The best experience I have had with a towing company. I will 💯 recommend sunshine towing to anyone in the future. I’m so glad Geico has such reliable partners.It was a 2 hour wait but it was worth it cause of Emilio. He was so helpful and went out of his way to figure out what was wrong with my jeep. He even checked under my jeep several times. The jeep had to be towed but I truly appreciate that he cared so much and was so knowledgeable. Emilio Pereda was super on 5/4/21!! I got stuck in Kendall Regional Medical Centers parking garage. He called me prior to arrival and was very professional and reassured me he could take me out of the horrible situation I was in. He brought the jump start to help me with the battery. He ran a test for other car parts too. He explained the whole process step by step and repeated the information as I requested. My car started and as I was driving out of the parking lot I lost power in the car again. I called Emilio in a panic and he came back to the garage and re evaluated againTurns out I was also very low on Power steering fluid. He towed my car and he helped me coordinate the help I could get at a local repair shop. He helped me calm down and see the light at the end of the tunnel. THANK YOU EMILIO!!

The communication was perfect and the driver was completely on time. He was familiar with our place (a condo community with an electric gate control), which helped with him getting it. He also was familiar with my car repair shop. All if this gave me the confidence to completely entrust him my car, without me having to accompany him.

My car wouldnt start. I called Geico Insurance Company and they assured me Sunshine Towing would be at Costco parking lot in 15 minutes. The tow truck driver hooked up cables to the battery but the car wouldnt start. He tried other maneuvers but they didnt work. He rolled the car out into the aisle and pulled it up onto the bed of the truck. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very considerate of my property. My experience with your towing company was exemplary. I will call you again when I need roadside assistance.

Used them through my insurance company Geico and have to say everything went great. The dispatcher called me before hand to notify me they aren’t accepting any passengers due to the pandemic so I had plenty of time to make arrangements. The driver arrived way before the time quoted “which is awesome” and he was professional.

This is the first time I have ever left a review but this company is definitely worth my time to write this review. After I was involved in a traffic accident Florida Highway Patrol called Sunshine to my rescue. The driver was polite and very respectful and got me home very quickly.

Sunshine towing was sent to me by Geico insurance when my car broke down. The service was exceptional every step of the way. Emilio provided EXCELLENT attention to my vehicle and made every effort to get my car on time to the dealer before closing time, which he did!! Sunshine Towing was called by Miami Dade PD after I was involved in a crash which left my vehicle disabled. Usually I’ve alway have heard horrible stories about how tow truck drivers take advantage of you when you are in a vulnerable spot. This was not the case. The driver which I can’t remember his name but was driving a white flatbed was very professional and curious. Highly recommend this company.

Someone crashed into me. My car was towed here by police since I was rushed to hospital.. once I paid to get my car pounded out and towed to my home. Not only was the driver very rude and nasty... I noticed some of my items and 15 dollars in my car were missing once they left.......this is crazy...like why would you touch people belongings... I know its crazy times..but come on I was just in a wreck...yall charged me an arm and leg prices and took my stuff

The management team was able to assist us with items that went missing from the vehicle. Sunshine Towing works closely with the Police Department and are willing to assist with any issues that may arise. The management team was very helpful during such a troubling time.

I used this company 1/20/21, stuck on 836S, the driver arrived very quickly and was super efficient while being friendly and dropped me at the shop with my towed car - zero issues. Highly recommend this service.

They were very nice to work with. Very attentive to our needs ans the city needs. All was clean and dispose of properly. They took the time to clear the road and pick up all debry. First time i see this. Others just use a blower and push the debry to the side of the road.

My step sons vehicle was towed during a bad accident and his items were stolen from his vehicle. Expensive head phones and even a brand new bottle of Hennessy (which was a gift to my husband for his birthday today). The vehicle was completely ransacked inside. This happens a lot in tow yards. I do work with tow yards in my career and this is why I am very familiar with this. I am very disappointed it happened at this place after reading their reviews. I had to write this. The police officer did not add the expensive items on the tow receipt which was his mistake and now the tow yard is not responsible for my step sons stolen items. Police has body worn cameras so we know for a fact they didn’t take it. Again, this happens in all tow yards. I hope the OWNER takes action and disciplines his employees when stuff like this happens. Just like any other job. Times are hard right now, not nice to steal from others. Specially someone who needed up in the hospital due to an accident. Very wrong! Unacceptable.

Getting your car towed is never a good thing, especially after it gets totalled. That being said, my experience with this towing company was very positive. The young woman who attended me was super nice and had no problem helping me out and answering all my questions. 5 stars.

