I took two Rolex watches for repairs. Walter was very professional and efficient . He explained the estimate cost and the date it would be ready. Everything was as he explained and the watches were ready when he said. I will highly recommend the shop to my friends and family.Extremely satisfied.

I looked them up online before heading over. I was a bit skeptical because they only had 5 star reviews mostly from ppl that don’t review too much. But I’m super happy I found them - service was super fast, cheap ($10 to change battery) and everybody was buena gente. They helped me out with a Tissot and a Patek. Would def go back and definitely recommend

He shares his passion for his work with you as he explains and even sends photos of the work being performed. Very quick turnaround time and the pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of the work you get. He has serviced my personal Rolex, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Panerai & Cartier watches since 1998. All are always flawless once received and he gives a one year warranty on everything. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Miami and they’re conveniently located in the Seybold jewelry building in downtown Miami which has lots of security. I’m a very satisfied repeat customer.
