Got in contact with Sarraff, and asked if possible to do a full service on a Omega Co-axle in less than a month including shipping. They were able to achieve that and ship the watch back to me in a wonderful safe container….I wish I had that shipping it to them, just rapped it in a sock 😅. Once I got the watch out of that safe container, my daily worn watch I had for 5 years…..looked so fresh and perfect THANK YOU!! I felt a few scratches/dings were bad sending it in, and I can say all were taken out, it’s like a brand new watch now and running on time!! Great service, great timing, and wonder price highly recommended!!

I’ve been using Sarraff - father and son team, for years and I’ve referred them to friends as well. They do first class work are are extremely professional and honest. As long as I own a luxury watch, they are the only ones in Miami I’ll allow to take care of it. My friends have had the same amazing experience.

The guys at Sarraff Watchmaker were amazing, I called in the morning to find out about price and some details and they answered all of my questions. Replacing the battery on my watch was quick and they even went the extra mile in cleaning the bracelet joints. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent.

I sent in my watch in early August 2020 to have the watch repaired. It is a Straton synchro with a ne88 chronograph movement. I was told numerous times over the course of several months that the watch was just about finished and ready to ship in the next week, day, etc. By January 2021, after finally hearing back after multiple tries, They tell me my watch has been repaired and is ready to go back. I finally receive my watch back, still broken and it’s clear that no work has been performed on it. Time keeping is still erratic, the watch stops running. I send another email waiting to here back, and of course I haven’t heard a response. They are very difficult to reach via phone or e-mail, you pretty much play the lottery hoping that they will respond. Not only that, they are dishonest because I paid a decent amount to have my watch shipped back to me broken. So not am I only out 160 dollars, I’m also out all that time I could have found another watchmaker. Stay away from them, the following is a photo from my timegrapher after getting it back. No, it is not just simply magnetized.

I just popped in at random for a new watch battery. Excellent, personable, service. Beautiful, new, and clean shop. Very reasonable price. They are mostly high quality repair, but, they didn’t hesitate to happily do a quick battery replacement.

Great service and workmanship: The job was not cheap or quick, but it allowed me to keep this time piece in the family and functioning, I bought this watch upon my graduation from the Army’s Warrant Officer Candidate Course and although I own several other pieces time, this was my 1st and my favorite as it has seen multiple deployments and assorted adventures with me. Ruben and Ramsy gave new life my 2 decade old Omega Sea Master after the Omega factory returned it to me with a note saying my watch was beyond repair as salt water had corroded most of the movement and years of dings and scratches had faded the luster. These guys, found the needed parts and replaced them while maintaining originality, and they polish it back to its original shine. Meanwhile, they kept me informed along the way.

Mr. Sarraff was impeccable. Not only was he able to get me the Rolex (Milgauss BLUE dial) I’d searched for all over, but, he was able to attain the watch within 48hrs after requesting it! Ramsey shipped the Rolex certified mail with his courier service and had it shipped directly to me without a hiccup. I will only buy my watches with him and will make sure my friends and family do the same. Excellent experience.

I trust Saraff to work on my watches. I typically service antique and unique watches, the few I get, and Saraff watchmakers are willing to take the extra time and patience to find parts and fix older watches that require more expertise.In my opinion it takes special watchmaker to accept a more difficult job that may require extra effort! Amazing experience! Brought in a mechanical watch that was running erratically. Unfortunately, it wasn’t magnetized as that is the simplest fix. But the gentleman diagnosed the problem immediately, a bent hairspring, and said he should be able to fix it right away if I could wait a few moments. Since I was expecting to have to drop the watch off for a week or two, I said sure. He took out his loupe and some specialized tweezers and made some tweaks. And bam. My watch is now the most accurate automatic I have. Running more accurate than my superlative chronometer Rolex. And this is a cheap watch with a basic movement. He simply did a fantastic job, very quickly and at a reasonable price. I will absolutely going here when my watches need service. And I might even bring in a few to have them regulated.

Great service from someone who actually cares about doing the right thing. From diagnosing the problem to waiting (and explaining how long it would take) to get the best part to replace and fix issue, not the easiest or cheapest like many other repair shops would do. My watch stopped working a week before my daughters wedding. It is my nicest watch and wanted it for the wedding. Contacted Ramsy Sarraff on a Monday, he told me do drop it off which I did. It turned out the main spring broke. He had it ready to for pick up the next afternoon. Could not ask for more from a watchmaker. He previously did a complete service on one of my watches and it came out looking and working like new. Do not hesitate, really!

They took my 3510.50 Speedmaster Reduced for a full service overhaul. The whole process took over two months instead of the two-three week estimate; Ramsy would keep on pushing the date it would be ready by the week and barely answering any of my phone calls or messages. While the Speedmaster was in for service I had sent him and additional watch that needed repair; a Movado Bold. Ramsy did confirm he had received the watch and would start to source the pieces for me by mid October. I’ve been trying to contact him for the past month and a half with no answer; I’ve sent out plenty of texts, emails and tried calling several times. He still has my watch and I really don’t know what to do to have it back; I’m really hoping he reads this and sends the watch back even if it isn’t ready. Very unprofessional, I don’t think he is a bad person or is trying to rob me but he need to get his things together. After making the review he contact me and fixed the whole issue; he did send my watch back.

I have a Aquaracer Automatic Tag Heuer that is give or take about 15 years old. It recently started giving trouble not holding time and seemed like the automatic winding was either not working properly or it was not lasting long at all. I was recommended Sarraff by a friend, and i couldnt be happier with the results. The cost to repair was well under other estimates i received, and not only did they repair the watch, but they also cleaned and polished it! Now i feel like i have a new watch, and looks like it too!! I would 100% percent recommend this shop!!!
