Wonderful nail salon! My favorite was the massage chair for the pedicure and I was surprised how fast my manicure and pedicure was done. I spent in salon just 1hour and half. Satisfied with the quality. It easy easy to book an appointment and the price is very pleasant

I’ve come to this salon on 3 separate occasions (3rd time only even happening as they had the specific nail color I needed). Each time I’ve come - it’s been worse. It takes much longer than needed to get things like a pedicure done. The gel polish on the acrylics are coming off after only 1 week. My nail broke days after getting them done so I came back and you can clearly see they’re not the same shape or length. Thankfully they didn’t charge me because it’s just terrible quality all around. I wanted to come back and like this place especially since it’s so close but I’d rather make the trip elsewhere :/

UPDATE: they re-did my nails free of charge after a bad gel manicure.Really disappointed on how my nails turned out. The nail polish is on my skin so it’s bound to peel off easily within the next day or two. I was really hoping this place would be different since it had good reviews.

The Serene Green Pedicure was really good.But not sure what happened with the nail dip powder.. I’ve had it done at other places and it lasted me for at least a month in really good condition, zero chipping. It’s been only two weeks and some parts are chipping.. not good

Loved my nails, my pedicure not so much. My nail tech was super super sweet... but I must say they do need an upgrade especially for the area theyre in. I expected a little bit more. Not much of a venue honestly.

They give good pedicures but I always have a hard time when getting my hands done. Today I needed to refill my acrylics but I ended up wasting time and money. The acrylic wasn’t evenly applied and they lack technique when is time to fill it, therefore nails were not flat or straight looking with lumps. The gel wasn’t applied correctly as well I have some opaque spots. I’d definitely never come back here.

I made an appointment after they were fully booked the day before for 530pm the next day For a regular pedicure and a gel manicure it took 3 hours. The gel manicure was HORRIBLE! They left the acetone to remove my polish on for over an hour while I waited for someone to finally attend me for my manicure. They didn’t file evenly or even clean my nails. My nails are rough, uneven, and I have polish all over my cuticles that they barely trimmed. Gel polish was so sloppy and Rushed bc I complained that I had been there for over 2.5 hours. Pedicure was not much better. If you want to wait around in a disorganized mess for sub par, sloppy and overpriced service this is your spot.

As a licensed professional that has been in this facility I advise no one to go here…. Nail files/buffers are reused and nail implements/drill bits aren’t even disinfected nor cleaned, they also use cheese graters for pedicures which is illegal because they cut living skin leaving wounds for easy infection…hopefully this review encourages them to follow basic sanitation requirements

This place is so garbage! Literally have employees who dont know how to do any nails except dip and try to fight their customers. Nails pop off within a week, pedicures are over priced they won’t even clean your actual toes just slap some polish on. Ive never been to a shop that has u wait 90 minutes for a basic set. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a “business”, no concept of time management, professionalism, or even the craft itself. Like there’s no way I’m gonna sit for 3 hours n let a kid practice doing my set for $150+ ! And I saw ants in their restroom, I was terrified to sit on the toilet. It’s common to sit down and hear the person next to u complaining about the nails. They have no clue what they’re doing and clearly just hire anyone whether certified or not, Save your TIME and money and hit up Venetian nail spa, there’s a reason they’re the best in Miami.

Ive been coming to the Nail Venue for about a year now. This place is reliable, the staff is friendly, its clean, and all of the technicians do a great job. The one thing about this salon is that I always am guaranteed to not wait long and be serviced. I know that if I need to get my nails done last minute and in emergency scenarios, I will be served. I will continue to come back to this salon as long as I live in Miami!

I’m on vacation and was in need for a pedicure. Called The Nail Venue and they were able to accommodate us! Our pedicure was amazing and I got a French nails. Beautiful job, very professional. I will be back when in town!

Tried a few places before here and this was definitely the best! Very open and clean space. They do a great job and it’s always quick and easy.

I wish I could attach a picture but Im not getting the option to. I originally went to get an acrilic set with dipping powder but after the guy took off the set I had and did my toes, I changed my mind. He DESTROYED my nails by using the edge of the drill file and digging into my natural nail to the point that I felt pain and had to ask him to stop. The entire top layer of my nail had literal stripes and ridges from how deep he went. The polish on my toes looks lumpy and badly done. Havent had a bad experience like this in years and very disappointed with my experience here. Not to mention that I paid $66 dollars for a basic pedicure and the removal of my set.

I love this nail salon! Before I had to go out of my way to get my nails done, now I’m so happy I can just walk over to the nail salon. The service is top quality and my nails usually last a long time so it’s even better. Sometimes I’m shocked how long they last! I also like the variety of polish colors that they have. The salon is big, high ceilings & spacious so even during corona times I feel comfortable. Thanks again 💅

I’ve been living in Miami for a few years now and have tried many different nail salons but was never truly satisfied with the work done.. Well I can FINALLY say I’m extremely satisfied with how my nails look!! The Nail Venue did an amazing job. All nails are the same shape and beautifully done. There were many options for colors to choose from. The salon is very spacious and comfortable. I will definitely be back! Give this salon a try!