I have had a terrible experience with this company because I believe as American citizens we have the right that in the case of an accident to take the car to our houses or at least give us some time to get a tow truck of our own. My father had an accident in which he was strongly impacted from behind and ended up in the hospital with a fractured vertebrae and I was present when the tow truck arrived from this company and I told the man to take it to my house and he replied by saying that he could not, that he had to take it to sunshine towing because that is what he had oriented. Since my dad was hospitalized all weekend, we could not pick up the car, my husband went on Monday and they told him that he had to pay 325 dollars plus 25 more the next day because either my dad had to go or we had to give them a notarized document. In conclusion, I went on Tuesday and it was not 350 dollars anymore, they said 400 dollars and they said that the police told them that we had no place to take the car, as if I did not have a house. It is insulting and apparently a business and it seems like we don’t have as many rights as they say. Be careful in case of an accident and call a supervisor of these individuals or a lawyer if you have one.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give them a BID FAT BOLD ZERO I would but Im forced to put a 1. All the Sunshine Two driver had to do was change my tire. He didnt have the proper tools to do that; he was rushing to leave when we asked if he could at least put air in the tire and he yelled out the window that he didnt have air on his truck. This is a tow company and probably saw that they were not going to make any money off of us so they abandoned us.

I cant speak for every situation, and a lot of times towers have to be the bad guys, but these people were really helpful and friendly while I was there. I had a car accident and Orlando was kind enough to buy me a bottle of water on our way to the yard. When I came back to get the stuff out of my totalled car, one of the guys helped me get my aftermarket radio out. They have a dog named Bimbo which helps morale and some of the people there are really funny. They cracked some jokes that helped me feel at ease after having my accident. It seems like others had negative experiences; but, after my traumatic experience, the small kindnesses and humor from Sunshine towing meant a lot to me.

I had this company recommended to me, but I was very disappointed with my experience. Not only were they a bit expensive and unfriendly, but I also mistakenly left a pair of somewhat expensive sunglasses in the tow truck and the driver has explicitly ignored any attempt to make contact about it. It’s been a little over a week and I also called the company, which has been of little to no use. That might seem a little petty, but it’s demonstrative of this company’s ethics. This Company is horrible! Have the worse service ever ! I was on the expressway and the driver left without saying a word ! I called them and the person on the phone was very rude screaming and don’t even giving me the opportunity to talk. I will NEVER NEVER EVER will call them again. I also told my insurance Company to never use them again and the bad experience I had. I have to give them a start since I cannot leave a review without putting at least one. A few weeks ago my car wouldnt start so I called Geico and realized I didnt have roadside service. They connected me with Sunshine Towing as I had to pay out of pocket. Emilio was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone as the battery on my key fob was dead. He was able to direct me on how to turn my car on. I will always me grateful for the help and highly recommend them as they are professionals and value their customers.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Extremely rude and unhelpful. They laughed at my at My frustrations and would not even let repeat their pricing for keep my car over night. The management are absolute terrible as well as the workers. Do not use them for any service. Only review I have ever written on my google account because of how bad my experience was. They should be out of business. While I wasn’t in there I did not feel safe and could sense that one of the workers there was a thug ready to pounce on someone.

Helpful and affordable tow service

Not very professional, had to have Miami police departments help in getting our vehicle today. They tried to keep it till Monday so they could charge for storage. I would stay far away from this company.

There is never going to be a time that dealing with a towing company is going to be fun or a good experience but the men working inside the office are absolutely no help. They sent my wife and I all around the city of Miami for a letter after running around in the lovely traffic Miami is known for and returning with said letter they claimed they couldnt take the letter. They said that it had to be the original letter and that it could not be faxed. Why these gentlemen didnt let us know that in the first place I dont understand. Our car was totalled and all we are trying to do is get the insurance to pick it up and inspect it. They had us running around and didnt even give an apology. Sometimes all it takes is a simple Im sorry or I should have let you know. Now you can enjoy this 1 star review review (which btw I would give them 0 if possible) for the horrible customer service and wrong information given.

Very unprofessional! The screwed up my axel because the driver forced my car even though I asked him to straighten it! Then they want to say it was already damaged?? I’m getting the statement from my mechanic! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

NEVER USE THIEIR SERVICE. I have never written a formal complaint on any company, but sunshine towing on 7070 SW 12th street, Miami, Florida has demonstrated he Absolutely worst class of customer service I have ever encountered. I asked to get my car back from them but since it is not under my name my father has to write a letter to notarize its release. Throughout ne asking questions the man that releases the cars showed the epitome of poor customer behavior. He threw papers around made sarcastic and rude remarks and left me feeling threatened and scared for my safety. He exhibited increasingly behaviors of violence that left me speechless. I stepped out the make a call to my father for the form amd forgot I had left my keys in the counter. When I walked back in they refused to repeat to me the price they had quoted me and laughed at my frustration. They publicly shamed their customer. I called an uber and once I got back to my apartments I remembered I left my keys in the counter I called them back and I could hear them laughing at me from the speaker and the same gentleman that acted in such violent behaviors (the one that took my keys and let me leave without them) laughed and said for me to Come get them from his lap. Little didnthe company know I was scheduled for heart an breathing. Medication so I needed my keys in order to get into my apartment. This placed extreme miscomfort for me and led me to have serous medical conditions. I had to spend another $30 on the uber their and back in order to ge my keys. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had in any south Florida business.

Yesterday my car broke down on the road and because of my geico insurance, they contacted Sunshine Towing, they assisted me with a tow truck that took my car to the dealer, the very professional driver, gave me a lot of help and even when he arrived he had to wait for to be able to enter the workshop, and very kind, it hurts not to ask his name, but I felt very comfortable and gave me a lot of confidence, good experience, highly recommended.
