This past weekend was super stressful having my car break down and finding a transmission place that is open to service my car on a weekend. Although I did not accomplish in getting my car to a shop, I have to give it to this towing company that has been accommodating me by towing my car from point A to B and back to point A. I mean from the time I walked out the door till the time we dropped off the car... Don the Tow truck driver has me rolling.. I mean I was crying laughing so hard... and it’s days like that when u need that laugh... I mean let’s be honest no one never wants to spend money on a towing company especially when the car works great... but I had no tag and needed to take it to the shop... so I had no choice... I told them I needed to be there by 10 I arrived there a 9:45 great timing... the service was so good I Called Don to ask if he could tow my car back.. they have great prices as well... I couldn’t beat 65 /70 when everyone else wanted to put a hole in my pocket with their 120 or more..he even answered questioned I had about my car that I’m pretty sure is not in his job description.. but he answered with no problem... Don is great and I will definitely use this company again...

I own a modified Infiniti G37S coupe thats very low to ground. I called them based on needing a flatbed to tow a lowered car. They used blocks of wood to carefully inch it up on the bed and off the bed. Drove slow and cautious. Im very pleased with there service.

Joe is the Man! I had a dead BMW M6 that was extremely low to the ground. The car was unable to be put into neutral, and the car was being delivered to a slanted driveway. Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. I ordered a tow through AAA and they linked me with this company and it has been a living hell. They lied multiple times about my tow, first they said they were sending someone out. Hours later they said the driver picked up my car which there was no way because I was with my car still stranded so clearly no one came yet. Then they lied and said they were sending a new person which once I called him with the phone number they provided, he told me he actually wasn’t clocked into work yet and was going in to work for another 20 minutes. After speaking to multiple people and what I was told was a manager and supervisor, they said they were going to fix it and send the a new guy along with a free voucher for a future service. Long story short, I waited almost 10 hours to get my car towed. And to top it off, they lied and never valued the free tow voucher. Do not use this company they are garbageOh and not to mention, they hung up on me multiple times. A few people I came into contact with and clearly were no help and have lied so beware (Brenda/supposedly a manager, Stephanie/supposedly a supervisor, and Miguel) I’ve worked plenty of customer service jobs to know this is no way to treat customers let alone peopleHoney stop lying to everyone, i have confirmation emails and texts. And theres no way I know all your staffs names. Stop lying and try to make it right for once.

I left E11even around 5 am and noticed I lost my car keys! I freaked out, went back in but no one turned in my keys. I had no choice but to call a towing company. I happened to come across Vette Masters and gave them a call. I told the dispatcher my dilemma and she was very helpful and managed to calm me down. The driver arrived about 20 minutes after I requested the tow. He was very friendly and professional. I can not thank them enough because I was stranded in Downtown with no way to get home. Reliable, fast and friendly. Hopefully Ill never be in that situation again but if I ever need a tow truck, Ill make sure to call them.

We where stuck on the side of the highway ( 95 ) and the technician said he would be at our location in 10 minutes. He actually made it in 7. On top of the he gave us a great recommendation for a service station to fix our vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their service. 10 star service with a 5 star review. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I had a flat tire on Little River Drive and 8th Ave and the towing service is down the street on 70th st and I CALLED AT 2:40ish . Mind you the tow service is down the street from where I had the flat on . I called 40 mins later and the guy said he’ll call the driver and I called 10 mins later and this guy is yelling at me through the phone and being disrespectful when they had me waiting when there supposed to have good towing service. And he close the phone in my face . I don’t recommend calling these people at all

I called this company for tow I was told the tow would cost $250.00 . Vehicle was picked up and once it arrived I was told the price was $275.00 and that they had recorded me agreeing to price . I requested the recording and it was a voice stating my address and saying the charge was $275.00 which was a lie .My phone call was a simple how much is it to take my car from point A to point B and I was told $250.00 . As I was talking to tow truck driver understandably upset he stated you want to get violent with me and refused to drop my car police was called car was dropped. Please be careful with this company and there tactics and make sure they text you a copy of price before you let them hook your vehicle this could have ended badly over $ 25.00 on principle . Note the driver say the guy I spoke to was his brother who conveniently became unavailable.

Called, paid a deposit upfront. Waited over an hour. Someone was supposed to call me on few minutes, never happened called back few time and everytime was someone will call you in a few. I ended up calling someone else which came to my help less then 15min.

The company basically stole my wife’s money. She was in need for a tow due to an accident. Getting in touch with her mechanic and his services, she called immediately to cancel the companies service. Not even 10 mins later. She was told the upfront payment would be refunded and it will take at least 24-48 hours. Of course they never gave the money back. I her husband even called and was hung up on !! I advise anyone to not use them.

I have been using them for the past 3 years. My husband had an antique car so we have issues once in a while and I have. BMW. They are the best best ever!
