I brought him a very old watch my great aunt gave me and he not only knew exactly what it was but he gave me pointers on maintenance and did an incredible job at his work (the watch is so old the metal sticks for the bands were female rather than male, so he had to cut the males sticking out of the watch and drill little holes in the watch to be able to use regular band holders. Very delicate and tricky work and he did it perfectly). Highly recommend him!

Took in my grandfathers watch and my great grandfathers pocket watch hoping that the watches would start working again. These watches had been in the family for decades and were in pretty bad condition due to the time that they had been left collecting dust. I had spent days looking for a watch repair person around the Miami area to fix the watches and couldn’t bring myself to trust anybody with them. When i took my families two watches to Miros’ shop it was exactly how i imagined it in my mind. You could see that he truly valued the two watches and was thrilled to see two beautiful pieces of history. He treated me and my brother like family and made us feel at home. He explained every detail of the watches and how rare they were. I brought in the watches before Christmas and told Miro if he could possibly have then finished by that time. He assured me that it would take sometime and that he might be able to do it, considering that the watches needed a lot of work. Just two days later i received a call from Miro that the watches were done; i was shocked. He dedicated a full day of work even after the shops closing time just to fix my pieces. He was dedicated to help me as much as possible. I told Miro that i wanted them to be left as original as possible and he exceeded my expectations. When i went to pick up the watches they were brand new and all the original pieces that he had to substitute were saved and given back to me. Miro is more than a professional he is a master at his craft. Cant thank him enough for treating me like family and for treating the watches like it was his own. I am so happy that I met Carlos Miro. I had a conversation with him today regarding why he became a watchmaker. He is a 3rd Generation watchmaker / repairman and has been skillfully doing this for over 40-years! Ive had Mr. Miro service my Rolex GMT on numerous occasions, having both dropped it off in person (when in Miami) and shipped down & back from NY.A regular maintenance service is about half the cost of NY prices + he will do the unexpected repairs that come up without the full service first policy that other places insist on.Super meticulous guy...and youre handing your watch to the person actually doing the work which I like.

I took a vintage automatic Ball Trainmaster that would run well for awhile and then stop unexpectedly. Mr. Miro examined the watch, gave me a point by point analysis of what was needed, I accepted his price/schedule and he delivered it sooner than we had discussed. His work was excellent. It is not cheap, but great work never is. (And he gives you a warranty) Highly recommended.

I went in there expecting ti take 2 links off my Invicta watch first thing in the morning, and what does Miro tell me, Invixta is worst watch, piece of s*** watch i will have to charge you $200 just to do this and it will take me over 2 hours to do so, i dont like working on these kind of watches terrible service,i will never come back and will always take my business to watch universe.

Fast and very good service. I spoke to the Tag Heuer store because I needed to change the battery in my watch and they wanted to send it to New Jersey to have an analysis of what I needed. I already knew that, change the battery! So I took him to this establishment and in 5 minutes and for $ 20 I had my watch working.

This man who works there told me lies and wanted to charge me 400 dollars to fix my watch, he told me that the steering wheel was broken, I took my watch to another place and they told me that the steering wheel was not broken nothing that only a piece of place and they charged me 70I recommend you be careful and never leave for the first time, you almost cheat me there
