So i am not going to bash a business because i like to give constructive reviews. Every business has their way of running things but the way they run this place is not professional nor hygienic.First the man at the front was the one that ended up doing my nails. He was distracted the entire service taking money with his bare hands and never once sanitized them after touching said money and continued doing my service as if nothing. Not good. Tools used ALSO NOT sanitized. This is completely unethical considering we are in the middle of a pandemic.Please China Nail do better for your customers, this is extremely dangerous. The nails came out okay not my favorite to be honest. Not worth the 20 min drive or the money. They try to do the impossible and take on way too many clients all at once with not enough staff and people are left waiting for hours. My aunt wanted to get a regular mani and couldn’t even do that.They also take way too long for services which is a huge inconvenience. So again, please do better! The nail designs are great and they aren’t rude to their clients however those things i mentioned are HUGE setbacks. This is the first and last time i come, very sad...you guys need to be more transparent about the wait time and think about the safety of your clients.

I would definitely recommend this place. The service was great and quick especially considering the amount of people that were there and so early in the morning. This picture is one week old. I was so pleased that I tipped $10.

I caught a skin infection

Today is Sunday 12/2 at 10:30 am. I got to this nail salon at around 945 and waited in my car till 9:58... Google hours says they are open today at 10am. The door on the establishment says the same.A woman pulls up and goes to the door, sees its still locked and they were suppose to be open 30 min ago. She gets on her phone and calls her nail technician that works at this unprofessional establishment and they tell her that they are not coming in today......Wow! I have no words to Express how I feel beside being extremely annoyed and disappointed. Their excuse was that they are not going to be open the last Sunday of each month. But today is the first Sunday of the month so thats completely BS too.What a waste of time. This place is a joke.

Worse experience ever! Watching a employee leave a customer sitting over and hour while she complain about her being hungry and on the phone outside and then coming in to quit. To say she doesnt need the job and quit. But before then the lady had did my pedicure that looked like I had a toddler do it. The guy who sits in the front by the door who greets customer coming in tried to fix it after she left but it wasnt no better! Worse experience ever!yes I do know which nail shop I went to. I went to get coffee every morning from the bakery right around the corner from my hotel every day so the nail shop is in the same plaza. If I had the option to post the pic I would.

Worst experience ever. Old, cheap polishes. Had a gel mani/regular pedi done by Marianela. Rude, unprofessional, and laughed while eating food as she had me file my own nails because she didnt know what the shape “square” was. Didn’t file my toes after I asked her to. Sloppily applies base coat on toes and hands. Pedi wasn’t too bad but in less than a week, almost half of my toes were chipped. Gel mani was the same. Didn’t come out bad at first, but a few days later I noticed bubbles, a few chipped nails, and splitting.

Garbage ass place. Unprofessional owner NANCY is the most rude individual I have ever met. She treats her workers like slaves and is rude to the clients. Cheap polishes and dirty rusted instruments.

Very bad, you want to make your gel nails and the least they are giving you is a gel paint you go and they fix it but after a few days the paint gets up completely, I honestly do not recommend it, at least I dont go there anymore.
