Hello, I would like to give my point of view or rather my comment and about this watch shop called watch repair some months ago, searching on the Internet for a place where my watches could be attended and repaired with the appropriate quality and service I found this place and without a doubt I have taken the best of impressions since the staff that works here is of the highest quality and reliability I know there are many other places where they do very good work and there are very good watchmakers in the Miami area but in this town you can find a very good watch service I hope you can find here the same as me and it is the satisfaction of a good quality work and on time

Watch repair owner seems friendly.Watch repair there is rather expensive from what I found out from getting quotes for work done as I went to another 2 shops and had them look at what I was charged. Over $10 for a battery change at watch reoair?. I can get it for $4.75 at battery plus. Can see other place replace battery new out of package etc. Good brand too.2 watches battery replaced for what watch repair charges. And money left over.So if one does their home work, one can get the same job done for less cost.Just got charged $170 for what 2 other shops would have done for $80 to $95 including the new gasket for back case. Just for a quartz watch clean, lube, and gasket.they both said if quartz working just change battery. Watch repair shop never advised me about that. I didnt ask.Mechanical watch is different. Dont take quartz watch to Watch Repair. Get lighter fluid, lube oil and watch You Tube video. Do it your self. Save alot of money.So I took a mechanical watch to Fidel. And job turned into a warrenty situation. Date function not working.. Not done right first time Charged for part only. Good.Then took quartz watch. Should have asked for quote. Said clean and lube and replace back case seal. Charged $170. A rip off. Fidel got money back for the warrenty job done on mechanical watch.Been with him for 7 years. No more. Gone. 2 other shops one by Dade Land and one on sw 184 st us 1 are honest with their prices. I never told them about watch repair shop bird road. Just asked about charges as to what I experienced at watch repair shop. Would have saved hundreds of dollars. Live and learn.Watch repair Inc. Shop has lost me after 7 years. Live and learn.So that is my experience.Good luck with this guy Fidel if you trust a Fidel.Then a week later mechanical watch date functionStopped again. Same as first time.Took to the new jeweler and watch repair shop. Said difficult getting part and even gave me thepart number so I could look up if wanted. They fixed the broken part by soldering part! They repair jewelry too so had the experience. Watch fixed.Charge was $65. Been working for 3 weeks now.So much for so called Master Watch Repair technicians.Watch Repair Kenndal charge would have been way over $200. I know that place.Replace batteries at batteries plus. $4.75. Dont need a master watch repair place that charges over $10 for what? A rip off.Its your money.In this day and age be a smart shopper.And always get a quote up front. Sorry I didnt ask up front. Could have negotiated.Good luck.

Have a Casio waveceptor, sent it to Casio in California they wanted to throw it out because they had no parts for it, it was too old and it was unfixable. Looked up watch repair on Google and Watch Repair Inc was there. Took it to them (Fidel) and my (“pos”) watch is running like a CHAMP!! Thank you Fidel for caring enough to fix my fantastic Casio!

Got into motorcycle incident, and i had lost the bezel off my Rolex watch 116610Ln thank god I was fine, but my watch had lost the bezel and never recovered so my crystal ring was dislocated and Fidel the Watch Doctor was able to put it back in place. I recommend anybody who needs a watch repair done Fidel can do the job,as soon as i receive the rest of the parts he will be the one to trust.

In and out in 5 minutes took 4 watches! $42 with taxes included 10 bucks a watch! The gentleman was courteous and very professional and pleasant to my 2 daughters who were with me waiting. This will be my go to place from now on needless to say.

Best watch repair in miami hands down! We took 4 watches with my sister and dad and this man is lightning fast folks! He must have taken 5 minutes for 4 and returned them with the right time and all. I came in to remove a few links from a watch band i purchased, and left there being charged $21.40. Later on i decided to give a call and ask for a price over the phone because $21 seemed like TOO much. They said $10.00. I am very upset that they would take advantage of an unknowing customer. Unprofessional.
