Terrible experience. The seller send me defective watches which is not as described. Stop moving Rolex watches after 10hrs? That was my first and last purchase from this seller. Will never recommend. Instead of, spend a couple thousands more and get your genuine ROLEX watches from the OFFICIAL Rolex store. At the end - after 3 days trying to set it up and understand whats going on returned the watches and have been charged for 10% fee ($1000). Seller says Watches have been worn. Of course they were worn - 3 days. Great job GOLD WATCH CO!!! KEEP IT GOING!!!

Bought a 2019 Rolex OP 39mm directly from Moshe. Great guy, no BS. After getting off the phone with him, he sent me over their wire instructions, which I sent out immediately. He wrote me back 2 days later saying he received the funds and would send out the watch next week. Called me the following Monday and provided a next day Fedex tracking number. Received everything exactly as expected with about 1 week turnaround time from first call to receipt of the watch. Would highly recommend these guys.

I took the watch to Rolex in Beverly Hills for evaluation where they confirmed authenticity and fixed the link. One of their watch listings was blatantly inaccurate. It claimed a diamond bezel was factory when it was in fact a custom diamond bezel. This is not honest.

Clicked the “buy it now” button on chronos24 and was told to pay on the purchase link. When I followed up with them, I was told they wanted to raise the price of the watch. There’s plenty of watch hustlers in the seybold building. This one definitely acted like a scammer. I’d go elsewhere

I will have to admit ordering an expensive watch over the Internet was a little scary. However, the watch looked good on their website and the price was competitive so I pulled the trigger. I am very pleased with the watch, it arrived in very good like new condition and had been recently serviced. I took the watch to my local watchmaker for inspection and everything checked out. The watch was short one link on the bracelet but Dennis took care of it and sent me another link. I will definitely look at using them again in the future.

I bought my Rolex Submariner a few months ago and on a recent trip to Vegas, the watch lost its seal integrity. Moisture got into the body and I immediately took it to a Rolex dealer at the Wynn Casino. The watch was dried and cleaned but I was advised it would need a full overhaul. After returning home I contacted Deniss in the sales department at Gold Watch Co. He said the watch was covered under the 1 year A to Z warranty. I was sent a prepaid shipping label and promptly returned the watch to the service department. The Gold Watch Co sent the watch out for a full overhaul and at my request, replaced the dial for free. There are so many jewelry stores where you can buy a high end watch but will they stand 100% behind their warranty. I can tell you from my experience with Gold Watch Co, customer service is at the top of their list. Because of there dedication after the sale, they have earned a customer for life. I thought I could rely on this seller because of so many good feedbacks, but it turned out the worst service and product I have ever had.I purchased a Rolex watch in November 2013 for on and off occasions. At first, it arrived with the leather band placed in wrong ways. I paid thousands for a luxurious watch, but then the leathers were placed in an opposite way. I send them a message, but all they could do was that I had to go to any repair store to fix it and send them a receipt. I really did not like the way they handled, but decided not to bother. Anyway I did it, but never sent them a receipt.Secondable, the watch that I hardly worn was completely out of control 5 months later. The minute hand ran late initiatively and then the hour hand stopped. The watch couldn’t keep the time correctly and I couldn’t wind up the watch at all. I sent it as they told me to do and it took more than 15 days. They never explained me what caused dysfunction from the beginning through the end.After the repair, they sent me back the watch with the leather bands placed in wrong ways again. Is it a joke?I tried to resolve the issues with them. However, they have never ever been willing to do. Actually I feel very offended by the way they treated all situations. Because of inappropriate services and the poor quality of product, I cannot leave a good feedback. I cannot recommend this seller to anybody.

Hands down, do NOT go anyplace else to purchase a pre-owned Rolex! I had a horrible experience with Gold Watch Co. My 32nd birthday was around the corner and my mother wanted to buy me a Submariner two tone blue which they claimed they have in stock. I was told by Dennis on june 10, 2015 that they have several of those in stock and they will have it polished and ready for me for pick up on the 11th of june. I called on the 11th to ask about what time should I come in to pick up my watch and Dennis said the man who polishes the watches is too busy and I will have to wait another day. I said fine and finally today I called them to make sure the watch was ready. I live in Ft Lauderdale and didnt want to drive to downtown Miami unless I was sure the watch was ready. I was told by a extremely rude salesman by the name of Tavio or Taviar that the watch has been sold yesterday. I asked why they would tell me they would have the watch and then go on to sell it yesterday even though Dennis had committed to selling the watch to me and I had even offered to put a deposit on the watch. Tavio/Taviar told me if im a serious buyer I need to come into the store and hung up on me. I called the Manager Sam and he did apologize and said he will give me a $50 discount for the Inconvenience.I work in sales and I am shocked at how this company operates. I would recommend everyone to stay far away from a company whose salesmen treat their customers in this manner. If they are like this before the sale then you can only imagine how you will be treated after the sale.My suggestion for the management and owners would be to keep trained and professional Sales Consultants who make decent commissions on every sale so they can provide better customer service and the company doesnt lose sales and receive bad reviews because of their behavior.
