I really appreciate how quickly and inexpensively I can get my screen protector replaced at Zagg at Montgomery Mall.

The Montgomery Mall branch of ZAGG has always been very friendly and helpful. The ZAGG products and warranty are the best.

I aways get excellent, immediate customer service at this kiosk. Never had a bad installation (you know, askew, bubbles, edge not adhered all the way round) at this place. It is def all about the technique...I have scrutinized several employees over the years during replacement installations (I am rather rough on my iPhone X, yep, first Gen), and I have tried to duplicate it, but my results are never as good as the skilled techs at this Montgomery Mall kiosk (conveniently located a single mall block down the hall from the Apple Store). For, example, today Taiba was courteous, quick, and thorough. Well worth the $10 installation fee (plus $5 tip, OF COURSE...It *is* a service, after all).P.S.-Among me and the rest of my family, over the past 10+ years, I have purchased probably 40-50 zagg shields for phones and tablets from this kiosk.

He explained how the damage occurred to my iPhone screen and clearly let me know the options to repair and the various costs. Very thorough and also very pleasant and caring! Felt like I walked away with a brand new phone!

One man in a kiosk and he could not have been more helpful! Professional replacement of a glass cover, super helpful in helping to upgrade a cover for a different phone. I watched him as he assisted a customer ahead of me and it was the same polite and professional service. This fellow needs to be promoted onward and upward!

Khizar is one of the most professional representatives of any company I’ve encountered in my lifetime. Whatever he’s being paid, HE DESERVES DOUBLE, I’m certain. My family arrived to the store with less the 10minutes left before close of business. Even though he had other customers ahead of us, he still accepted our devices. He worked beyond the posted closing time to ensure that all my families devices were cleaned/sanitized and completely repaired to our satisfaction. He was very professional and informative when installing the products that were purchased. He explained everything he was doing step by step while simultaneously making ALL the repairs and installations all BY HIMSELF. Most importantly, he made sure everyone in my family was completely satisfied with the products and repairs prior to us leaving the store. These type of employees are rare and deserve to be acknowledged and compensated accordingly. If ZAGG doesn’t, someone surely will.

I am a long time Zagg customer and I do NOT know what I would do without them. I use all their products but mostly I visit them often for my iPhone screen protector. They charge one price and if it should crack, they have a warranty for a minimal charge to replace it. Their employees are super friendly and there is never a wait time. I am sure they are as nice but I visit the one in Montgomery Mall where I work with Gerrick who is THE BEST

I brought my series 4 stainless steel apple watch here to repair the screen. They let me know that they did not have the proper equipment in stock and that they would order it for me and it would be delivered within the next 2-3 days and they would call me. I did not receive a call back for over a week, and when calling they apologized and said it still was not delivered but should be there the next day. I brought my watch in and was supposed to have it done by the end of the day and sure enough the part was defective so they had to proceed to order another part. They let me know they part would be there tomorrow and my watch would be done by 1p the next day. I returned the next day and my watch was not done, the part was still not delivered. Finally, the watch was complete the NEXT day. Upon retrieval, within three hours of having the repaired watch, the face completely fell off. I brought it back and was notified that they were out of sealant. So they gave me a watch that was not completely sealed, and they then had to place an order for more sealant and in return took another two days to fix. They had no apologies and no reasoning behind the poor service. 0/10 in all aspects...10/10 for being super inefficient and delivering TERRIBLE service. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE and they should not even be allowed to be running a business with terrible customer service and delivering subpar products, with no follow through.

Went to ZAGG today to fix my cracked screen protector and they got right to it! my phone is super clean after they wiped it down and the protector was placed perfectly :) on top of that, they handled my phone with so much care and did not leave one scratch!ZAGG has amazing employees and even better service! i say this as a total cheapskate LOL, the price is worth it as well, def recommend :)

This is a good location for Zagg. We stopped by the other day to get a screen protector installed on a new phone. The store did have the screen protector in stock and the tech was able to install it easily and cleanly.They do have a decent, albeit small, selection of screen protectors for the most popular phones.They have also done a good job updating the storefront with social distancing and cleaning in mind.Plus, of course, Zagg is a good quality screen protector for any phone!

This is not an authorized dealership for Zagg! We have been using them for quite a while until recently we moved and we took both of our phones to get the screen cover replaced. They looked up our accounts and set we have not had a repair ever. When they took the screen cover of the even told us that this is not their product and multiple people had to come over including the store manager to confirm it. This store is not a dealer its a scam

I bought a new iPad and Apple doesnt sell screen protectors so I emailed Zagg at Montgomery Mall. Jeff, the manager immediately called me back, we set up an appointment for him to come to my house the next day and install a protector. There was no difference in price between my goint to the Mall and him coming to me. He came as promised, installed my protector and was on my way. I rate Jeff and Zagg 6 stars out of 5 for his responsivenees, his promptness, and his professionalism.

It was a fast service of course a little pricey but you pay for what you get 😉

Its usually good service but one time I had fine gone to get my screen protector replaced. Yet the employee couldnt put a new screen without bubbles then proceeded to give me a completely different screen. And it still has bubbles !

The staff at this location are friendly, responsive and efficient. They took care of my needs very quickly and pleasantly and I was on my way to other shopping at the mall. No hassle, no problem, just results.

Knowledgeable staff. Had an issue with a new cover twice in a row in a very short period of time and it was under a special warranty so I didnt have to pay again. Good replacement system in place where once you pay for the first one you can pay $10 to replace it for the same phone. Great deal plus its fast and convenient.
