I rarely write reviews, but I really didn’t like the service that I received from this place. Cuticles when being clean, kept bleeding.. in years of getting my nails done this has never happened before. Cleaning my toe nails hurt so bad, now that nail polish is off half of my nail is coming off. Gel manicure after a week started to peel off.Topping it off it is super expensive for gel mani and pedicure.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon. First I paid $58 for a gel mani regular pedi. They didn’t let the person that did my toes do my hands because that’s how it is and it was my first time. The lady doing my nails was on the phone the whole time and did HORRIBLE. Will never go back here!!

I always get my nails done by Jade here. Overall the experience is amazing. The staff is very friendly and very attentive with their clients.

First of all, this place is expensive (58$) and it’s not a very nice salon. The lady doing my pedicure made both my big toes bleed. Especially the right toe nail. It didn’t stop bleeding for a while. The nail polish work was pretty bad. My manicure was ok but could definitely need work on the nail polishing application. After I was done, the gentleman ask about my experience and I told him that the lady made both my toes bleed and he responded with a simply “oh” and processed to charge me $58. After that not so pleasant experience, I still tipped both ladies. Definitely not returning to this place.

I have gone twice to Jade salon before writing my review. Both times I was very happy with my experience and had the dip powder manicure. Michelle was my absolute favorite, ever! She left my cuticles very clean and my nails grew very long. I left my dip powder for about 3 weeks before any chipping started, which is impressive considering I wear gloves for work and wash my hands a lot. She also did the perfect square nail. I’m now a dedicated customer to her.

I love Jade, she cares about her customers and cares about what she does. I’ve been coming here for years, I will continue to do so.

My first impression of the salon was that the place was not clean at all. The People that worked there didnt wear their mask properly. The wax room was a mess. The lady that did my eyebrows seemed nice but when I really got to take a good look at my eyebrows it wasnt good. I wont be going back

Its hit or miss - depending on which technician you get. Jade (herself) is f* amazing but always booked (so advance scheduling is advised!) they do next gen/dip nails and other acrylic designs. They tend to favor longer nails in this salon so if you want them short please be specifically vocal. They are pricey but the good technicians are worth it. Please bring cash to tip out. CC payments are $1 extra.

Im very picky with my nails, but Jade always does an amazing job. I dont go anywhere else for my nails. Great customer service and very experienced nail techs.

Jade is amazing with designs. Many people say they can do what you ask for but end up doing something else.. not Jade. She delivers!

I have learned over the years to make my own decisions with regards to places, especially nail salonsi had been going to another place in Dadeland but distance and time became an issue for me so i decided to google locations close to home and work and a few came upJade Nails and Spa stood out for me because it is close to home, work and church.i stopped by to make an appointment and to check out the place simply because of the negative review that is below. i was greeted by a young lady also named Nicole and between herself and Jade, i felt comfortable in making the appointment.i was there last Saturday and my hands had been a disaster. i had all my own nails but they had acrylic on them which had grown out quite a bit.Jade recommended i soak them off and try nextgen dipping powder.i have to say my nails look absolutely great. . also did a pedicure. i had not taken care of myself in a long time and it was money well spent.i would recommend that people stop by and check them out and make your own decision. i certainly did not regret it one bit.i recommended a friend to pay them a visit as well

I have been going to Jades for nearly a year. This place has not disappointed me. They are very accommodating and will work with you so you get the nail design you desire. Jade does a fantastic job with my nails and I always get compliments from others on the quality. I definitely recommend coming here to get your moneys worth and also book in advance so you can get that one on one experience that other places just cant deliver.

Great technicians with a sense of humor who know their stuff and will ALWAYS try to accommodate you. They treat you with respect and answer any and all questions you may have. I am always greeted with a smile in a warm relaxed environment. They are affordable, quality work. Quality prices and quality equipment. From my personal experiences, the owner ends up knowing each of her clients by name making them feel special, the techs speak to you on a personal friendly but yet professional level vs making you feel like a quick wham bam thank you mam job. What more could you want?! Get your nails done by someone who cares, and thats this spot! I can come to them with a vision or just a mood and they get it done. Next gen. Chrome. Hair, eyebrows all in one spot!

They offer many options for designs, and beautiful colors. But unfortunately after getting my nails done here for a year they started getting mold. Jade said it was normal and the only way to deal with it is to ignore it and continue doing my nails with her 😒. As you can guess I stopped going. Also way too overpriced.

So I got a recommendation from a close friend to go to this salon. I went and did my acrylics and did a refill. Until then I thought it was great. Now because I didn’t want to pay to take them off, so I watched a video on YouTube to see how to take them off. So when I watched the video she said that there was this illegal acrylic nail. So I’m taking them off and they are sticky. When you soak your nails off they are supposed to be crumbling off your natural nails. And if they are sticky that means that your nail salon used this illegal acrylic system. So don’t do your acrylic nails at this place!!!! For your own good. With this ILLEGAL system your whole nail can come off.

Excellent service, such a comfortable environment from the moment I waked in. Jade the owner made sure to knowledge me with every step and process to make sure everything would benefit me. I fell in love with my nails I came in with one idea and she made it 10x better. Its so hard to find a place and nail artist that really transform your nails and I finally found one. Yes its kinda pricey but Sooo worth it I Highly recommended this place. BTW make an appointment it will be so much easier.

