I called a “fancy” watch store to have them take a look at my AP. The person on the phone was incredibly sweet, told me they don’t touch APs, then casually mentioned “but our owner takes his personal APs to this little place just down the block”. I went in and sure enough it was a small shop. However instantly you could see by the time pieces they were working on they were the real deal. He took a look at my watch, took it and opened it up. Diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes, and closed it up. Checked the pressure. In and out in 20 minutes. So honest. Incredibly efficient and professional. Will forever come here.

Went in expecting to get my watch regulated, and it turned out that all was needed was for it to be de-magnitized. The issue was spotted by a friendly, knowledgeable staffer who saved me the cost of regulation. Very happy with the service and expertise!
