If I could leave a no star review, I would. Elda and the other lady with the glasses have been so short, rude, and dismissive to me and my family members. They refused to release a TEXAS car that belongs to me even though I provided the adequate paperwork— insurance verification, my license, & paper work from the dealership.. literally denied all forms of paperwork. I told them me and my small child will literally be stranded here if I do not get my car out (we drove here) and they literally laughed it off. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service ever. The business is trash

I have Goodsam Roadside service and needed my bus towed from Boca Raton to Miami, and these were the guys that came to get us.Very professional, very quick to arrive, and parked it very well in a tight spot for a 40ft bus. Would def recommend them if you need a bus towed.

Great service called to have my semi towed the dispatcher was very polite and said the driver should be there in 30 minutes and arrived in 15 minutes i would highly recommend this company

I hired this towing company to move my forklift to a customer warehouse. They quoted me $125 when I called them and gave them all the specification of the job. After the job was done the owner raised the price for $200 more and the reason they gave me was that his sales representative made a mistake and I had to pay for their mistake. I told the owner that I disagreed with the way they were doing business. The owner then told me that it was my problem. They took my forklift hostage for no reason. This is the worst towing company that there is out there. The owner is nothing but I criminal. I will report this company to the BBB and file a formal complaint with the department of transportation and consumer services. I encourage anyone to stay away from this company. They will take your personal belongings hostage and demand more money. If you want to go through a nightmare hire this people. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANY REASON EVEN IF THEY ARE THE LAST TOWING COMOANY IN THE WORLD.

We had to have our motorhome picked by a low bed tractor trailer on I95 then delivered to the dealer.. Victor the driver was amazing, polite, friendly and efficient. He treated our RV with kid gloves.. Thank you so much !!!!!

I had a great experience with VMC and I would gladly do it again. Drivers were both polite and prompt in terms of my delivery. I would recommend to anyone.

The motor blew out on my truck on the palmetto and i had to look up a tow service in Miami and this company was great. Very fast and professional in assisting me and helping me get to the shop!

Do not pick this towing company. Absolutely no punctuality, no follow up, rude receptionists. Cost me $150 extra and had to get 2 PTO days from work because they simply could not come in time. How they operate at this level of incompetence is beyond me. They should be out of business.

If no stars were an option Id be racing for give this place what it deserves. I know Miami isnt known for their customer service, but this place has got to be the worst Ive encountered thus far in my life. I waited nearly 4.5 hrs for a driver to come. It takes a lot for me to get worked up, but waiting 4.5 hrs in the hot Miami humidity will be enough to send anyone over the edge.While trying to politely call & ask what was going on, they guy who answered the phone basically gave me a line of crap. Oh, Im sorry hes stuck in traffic or Oh hes 20 minutes away Im sorry, but its completely unprofessional to not hold yourselves accountable for your actions. Irregardless of the excuses they threw out, all I asked for was for them to keep me informed.

I called for a tow while waiting on the side of an almost non-existent shoulder on I-75. Im still waiting after 3 hours! When I called and spoke to the supervisor Kimberly Ricti, she basically gave me the run around and told me they could not tell me how long it would take for a driver to get there or even call me. Since when does a driver not call to give an ETA? Since when cant a dispatcher contact the driver? She was rude, unhelpful, and ignorant. Horrible service!

Horrible service. Dont bother calling this company, or if you already did, call another company, because they will tell you anything to make you keep on waiting for hours!!The truck arrived 3 hours later than initially already long ETA of over 1 hour. I called over 5 times to check on ETA, they kept on saying 30 minutes more... I was stuck in busy highway for a total of 4.5 hours, not to mention it was a 100+ degrees day.Finally came the truck with a driver who does not possess any customer service skills at all. His attitude when confronted about the delays was like oh well... what can I do..., while rolling his eyes.After all this mess, I asked to be dropped off at my house and for my car to be dropped off at the dealership. The manager ended up calling me and although I explained that my house is not out of way from the dealership, basically telling me oh, were not uber, we wont do that, you can just call uber. WOW what a customer service.I hope all of the insurance companies read this and decide to drop this company from their roadside assistance list because these guys will make their customers miserable. What a mess.One more thing, it was pouring down when they finally came. The driver did not tied down my car to the flat bed. Also, not only the truck smelled like crap, there was no seat belt, and the driver was busy texting while driving and even worse, at some point, he attempted to watch a video on his cell phone!!! I started video taping this act, and he decided to stop. This company has no regard of safety.Lastly, when asked for a copy of the receipt, they said oh.. the receipt is only for the insurance company, only cash customers get receipts. I smell scam, so I told the driver that I will be sure to call my insurance company to verify the service and the distance that they did.They should be banned from the road for everyones safety.

Horrible experience i called at 12pm and was told at 2pm that the order hadnt been placed because the receptionist went out to lunch..she later assured me that it would only take another 15 to 20 min. I called back at 3pm and was told to keep waiting and was told there was no manager at all on duty that could help...so please fill out applications as VMC towing cause they are in need of a manager.

Great service, showed up earlier than expected.

They did what I needed them to do, but they took about 4 hours to get it done when it should have taken 1 hour. Their dispatcher is super nice, but seems to never be able to get a hold of the drivers.

The driver was less than 5 minutes away and had just taken the highway exit for 3.5 hours and still failed to show up. Very unprofessional service.

I called then at 11:30 am today its 2:23pm and they still have not showed up I have call them many of yimes and the girl say they are on the way and she will have the driver call me well the driver never called me and they never came so I have wasted 3 hours of my time they suck!!!!!!!###//&*&/#! $@&()#$#*0^!!&)now its 2:45 pm and the driver called me to get the address where I am at ...I dont understand people. ...

God, they scammed me, they charged me 55 dollars for opening my car and left my keys in the trunk. What a lack of bigger repetition the one who answered the call is eating shells because I told him where the keys were. THIEVES

I was thrown with my two children in the palmetto and I did not have much money but this company helped me a lot, I called two companies before this one and they had me waiting for more than two hours and when I called this one they arrived within 15 minutes, the driver was Very nice and he brought me water for me and my children, very good price they gave me and very good service. I recommend it to those who need help on the street.