My Aunt was coming into town and my mom wanted all three of us to go as a treat for Mani/Pedis. So I called weeks ago to see if this salon offered China Glazes Brand of gel polish (it is cruelty free). I was told they do so I happily made appointments for all three of us as this is extremely important to me as a consumer.Once we arrived I went to pick my colors and saw ZERO cruelty free options. I became frustrated and declined the services since they told me something completely different over the phone.More salons need to offer non-toxic cruelty free options

Overprice right next door to the left at Ashley’s they do mani and pedi for $20 and it’s amazing... this place Jade is a total rip off and I have to sit there and hear there whole conversation while talking over all the customers like common

First time coming here and I’m always reluctant to try new places but I think I found my nail salon. Roy did my Nexgen and did an amazing job. Will be back soon!

I got my nails done here using their suggested/preferred “acrylic technique” that’s apparently supposed to be healthier for your natural nail. Unfortunately, all my nails already cracked on the same day of getting them done. I went back for a repair the next day, in which they made it “thicker”, however, it still cracked in the same spots on the same nails all over again. I didn’t want to go back after that because I felt like it would just be a repeated process of disappointment. It got so bad that within less than a week from getting my nails done here they were cracking and broke in the flesh to the point of blood shed. It’s like anything I touched with just the slightest pressure caused them to break. I’ve never experienced my nails cracking and breaking so much, especially in such an abnormally short time frame. To add to that, they are unnecessarily expensive for the quality of work they provide. On a good note, I appreciated how nice Jade and Roy were, although I would suggest more practice, research and training.

Amazing amazing amazing. Overall the best nail salon I have been too. Jade does amazing eyebrows, threading and tinting. I get a mani/pedi there with Jess and she is awesome. They always fit me in last minute. Their customer service makes you feel like family!

I will never go to this place again.... I arrived at 9:30am was told to come back at 10:30am which that part was ok but what got me pissed was the fact they offered me to try this dip power that is better then gel polish but the lady I had doing it was new to it and had to ask the owner ever step. Then she told me she can do any design which I was excited I showed her a picture and she couldnt do it she made a mess and got glitter all over my other nails and the. She had me go with another nail lady to do a completely new design because she gave up I spent one hour and a half getting my nails done and then to sit on a chair to get a pedicure that was like 15mins. I swear it is so hard to find the right nail lady for me 😩😢😭😔 bottom line I paid $87 for my nails and I hate it!!!!!!

I came as a walk in and it was nice that they got me in. Thats why I give them 1 star. They are over priced. They charged 28 dollars just for pedi. I thought if you do mani and pedi is a combo and cheaper, not here. They do the dip nail but they dont do your cuticles and clean them. So they do less work for dip and charge 47 dollars . With that amount of money I could have had a massage. Besides the place its dirty and it smelled nasty. The cashier doesnt know how to give change and she needs to smile a little more. Besides her the rest of personal was nice. Ni se molesten en entrar ahi. Te asaltan a mano armada. Para colmo te ponen personas distintas a hacer las uñas y pies por supuesto tienes q darle propina a cada uno individual. Ahe lugares q cobran 30 mani y pedi con gel y todo. La cajera es una antipatica q no deberia estar ahi.

I have nothing nice to say about this place. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure that lasted 3 days. Ive never seen a pedicure in such bad shape so fast and the gel manicure that was to lady 2 weeks came off completely in 3 days the pedicure is all chipped. The girl that did my manicure was nice but she didnt remove my cuticles and painted far from the nail growth. The manager Jade had me pay before the service requested gel mani regular pedi Eyebraw and mustache wax 62.00 yet after I left and signed the charger my card 96.82 dont ask me why except they must be a place that does fraud all the time. The lady that did my pedicure was extremely nice but looked so nervous and like she had no idea as to what to do. Jade the owner had both there daughters there and was making one work on client nails. Im sure her daughter doesnt have a license to do nails. Anyhow terrible experience. Will never go back or recommend this place

This is the to go place for your beauty needs! The have so many services like mani, pedi, eyebrow thread Microblade tint, eyelash extensions, wraps, hair cut color blow dry and some more! I go religiously for my Nexgen mani with Jade who is AMAZING! Nexgen is so good for my nails, since it has vitamins and help protect nails and growth. My nails are super long! I get my pedicure with Suri who is AWESOME as well! This is the best place I’ve gone so far! I highly recommend it!

Went in with my mom as first time clients. Jade was very sweet and told me to pick my color for my pedicure and manicure, as for my mom she was getting eyebrow threading done. I was first going to do my pedicure with a man named Hoa. So, he began and asked me what design I will be putting on my manicure, I said Lace and he told me I could do that if you want and I responded with no, thank you. Soon enough, my mom finished and came to me to talk and Hoa just turned around and told my mom you can go sit, you know. And my mom said no, Im fine. He said in a very rude tone, well, I dont like people standing behind me. So... I was shocked. My mom said okay and left to go next door. Hoa said to me, look, sorry for being rude. I just dont like people standing next to me while Im here. Im glad he realized he was being rude, however, is this how you treat first time clients?! My mom was just talking to me about her eyebrows and how Jade did a great job. He asked for a picture of the lace design and I showed it to him, but I explained to him that he doesnt have to. He responded with an annoyed tone yeah, I know you already told me that. You can bet that the rest of my time with him, I was quiet and annoyed.The rest of the appointment, I met Tamara who did my gel manicure and she was awesome. Lydia did my design and was just as sweet. IF I come back, I would definitely not want Hoa anywhere near me during that appointment.

The manicure and pedicure in gel is very expensive pay with tip $ 81.00 and that they offered me the promotion, and after two days I had already dropped half of the gel ..... bad products and I do not recommend it, and you leave with pain Heads of the strong smell of chemicals.
