This people need to learn how to treat people! The towed my car I paid and they just told me to leave like I was nothing. At the end of the day I am a customer

Upon arrival from picking up my car, as soon as I drove off my tire was flat. I changed it in front of the towing place as my friend discussed with the employee about my tire. He proceeded to say, “Well you drove it off.” I let it go. As I continued to drive, I noticed my steering wheel wasn’t aligned. Again I took it to a shop, to get an alignment. The shop let me know that the tie rod was bent, the only way for this piece to be bent in the way that it was is if it were from a tow hook. They were doing grab and goes when my car got towed. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were trying to tow as many cars as possible before people found out so they can proceed to make a quick dollar. It was late at night and whichever driver towed my vehicle uncarefully hooked my car wrong and completely messed up my tie rod. Not only that but upon looking more into my vehicle. I seen scratches that weren’t there before and a bented fender. I have before photos of my car and after. I haven’t even had my car for a WEEK. I called the company telling them about what has happened. I keep getting the go around. My calls were being denied and ignored. And it’s unjust for careless tow drivers to damage and not care for a vehicles and now I am forced to make a police report an sue this company for the damage.

I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I NEEDED A TOW MY CAR IS A CHEVY SUBURBAN THEY KNOW IT NEEDS A FLAT BED INSTEAD THEY SEND A REGULAR ONE THATS NEEDED SOMETHING ELSE TO IN THE BACK TO TOW SO THEY TOLD ME 100 AND THEN 125 FOR THE BACK THING EVEN THO IS WAS THERE FAULT NEVER CALLING THEM AGAIN

Guys were leaning on my car, sitting on my car, playing on the motorbikes/cycles, and had to call to even receive service at time of getting my vehicle; place was vacant upon arrival. Enforced mask policy after being there for some time; meanwhile, none of them had masks being worn.
