stranger, but after this experience, he will get my future business too.

This service is the BEST !!! I had taken my husbands 50 year old Rolex to a reputable place and after an attempt to repair the watch and a few hundred dollars, they told me to retire the watch and said that it was not worth trying to fix. My husband is very fond of that watch and we did not want to accept that assessment. After discussing with Mr. Roth the situation and finding out that the watch is very much a candidate for successful repair, I sent the watch to him. Had my 35 yr old Cartier watch serviced by Joe Roth. I was cautious, as it was uncomfortable sending my valued watch away to a relatively unknown company. Joe was a good communicator during process. A little more expensive than Id expected, but Joe was specific about what needed to be done. Terrific cleaning, mainspring, axle, etc replacement work. Watch worked fine for 4-months, then started losing time fast. Luxury Watch Service (Vision of Time) re-serviced my Cartier w/o any hesitation or charge. Its working great.

The crown on my Rolex Submariner would not screw locked and my local Rolex certified watchmaker retired. I was hesitant to mail my watch off to be repaired. I purchased my 1970 Red Submariner while on a Hawaiian R&R from a tour of duty in Vietnam. And I can tell you without a shadow of doubt that when this Marine returned to the Jungle to finish the tour I took this poor time piece with me through the gates of hell and back. Like you, we were nervous about sending our Rolex to a stranger in Miami! You can trust Joe Roth. He confirmed receipt, gave us an estimate, and sent it back in a nice box. Our only complaint is that the final charges were much higher than the original estimate. But the work appears to be done well and we will use him again (more regularly next time so that the charges arent so high).

I contacted Luxury Watch Service through the internet. I spoke with Joe per phone and decided to send him my Rolex that I purchased in the early 70’s. It was in great need of a complete service job! I must say when you are mailing something like this to someone you know nothing about was a little unnerving! Joe forwarded all the pertinent information to me and he received my watch. My date just had stopped working and was unable to find anybody locally that did Rolex repairs. So I found luxury watch service online. Sending my watch to another State was a bit of a challenge for me, especially Miami. While I was pondering the idea, a successful Businessman/Associate Pastor was speaking up front one evening and I noticed something shinning on his wrist. A Rolex Submariner catching the overhead lights. A Divine answer. I wore this Rolex 24/7, working on cars, trucks, my Harley, and Aircraft Generators for 20 years. The self-wind stopped working. Owning a Rolex, you become very possessive and suspicious of internet scams. I was initially reluctant to part with my watch for about a month while it was being cleaned and repaired. But all in all, it is back home safe and I am very satisfied with the service of Luxury Watch Service. Highly recommended.