Horrible customer service & dont bother making an appointment. They are never on time.

This was the first time I ever had a really bad experience getting my nails done. The technician who did my nails did not respond to hardly anything I said, not even with a smile or nonverbal communication. Several of the employees seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. I asked to see the color options again after choosing one, before any polish was on, and she was very exasperated, like it was the biggest inconvenience. My nails turned out decently well, but there were several areas that seemed as if little attention or care was given.

My lady loves this place. Glad she found a place here shes satisfied with.

I went to get my nails done with my sister and showed the nail artist the designs we wanted and she said she could. She painted them green and white and then before doing the actual design told me she did not know how to do the simple design. I was confused because she had told me before that she could. Then she said that she could not take off the white and green polish because she did not have time. So then I just chose a red polish to paint over and of course it showed up in different shades of red because she did not want to take the green and white off. Overall I was just somewhat disappointed that I couldn’t get what I came in for.

This is my new go to spot. Super clean, beautiful interior and comfortable chairs. Staff is kind and paid attention to detail. This was a great experience over all and very well priced.

My second time getting my nails done here, I will probably make this my go to. Very clean and they take their time to make sure your nails come out amazing.

I saw the prices on the website, I had a flyer, they told me white and pink was 60, so just the full set acrylics with gel and end up being 55, because they charge 20$ for Gel ( witch he never told me ) . Also had to pay another 10 for manicure to clean around, witch in Broward they do all that included, in every spa I went to, end up paying 88 dollars, called them and he explain to me that gel its 20$ extra, I dont mind paying for it, But thats off the limit, for 20$ gel? He changes the prices of everything . One day he say its 60$ today her said its 70$ so other than that, the lady forthe eyebrows its amazing .

This is the first nail place in miami where I can say I’m always happy. They are 100% clean, very good nail artists, well trained, they do straight nail tips, which is my “must have”, they do chrome, nail designs, their job lasts long time and they have super reasonable prices. I would not change them at all. On the top the service is really good, nice people, friendly and professional service. 10/10! Love You my Beauticians from The Nail Venue !!! ♥️♥️♥️

Booked with a bridal group for mani/pedis. Walked in and the employees immediately said, Go wash your hands! without so much as a please or hello. The technician who initially started my nails placed tips on one hand and then the employees told me that I needed to go to a different technician to finish the rest of my manicure. It seems really odd to change technicians in the middle of a manicure. (She didnt leave or anything, just worked on someone else.)When filing my left pinky nail, the new tech actually went all the way through the tip towards the nail bed, which was extremely painful. He also caused one of my bridesmaids to bleed. He took at least an hour to finish my set and the top coat on my right thumb started to peel off about 2 days later. I wonder if this individual is even licensed.It is a very clean studio with good COVID-19 precautions but otherwise, I would never recommend it.

Best place in downtown! Just moved here recently and I was going to another nail salon that charged 65 for dip and it was super bad.Since then I’ve come here several times and it’s the BEST. Service is great and my nails always turn out amazing and they LAST. So glad I found this place.

Finally a nail salon I can call home! I’ve been to many salons in the area and nothing compares to the staff and service you will receive from The Nail Venue. Salon is clean, staff is nice, pays attention to detail, preforms great work, and the chairs are the most comfortable ones around. Plus the prices are good!

RUDE!!! There’s a professional way to let me know that they’ll be a long wait. Especially when I want to soak off my acrylics, you could have just left me soaking to start the process since it takes a while to do that anyway.

Loveeeeee this place. I am now coming here to do my nails forever!! Yes FOREVER. I have searched for a long time to find a place that is not only clean and priced fairly, but where the employees are chill AF and pay attention to detail like no other. I would drive to pembroke even to do my nails if they had 1 I liked. Wow. My manifestation is 100% REAL! My experience in this place was terrifying! In July 02, I was attended by an adult man, who made me acrylic nails in French (The same man who claims to be the owner of THE NAIL VENUE). This man was rude when he did my nails, so much so that I had to filing my nails for their bad work, I filed down to the skin, since apparently I did not see well. And every time I told him carefully please, my skin is hurting and he was annoyed with me and worse, his answer was, I know what Im doing, DONT MAKE ME WASTE MY TIME, SHUT UP and let me work! I really kept quiet out of fear, but after seeing my bad nails, I asked someone else to repair them and the man became verbally aggressive, he lost control. Everyone in the salon witnessed the bad moment that happened and their workers apologized to me, they spent three days and I returned to the salon because as expected my nails were horrible, all the edges raised, when I entered the salon they told me that they could repair it But that I have to pay for a new service, that is, another $ 55, I told them that it seemed unfair because I had paid $ 55 3 days ago and they did a bad job, the right thing was for them to repair it at no cost. They told me they would NOT. I have photos that show it and the receipt that I pay. Hopefully NOBODY else goes through this abuse, it really was a waste of time, money and especially that when one goes for a Serbian they must be kind and professional. It is worth mentioning that when I called to make the appointment, I explained precisely what I wanted and they gave me the price of $ 40 and when they finished doing my nails they asked to pay $ 60, I complained and they reluctantly told me then pay $ 55 . This place really is the worst in the area.
