Camel Tow Towing & recovery were literal life savers! Super professional, great communication, and quality service. They not only got my rental from the dealer, they even brought it all the way to my job so I didn’t have to miss work. Extremely considerate. I would definitely recommend to anyone in a bind and needs quick, efficient service!

Terrible service. He agreed to meet with us to tow a car and never showed. I’ve been calling and now he’s sending me to his voicemail. I tried calling from a different phone number, he picked up and once he realized it was me, he proceeded to disconnect the call.

Beware do not use this company. The tow person was almost An hour late and he refused to put on a mask when I asked him to put on a mask because he was yelling in my face telling me to hurry up because he had four more cars to tow. He also did not speak English very well and he told me so try to be patient with him but he got angry about the mask or whatever and said he wasn’t telling the vehicle and left. This was an insurance channel so I did not call this company on my own accord. You will not have a good experience with this company, if thats not obvious From the name of the company. Do not use this company you Will regret it

1st of all with a name which is degrading for women on a company I would steer clear of this company for any business. Then being cut off on the expressway by one of their drivers and trying to call to issue a complaint to only have the voicemail full this is not the type of company that you wish to do business with. So steer clear of a company like this period your drivers need to know how to drive

Used this company for one service, paid $250 and after they agreed to provide another service THE NEXT DAY ... they were LATE ! We agreed for service the next day at a certain time, we spoke and then ....and than NO CALL! NO SHOW ! Called several times, no answer, no response to text messages ! Called on another phone and dispatch answered and HUNG UP! This is very unprofessional! Will NEVER call Camel Towing again

Should’ve just walked home

Terrible customer service. Poor follow through. I needed a copy of their insurance for my building they said they would send it via txt. Called hours later they said they would call me back (no one did). Called this morning the guy also said he would call back no response. Called twice and txted to let them know my building wasn’t requiring the insurance and they stopped answering the phone. I would not trust this company that goes radio silent on prospective clients

Raymond moved my tiny house by squeezing it out of the backyard between trees and a fence through a tiny alley!!! They did an incredible job!! He’s dependable and very reasonably priced!! Thank you Ray!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a service, got an ETA of 45 mins or less...they never showed up, nor called to say they couldnt make it or were gonna be late. They also dont Andree the phone. So inless you have time to wait around for a tow that might not show up, DO NOT use this company.

Waited over 2 hours after getting towed off the highway with a flat for the tow truck company to show up they kept giving me the runaround saying theyll be here in 15 minutes 15 minutes 15 minutes. They never showed. I hope my insurance provider is aware of the lousy service.
