This company is the best. Im a security supervisor for a company in Midtown. They are always on time, They are fast, and they are very friendly. Dont listen to the other reviews. They are just upset because their car got towed. If you need a car towed these are your guys A+

Geico sent Alpine to tow my car to the dealer and they never showed up. When I called them to get an ETA the gentleman on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. I notified Geico right away and they sent another company to tow my car. Alpine customer service really sucks no class no manners no hospitality at all. Good luck to those that get involved with Alpine.

Joel is the best and came in to save the day!!!!!!! (3/21/2021) Had a car immobilized on the 4th floor of a parking Garage. I tell you my situation had 6 or 7 very difficult obstacles from from having a front wheel drive parked facing forward and not being able to turn on my car, to getting out of a super small Parking garage, he did an amazing job. He didnt ask me to write this review, I wanted to because we got through every challenge and now the car is at the shop getting worked on. What a challenging monday, but so thankful that the car was able to get towed safety. Definitely recommend Joel and Alpine towing.

I went to call a tow one week and they gave me one price. The tow truck happened to break down and told me to call back next week and they will resend the truck. When I called back the following week, they doubled the price of the tow. Interesting way of doing business.

They are the most unprofessional and rudest people. Plus prices that they give are not accurate because the tow yard to which your car was taken too gives the prices. Very rude people. The ONLY kind person was the driver Reggie.

PICK YOUR CAR UP NOW!!! You don’t have to wait until they open. By law your car MUST be released within an hour of contacting them 24hours/day. If they don’t, call the non emergency police for assistance.-Also, be sure to bring all required documents and Id. If it’s a rental or someone else’s car be ready for a hassle especially you piss them off or need to pick up outside of normal hours of operation.-Be sure you’re being charged the correct amounts especially released on site, drivers have a bad habit of adding fees on to actual price.- Don’t waste your breathe calling their office to report them, for being price gouging, false tow reasons, mishandling of vehicle being towed.

Never pleas at when your car gets towed but they made it quick and efficient. Thats all one can hope for.
