I have been taking my many watches to these folks. Ever since a dear family member retired from the watch repair business, I have been taking my priced possessions for so many yeas now. Their customer service, professionalism is impeccable. Their knowledge is without question. I cannot think of anyone else to handle my time pieces. They are truly recommended.

Second (edited) review down from 3 stars to now 1* - From my original post, the watch keeps time again but received back in a very dirty condition way worst than before. Theres now an imperfect on the watch face that wasnt there before and with writing a bad review, I wish they could just take the review at face value to self-improve instead of harassing me with multiple calls and email. (which they were blocked and I have other professionals to fix their mistakes) I wont be conducting business with them again, not like they would want me back being a whistleblower but fair warning for those with higher class expensive watches than the Hamilton I brought them. This review is complete transparency and ask the company to please leave me alone.

I took 3 watches that needed service in to Swisstime Care. Their office/repair shop is amazing. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. One of my watches is over 50 years old and nobody would touch it. They overhauled it and it is functioning like new again. I also had another watch polished and calibrated. The last watch needed a new battery. All 3 watches were back to me in 1 week! That is much better than I expected. I will never go anywhere else. They will get all my watch business from here on out. I highly recommend them.

I am beyond happy with the Service I received from Swiss Time Care, the Staff was very respectful and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my Movado Esperanza Band which is discontinued.... thank you again !! I definitely recommend taking your watch to these guys !!

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Would NEVER use or suggest that anyone use them. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Very unprofessional. Totally disorganized. Lost my materials. Terrible to work with or deal with.

Not here anymore, waste of a drive

Brought in a watch that had a screw fall out of the bracelet. They repaired and returned to me while I waited. It was also no charge.
