Ken done such a great job on my nails, and the pedicure let me say the massage on my legs was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend. The parking is crazy but well worth getting a great service from here!

I went randomly into this nail salon and was so happy with the service! I did a full set + bought a bottle of the polish for $37. Everyone was so nice and inviting. Definitely recommend!

The service is amazing, i got my nails done at this location for a year and they’ve never disappointed me, I personally recommend Ken, definitely the best nail tech at this location but I’ve never been disappointed when someone else does my nails, love this location 100% recommend.

I think the service here is amazing and I appreciate that the staff takes their time on each client. Before this I was going to a place inside Dadeland mall but the employees were overworked and rushed. Since I started coming here I haven’t had any painful ingrown toenails which is awesome. Here they’re really efficient and work as a team to help each other.There was a few things I’ve noticed since I started coming here. Prices go up on weekends, so on weekends it’s expensive. Either way I think it’s worth the price because I like to see the person doing my nails open a new pack of tools before doing my nails, I also like to see their certificates/ licenses up. Yes there’s a lot cheaper places in Miami but the quality isn’t as good and you wait forever and they do a lazy job and use cheap nail polish that damages my nails. Aside from this, they massage your hands, feet, and calf with lotion that feel amazing. The bad reviews are likely from people that don’t make appointments, and show up on a weekend.

Do not go there, I went once did gel, and the quality was really bad, didn’t last not even two days and the pedicure super bad

Honestly IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO REVIEWS i WOULD!!!! my nails broke not even 24 hours after walking out of the salon. The lady who did my nails was really nice but they look horrible. I asked for the most simplest thing of putting diamonds on and that was a hard task on its own. Needless to say I had her take them off. But the polish looks like a 10 year old painted my nails with her feet. Not to mention for a refill and polish change I have never spent more than $30 with tip and going here I spent $45. Choose another place.

Awesome! The people there are so nice and I recommend if you love getting manicures and pedicures and are learning Vietnamese, then this is the place for you. Just went there today at 10:00 am. My nails look beautiful!

Great place, the owner always does an awesome job with dipping, and my nails last over 3 weeks. Workers are nice, and owner is nice and funny! Only place I go to ^_^

DO NOT GO HERE.Wanted to give this place 0 stars. Walked in today to get a mani and pedi. Was told 5 minutes. Waited for 30 minutes and again told a lady will be attending me in 5 minutes. Spent 50 minutes and finally left telling the guy he should tell people exactly how long the wait is going to be and not have people waste an hour waiting for service that is not about to happen quickly. Three other ladies who had been waiting for over 30 minutes followed me and walked out, telling off the guy too. NEVER going back!! Worst experience ever. Waste of time!!!

Opened early but I should have waited for a salon that opened at 10. Very messy job. The manicurist didnt paint the entire nail and I had to request she go closer to the edge (which had a lot of cuticles because she did a poor job removing them). After she painted closer to the edge (or what she believed was closer to the edge) she did not clean the excess paint off my fingers. I thought it might have been the manacurist, but my friend had the same exact experience. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

It was my first time there, i went during my lunch i just needed my eyebrows cleaned, even though the tech who did them was really nice she messed up terribly by thinning one eyebrow more than other, im super upset like why wax more than you should, did you not notice one was thicker than other then dont fix it. it was terrible

Just went in to get a refill wanted the 2nd to last nail technician and said I can wait for her. He said he had another lady available right now that the one I wanted is busy, I said I could wait for her that’s not a issue. He ignored me and kept doing his clients nail, then after 5 mins he says she’s busy to make a appointment for later today! She was clearly done with the manicure she was doing & started with the pedicure which would have taken 15-20 mins that I was willing to wait for. Terrible customer service never coming back. My second time there but basically she lost a future client because he decided to be rude. The place isn’t even all that looks run down and it’s pricey, next to my job but I rather go somewhere more professional!
