Where to start: This place is a mess. The owner/nail artist is RUDE to say the least. She would talk as if your presence bother her. If you do not want to deal with clients dont be in this business. Then her service quality is below average. The so called manicure is basically just change of nail paint. She will buff the nails and ask you to wash your hands no soaking, no massage nothing. Then if you dare ask her to remove the nail polish she will refuse and just grind your nails with the electric tools to the point of nail burns. NO APOLOGIES whatsoever. And worst is the shape of nails she gives is never straight or correct, always slanted. And on top you get told number of times, that she is so busy so you need to hurry up so that she can attend to her other clients. Not to mention that the same goes for the next client. She is cheap yes, but you get what you pay for. I for one am not going back. To me getting my nails done is a part of caring for me. Not going to get disrespected by someone who is not interested in doing their job. Period...

I love this place! The staff always gives me exactly what I want and need. They have a variety of options to choose from from nail colors to services to the complimentary drinks. The only downfall is the wait, but pampering yourself is a process. Invest the time in yourself at this business! You wont regret it.

Ploy has been my nail must go to for YEARS. Her prices are amazing, her services are done amazing, and her facility is clean and sterile. I love Ploy and wouldn’t go to anyone else! I’ve done all treatments with her: regular polish, gel, and dip! Even do my lash extensions with her! She leaves them looking natural and so beautiful!

LOVE this place! Will never go anywhere else. Trust me when I say I am the pickiest toughest critic when it comes to my nails and Nails By Ploy always leaves me so happy and obsessed with my nails. Im a freak about germs and they are so clean and up to state board regulations. Plus they give you wine! Ive been to what seems like every nail salon all over, and have never been as happy/impressed as I was with their work and customer service.

Made and appointment, and received two phone calls to be sure to be on time. I got there a few minutes early just to sit around waiting more than 40 minutes for her to start. Manicure and pedicure was average. There was only one woman working and she had three clients going at the same time. I went a really long time ago and never returned.

Though I am not a regular nail salon-goer, Ploys place is always a dependable and relaxing experience. She is very professional, attentive and experienced and definitely offers the best deal in town for me in terms of quality and affordability. I cant wait till she starts taking walk-ins soon!

I have been going to alloy for 10 years! She has always been professional and does an amazing job with flexible hours. I have done gel nails, eye lashes, waxing, facials, and full body massages. Highly Recommend!

They said they dont do any work for men...but if we want a pedicure for my boyfriend (with no nail polish) then it is going to be more expensive then if I do my nails (with nail polish).
